Abstract

Banyak mahasiswa yang memilih bidang keahlian dengan pertimbangan yang sangat subjektif seperti hanya karena teman sekelas memilih bidang keahlian tersebut. Ada juga mahasiswa yang masih mempertimbangkan kemampuan dan minat mereka. Akan tetapi muncul masalah baru, ketika dua hal ini dipertimbangkan. Masalah ini muncul ketika kemampuan tidak sama dengan minat. Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah Mengetahui kelayakan aplikasi pemilihan bidang keahlian menggunakan metode AHP pada aspek functionality. Pengembangan sistem menggunakan waterfall yang berkembang secara sistematis dari satu tahap ke tahap lain dalam mode seperti air terjun. Bahasa pemrograman yang digunakan adalah Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0 sedangkan database menggunakan Microsoft Access 2010. Aplikasi yang dibuat berbasis desktop. Sistem penunjang keputusan ini dapat lebih mempermudah dan mempercepat pengolahan data serta pelaporan pencarian keahlian mahasiswa pada program studi teknik informatika STMIK Bina Mulia Palu sehingga dapat tercipta efisiensi kerja.

Abstract

Tujuan: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui  gambaran  perawatan persiapan fisik dan mental pada pasien pre operasi kanker payudara di RSMH Palembang Tahun 2011. Metode: Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif analitik. Sampel penelitian ini adalah 4 orang penderita kanker payudara dan 16 orang perawat yang melakukan perawatan persiapan fisik dan mental. Hasil: Data yang dikumpulkan terdiri dari data primer dan data sekunder. Hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa 3 pasien (75%) tidak siap menghadapi operasi, 12 perawat (75%) tidak melakukan perawatan persiapan fisik sesuai SOP dan 10 perawat (62.5%) tidak melakukan perawatan persiapan mental sesuai SOP serta dari hasil wawancara dengan 2 orang informan didapatkan 4 tema yaitu tahapan perawatan persiapan fisik, tahapan perawatan persiapan mental, kendala pelaksanaan perawatan persiapan fisik dan mental serta faktor yang mempengaruhi perawatan fisik dan mental. Simpula: Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa perawatan persiapan fisik dan mental belum dilaksanakan dengan baik dan sesuai dengan SOP. Diharapkan bagi RSMH Palembang  agar dapat lebih meningkatkan peran dari perawat dalam perawatan pasien kanker payudara khususnya perawatan persiapan fisik dan mental pada pasien pre operasi kanker payudara dengan cara memberikan pelatihan perawatan fisik dan mental. Kata kunci: Perawatan fisik dan mental, pre operasi, kanker payudara.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the presence or absence of price relationships with patient satisfaction in Bhakti Medicare, Cicurug, Sukabumi.  The population of this research is 130 Bhakti Medicare’s patients, Cicurug, Sukabumi consisting of patients in Jasmine Room, Rose Room, Dahlia Room and Orchid Room. This amount fulfills the minimum sample for Slovin formula. The collected data is then processed using simple correlation and multiple correlation techniques using SPSS software. The results show that there is positive relation between price and satisfaction with correlation coefficient value equal to (ry.1) = 0,679, while price contribution to patient satisfaction equal to r2 = (ry.1)2 = 46,2%. In addition, price contribution is considered strong against patient satisfaction which means increased price will ensure patient satisfaction in Bhakti Medicare hospital, Cicurug, Sukabumi regency. In the most important dimension of price variable, the relationship is the dimension of "payment period" (X14) which has the strongest relationship with "consistency" dimension (Y3) on patient satisfaction variable with correlation coefficient 0,641. Therefore it can be concluded that the price dimension that most determine patient satisfaction at Bhakti Medicare Hospital, Cicurug, Sukabumi Regency is the dimension of price.

Abstract

Processing of palm oil into Crude Palm Oil (CPO) will produce a large amount of liquid waste. To produce a ton of crude palm oil (CPO) produced 6 m3 of palm oil mill effluent. In this study, a process for removing organic compounds in wastewater using the advanced oxidation process by combining peroxymonosulfate (2KHS5.KHSO4.K2SO4) and a catalyst of LaMnO3 Perovskite. The combination will produce sulfate free radicals that capable degrading harmful organic compounds in effluent effectively. Nanocrystalline LaMnO3 was obtained by calcination at a temperature of 800 °C for 2 hours with an average crystal diameter of the highest peak of 17 μm in the shape of the Rhombohedral catalyst and the catalyst has qualified the catalyst with a nanoparticle structure. Several variations of oxidation process variables were performed to assess their effect on organic matter decline. Some fixed variables were oxidation reaction temperature 30 oC, reaction time 120 min, stirring speed 400 rpm, and concentration of peroxymonosulfate solution 2 g/L and catalyst concentration 0,4 g / L. Conclution of this research is efficiency of 63.54 % for decreasing COD and efficiency by 27,4% for TOC reduction. This proved that the LaMnO3 catalyst is capable of activating peroxymonosulfate.Keywords : AOP, LaMnO3 Perovskite, Oxidation, Peroxymonosulfate

Abstract

This research aims to find a conceptual explanation regarding Pencasila as a philosophical system and as a basis for education in the implementation of guidance and counseling in Indonesia. The method used is library research which refers to four steps, namely; selecting concepts to be reviewed, reading and analyzing (synthesizing) literature, and writing articles. The results of the conceptual analysis of this study explain that the Pancasila philosophy is closely related to guidance and counseling, because it is by its main essence, namely always prioritizing the principles of comfort and prosperity in living together among fellow humans. Apart from that, Pancasila is also a foundation of education and a basic foundation and framework for guidance and counseling teachers/school counselors in implementing guidance and counseling services in Indonesia. Currently and in the future, guidance and counseling teachers/school counselors and other guidance and counseling practitioners can implement two major issues, namely religious counseling and multicultural counseling which are in line with the essence of the Pancasila philosophy in Indonesia.
