Abstract

In running the government, a State must run the economy well. This affects the country for the prosperity of society development in order to achieve the objectives set by the State Act. One aspect in the implementation of the necessary development funding comes from tax revenue. The purpose of this study was to determine the mechanism of calculation, recording and reporting of Income Tax Article 23 on the procurement of goods in this respect rental services heavy loads PT.William Perkasa Makmur. The analysis method used in this research is descriptive analysis method. The results showed that as a company engaged in the field of contracting and rental of heavy equipment, PT. William Makmur Perkasa continue to provide tools that have the best quality and the weight to be able to sustain the work. The company realizes the development in this area both by the Government and private parties, seen also with the advent of the projects undertaken by the Government to prepare the facilities and infrastructure to support the development of the area, of course, which is a prerequisite for the entry of investors in investing. Laws and regulations on taxation applicable always changes the company should remain always pay attention to it. This is important so that it can determine the amount of income tax 23 in accordance with the existing rules.

Abstract

Regional Income is a source of regional finance and government financing. One of the original income receipts derived from the Regional Tax one of which is tax Hotel. This study was conducted to determine the potential of the hotel tax, the level of effectiveness and Contributions Taxes as a source of regional revenue Tomohon. The analysis method used is descriptive method Quantitative and analyze tax receipts Hotel of the Year 2011-2014. The results showed that the level of effectiveness of a Hotel Tax Year 2011-2014 ineffective. Taxes contribution as a source of regional revenue Tomohon over the last four years and a maximum rated not included in the criteria for contributions "very poor". Based on the results of tests conducted by researchers Potential Pick Taxes owned by the City of Tomohon is Rp.333.140.460. The existence of several barriers such as the lack of supporting facilities such as places of entertainment, which is not accurate setting of targets as well as the threat of natural disasters makes visitors reluctant to stay in Tomohon. Extension of paying taxes to the public awareness and create art festival activities are some of the efforts that have been made by the government to increase the contribution of hotel tax as a source of regional revenue in Tomohon.

Abstract

Fixed assets have a very important role for any company. Hence the need for the internal control system of fixed assets aimed at ensuring the security of company property, checking the accuracy and correctness of accounting data, to help encourage compliance policy leaders are set beforehand. This study aims to determine the application of the internal control structure of fixed assets at PT. Hasjrat Multifinance Branch Manado. Data analysis method used is descriptive method is a method to describe or analyze the results of the study but not used to make broader conclusions. The data used is qualitative data with secondary data sources, data collection techniques done is documentation and interview techniques. The results of research by the author, on the analysis of internal control of fixed assets at PT. Hasjrat Multifinance Branch Manado, concluded that internal control has not been effectively implemented. It can be seen from the dual function of labor between the accounting and finance are done by one person, the absence of an audit committee that controls the activity of the company, is not implemented training programs for employees, never done a physical examination once a year for fixed assets, there is no separation capital expenditures (capex) and revenue expenditure as well as the useful life of fixed assets is up is not the removal of fixed assets.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effectiveness of regional tax revenue at Minahasa Regency in 2020-2022. This research uses a quantitative descriptive research approach. The data used comes from the Regional Revenue Agency of Minahasa Regency, namely in the form of the 2020-2022 Regional Tax Target and Realization Report. The results of this study indicate that (1) The effectiveness of hotel tax revenue from 2020-2022 has increased, (2) The effectiveness of restaurant tax revenue from 2020-2022 has increased, (3) The effectiveness of entertainment tax revenue from 2020-2022 is consistently very effective, (4) The effectiveness of advertisement tax revenue from 2020-2022 has decreased, (5) The effectiveness of street lighting tax revenue from 2020-2022 is consistently very effective, (6) The effectiveness of parking tax revenue from 2020-2022 has increased, (7) The effectiveness of groundwater tax revenues from 2020-2022 has decreased, (8) The effectiveness of swallow's nest tax revenue from 2020-2022 has increased, (9) The effectiveness of MBLB's tax revenues from 2020-2022 has increased, (10) The effectiveness of PBB-P2 revenues from 2020-2022 is consistently very effective, (11) The effectiveness of BPHTB revenues from 2020-2022 has fluctuated.

Abstract

Self assessment system is a tax collection system that authorizes taxpayers to determine the amount of tax payable in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. This study aims to analyze the application of the self assessment system in increasing awareness of compliance in paying hotel taxes, restaurant taxes, entertainment taxes, and in increasing regional tax revenues at the Manado City Regional Revenue Agency. The analysis method used in this thesis research is a descriptive method. The type of research used is qualitative descriptive. The results of the research on the realization of tax reporting using the self assessment system at the Manado City Regional Revenue Agency in 2022 showed that the tax revenue was IDR.292,254,150,326.53 from the tax revenue target of IDR 317,748,750,000.00. The percentage of tax compliance achieved by the Manado City Regional Revenue Agency in 2022-2023 reached 91.97%. As well as the percentage achieved based on the number of taxpayers registered and paying reaches 100% based on this data, the implementation of the selfassessment system is included in the very high category in increasing awareness of tax compliance and in increasing revenue at the Manado City Regional Revenue Agency.
