Abstract

This community service activity aims to provide training on maintenance and repair of electrical and electronic equipment for households to the Child Social Welfare Institution (LKSA) in Kalegowa Subdistrict, Somba Opu District, Gowa Regency which is a partner of the activity. The methods used in this service were: lectures, questions and answers, discussions and demonstration methods were used for training. The solution taken in solving partner problems, namely training activities for maintenance and repair of household electrical appliances based on project work is carried out to provide knowledge about basic concepts of electricity and electronics, basic electronic components, and repair of electrical household appliances. The results achieved in this service activity are 10 foster children of productive age from partners who are skilled and competent in repairing electrical household appliances, have knowledge of how to use electric and electronic measuring instruments, how to use electrical and electronic equipment, workshop management, K3, and entrepreneurship

Abstract

Abstrak. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pelatihan pembuatan website gratis yang digunakan dalam mengenalkan program pembinaan anak asuh, mempromosikan dan memasarkan beberapa produk usaha yang dikelola di LKSA Nur Uswatun Hasanah Kabupaten Gowa Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan yang dijadikan mitra kegiatan. Adapun metode yang digunakan pada kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah: ceramah, tanya jawab, diskusi untuk materi yang bersifat pengetahuan, dan materi pelatihan yang bersifat keterampilan digunakan metode demonstrasi, praktik, dan pemberian tugas. Solusi yang dilakukan dalam menyelesaikan persoalan mitra, yaitu kegiatan pelatihan pembuatan website gratis yang digunakan dalam mengenalkan program pembinaan anak asuh, mempromosikan dan memasarkan beberapa produk usaha yang dikelola di LKSA Nur Uswatun Hasanah Kabupaten Gowa Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan. Hasil yang dicapai dalam kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah 10 orang anak asuh usia produktif dari mitra yang terampil dan kompeten dalam merancang, mendesain, dan mengembangkan website gratis yang dibekali pengetahuan digitalisasi manajemen pemasaran sehingga lebih efektif dan terkontrol. Kata Kunci: anak asuh, website gratis, digitalisasi

Abstract

The community service activity aims to provide training to repair household electrical and electronic equipment to youth organizations in Bonto Tiro Village, Sinoa District, Bantaeng Regency. The methods used in this service are: lectures, questions and answers, discussions and for the training used demonstration methods. To resolve partner problems, a training activity to repair electrical household appliances based on project work has been done. This activity carried out to provide knowledge about the basic concepts of electricity and electronics, basic electronic components, and how to repair several electrical household appliances. The results achieved in this community service activity were 15 members in youth productive age from skilled and competent partners in repairing household electrical appliances, have already understand of how to use electrical and electronic measuring instruments, how to use electrical and electronic equipment, managing workshop , K3, and entrepreneurship.

Abstract

Abstrak. Penulisan karya tulis ilmiah bagi guru sangat penting karena menjadi salah satu syarat untuk mengajukan kenaikan pangkat atau jabatan. Namun pada implementasinya ditemukan permasalahan yang terjadi dikalangan para guru adalah pada penulisan referensi karya ilmiah masih menuliskan daftar referensi secara manual. Hal tersebut mengakibatkan penulisan rujukan tidak konsisten sesuai dengan aturan penulisan referensi jurnal yang dituju serta beberapa rujukan yang dituliskan dalam karya tulis namun tidak tercantum dalam daftar referensi. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang dilakukan bertujuan untuk memberikan pelatihan kepada guru terkait penggunaan aplikasi manajemen referensi dalam penulisan karya tulis ilmiah. Aplikasi manajemen referensi yang diberikan dalam pelatihan ini adalah aplikasi Mendeley. Sasaran pelatihan ini adalah guru-guru sekolah menengah. Kata kunci: Manajemen Referensi, Mendeley, Karya Tulis

Abstract. The TV receiver antenna control system using arduino. This research aims to design a television Antenna Control System using Arduino. This type of research is experimental research.Data retrieval is done by setting the angle of the antenna of the receiver towards the antenna the antenna control system uses transmitters of television for each Television channel.The results showed that the control of television antenna system using arduino can be used to control the direction of the antenna on the right position according to the television transmitters received layout so that the quality of image and sound transmitter television is received well Keywords: receiver, antenna control system, arduino

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan aplikasi media informasi bimbingan belajar untuk masyarakat atau tutor berbasis android, serta untuk memberikan kemudahan bagi pelajar dan tutor dalam memperoleh informasi bimbingan belajar dan untuk mengetahui tanggapan pengguna terhadap aplikasi sebagai media informasi. Model pengembangan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah prototype yang terdiri dari beberapa tahapan, yaitu: analisis kebutuhan, membangun prototyping, evaluasi prototyping, mengkodekan sistem, menguji sistem, evaluasi sistem dan menggunakan sistem. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah 1) bentuk penyajian infromasi bimbingan belajar kepada masyarakat menggunakan aplikasi berbasis android. 2) aplikasi anandaprivat mendapatkan tanggapan yang sangat layak dari pengguna berdasarkan pengujian perangkat lunak menggunakan ISO 25010 pada aspek usability. 3) hasil pengujian aplikasi menggunakan iso 25010 pada aspek functional suitability, performance efficiency, compatibility dan portability aplikasi berkualitas baik

Abstract

Water tanks have recently been widely used in many applications in households or industry. It is essential to control the water level of a tank to regulate the filling process so that the tank does not overflow or empty without being noticed. This study aims to design an automatic water level control system using an IoT application to monitor and control processes. The sensor used in this study is a water level sensor, which detects the height of the water level. It works by the principle that the more water hitting the sensor, the smaller the resistance. The sensor can see whether the reservoir has reached a certain level or is complete. The sensor will inform the Wmos R1 board ESP8266 module to turn off the water pump engine and activate it again when the water level sensor reaches a certain level. The results show that the sensor worked correctly and accurately. When the water level sensor shows a whole height level in the filling process, which is 80% filled with water, the water level sensor will inform the Wmos R1 board ESP8266 module to change the relay to the OFF condition so that the water pump engine is also OFF. Upon detecting a specific height, when 50% of the tank has been filled with water, the pump engine restarts. Abstract

This research paper discusses the development of the APOK (Automatic Faucet Closing Device) utilizing the Internet of Things (IoT) as a novel approach to enhance the convenience and efficiency of water use. APOK was developed to automatically close the tap when not in use by incorporating motion sensors and voice recognition technology, the results of which will be transmitted via the ESP32 module. Furthermore, this solution allows real-time water use monitoring via a mobile application or web dashboard constructed on the Blynk program, which is compatible with the ESP32 module. By emphasizing water conservation, user comfort, and awareness of the environment, APOK has the potential to contribute to the preservation of water and sustainable resource management. While challenges such as data security and IoT infrastructure availability need to be addressed, APOK implementation presents beneficial changes in how we see and manage our daily water consumption.

Abstract

This research is a research and development (R&D) study utilizing the prototype development model. The aim of this study is to produce a development of an internet of things-based lighting control system. The functionality testing results achieved a 100% score, indicating that the prototype is suitable for use, and the user response results obtained a 100% score with the "Very Good" category. The testing results for the response time of the lamp for on/off commands showed a duration of 0-6 seconds, and the speed of feedback notifications from Telegram was 0-6 seconds. The testing for the speed of checking the lamp status ranged between 0-6 seconds. Meanwhile, for the LDR sensor trial, it successfully achieved 100% in sending notifications about the lamp's condition when a status check command is given.

Abstract

This research method is research and development which aims to produce and know the test results of the development of Arduino-based cigarette smoke detection devices at SMK Negeri 2 Makassar. This software system uses ISO 25010 using the system quality testing stage to obtain the results of functionality, usability, portability, Compatibility, Reliability, Security. This tool has been tested on 22 respondents. This tool has the potential to detect the presence of cigarette smoke or be used as a fire warning system. To improve the ability to detect cigarette smoke is to combine the Internet of Things (IoT) with the Arduino platform. The main components used in this system include Arduino, MQ7 sensor, Flame detector, NodeMCU ESP8266 module, Buzzer or speaker as audio alert, and electrical adapter. When smoke is detected past a predetermined threshold, this tool will issue a warning, both visual and audible, and send data through the Blynk application. In software reliability testing, we got 173 results from each coding and progress status is good or working which indicates the system has fulfilled the reliability aspect. For security testing using the OWSP ZAP application to determine vulnerability or security. As a result, the tool has a medium security level system, which states that the error rate on the server and coding (source code) in the application is categorized as safe
