This research aims to analyze the variables of the influence of satisfaction (Satisfaction), trust (trust) and ease of use (perceived ease of use) on customer loyalty, on this occasion researchers use e commerce Tokopedia and its customers. The population used in this study is all users of tokopedia websites or applications in Indonesia. Given the large number of users of tokopedia websites or applications, researchers took samples from the population to be respondents in the study. Samples of this study were collected from customers who use Tokopedia's website or application and are domiciled in Surabaya. The samples in this study used probability sampling techniques. The type of probability sampling used is a simple random sampling method. The implications of the study focus on the real function of the results of the study to provide additional references in establishing the role of customer satisfaction towards loyalty on Tokopedia website.

This study aims to determine: (1) the effect of experiential marketing on Gojek customer satisfaction; (2) the effect of experiential marketing on Gojek customer loyalty. The population of this study are consumers who have used the Gojek application in the Surabaya area. The number of samples in this study were 100 respondents. The sampling technique was purposive sampling with the criteria of consumers aged ± 17 years and over and had used the Gojek application service more than once in the Surabaya area. Data analysis technique using Partial Least Square with software smartPLS 3.0. The results of this study indicate that experiential marketing has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. Likewise, experiential marketing has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty. indirectly experiential marketing has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction. This study aims to determine: (1) To determine and analyze the effect of work environment, work motivation and work stress simultaneously on employee performance at CV Sweet Seventeen employees. (2) To find out and partially analyze the effect of the work environment on employee performance at CV Sweet Seventeen. (3) To find out and analyze the effect of work motivation partially on employee performance at CV Sweet Seventeen employees. (4) To find out and partially analyze the effect of work stress on employee performance at CV Sweet Seventeen employees This research method uses quantitative methods. The research sample was drawn using the saturated sampling method totaling 35 people taken from the entire population of employees of CV Sweet Seventeen, Sidoarjo. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. Based on this research, Fcount, namely H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, so it can be concluded that the variables of work environment, work motivation and work stress have a significant influence on the performance of CV Sweet Seventeen employees. The results of Tcount for the work environment variable H0 are accepted and H1 are rejected, so it can be concluded that partially there is an insignificant positive effect on employee performance. The results of Tcount work motivation variable H0 are rejected and H1 are accepted, so it can be concluded that partially has a significant positive effect on employee performance. Tcount work stress variable H0 is rejected, so it can be concluded that partially there is a significant effect on employee performance at CV Sweet Seventeen, Sidoarjo. COVID-19 pandemic is a phenomenon that has made all economic sectors down, and thats including the banking sector. This pandemic makes credit risk will increase, therefore the problem in this research its about causes of bad credit in People's Business Credit (KUR), and how are the efforts of BRI Rungkut Surabaya Unit in resolving and minimizing bad loans during the Covid-19 pandemic. This study using qualitative research with a descriptive approach, informed by informants from BRI KUR Rungkut officers and KUR debtors as well as data on bad credit financial reports. The results showed that bad loans at BRI Unit Rungkut Surabaya were caused by external factors in the form of business risks, natural and non-natural disasters, and bad faith from customers. Internal factors in the form of overcrediting, analysis errors, and feelings of pity. The steps to resolve and minimize bad loans carried out by BRI Unit Rungkut Surabaya are in accordance with the regulations given by the government during the Covid-19 pandemic.

Brand Loyalty is a benchmark of whether or not a consumer is loyal to a brand. Factors that can affect brand loyalty include brand image, brand trust, and brand satisfaction. This study aims to analyze the influence of brand image, brand trust, and brand satisfaction simultaneously on the brand loyalty of OVO e-wallet users on UPN Veteran Jawa Timur, to partially analyze the influence of brand image on the brand loyalty of OVO e-wallet users in UPN Veteran Jawa Timur students, to analyze the influence of brand trust partially on the brand loyalty of OVO e-wallet users on UPN Veteran Jawa Timur students and partially analyze brand satisfaction on the brand loyalty of OVO e-wallet users in UPN Veteran Jawa Timur students. This type of research is associative research using quantitative methods. The population in this study was UPN Veteran Jawa Timur students who used OVO e-wallets and the sample in this study was 100 respondents. The source of the data used is the answers from the respondents. The data collection technique used is to use a questionnaire in the form of a Google Form. Based on the results of the data analysis that has been carried out, the results of namely Brand Image, brand trust and brand satisfaction have a simultaneous effect on the brand loyalty of the OVO e-wallet, this is based on the results of the F test, which is 35,196. Then based on the results of the t test, it is known that brand image has a positive and significant effect on brand loyalty with a significance value of 0.004, Brand trust has a positive and significant effect on brand loyalty with a significance value of 0.000 and brand satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on brand loyalty with a significance value of 0.013.

Yusuf Al Alim1, Administrasi Bisnis, UPN “Veteran” Jawa Timur yusufalalim123@gmail.com1, ABSTRACT The goal of this study was to find out about the influence of compensation and work flexibility variables on performance through job satisfaction for Shopeefood drivers in Sidoarjo. This study uses a quantitative data approach. The data used are primary data obtained through questionnaires that have been answered by respondents. The formula used to determine the number of samples uses the Cochran sampling formula and the withdrawal technique uses purposive sampling with 100 Shopeefood driver respondents who run the latest orders in Sidoarjo. Path analysis is a research method used to find the significance of independent and dependent variables through intervening variables. From the research that has been done shows several levels of Shopeefood driver performance are not maximized and the data calculation produces a significance value which concludes that compensation has a significant effect on performance. Work flexibility has no significant effect on performance. Compensation has a significant effect on job satisfaction. Work flexibility has a significant effect on job satisfaction. Compensation has no significant effect on performance through job satisfaction. Work flexibility has no significant effect on performance through job satisfaction. In the era of the development of science and technology and the high level of competition in the business world is a challenge that must be faced by all parties, especially in Micro, Small and medium enterprises (MSMEs). Tampan District is one of the sub-districts in Pekanbaru City, Riau Province which is located about 10 kilometers from the center of Pekanbaru City. Many micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in Tampan, Pekanbaru have adopted technology such as the implementation of a digital cashier system to assist in managing sales transactions. The purpose of this study is to find out what digital cashier applications are predominantly used by MSME players and how influential they are for optimizing financial records. MSME players and how influential it is for optimizing financial records. The method used in this study is a qualitative method, with observational data collection techniques on MSMEs in Handsome District, Pekanbaru.
