Abstract

Pentingnya keterampilan literasi digital dalam era teknologi informasi mendorong penelitian ini untuk menlihat dampak Model Pembelajaran Berbasis Investigasi dengan dukungan ChatGPT terhadap keterampilan literasi digital siswa sekolah dasar. Penelitian ini berfokus pada pengembangan keterampilan literasi digital siswa sebagai respons terhadap lingkungan digital yang semakin kompleks. Melibatkan 28 siswa kelas 5 dalam satu kelompok eksperimen, penelitian ini menggunakan metode pre eksperimental dan mengukur keterampilan literasi digital sebelum dan setelah intervensi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam keterampilan literasi digital siswa setelah melibatkan mereka dalam Model Pembelajaran Berbasis Investigasi dengan dukungan ChatGPT. Langkah-langkah pembelajaran, seperti pemilihan topik hingga evaluasi, terbukti efektif dalam merangsang perkembangan literasi digital siswa. Penggunaan ChatGPT sebagai mesin pencari berbasis chat memperkaya pengalaman pembelajaran, mengajarkan siswa untuk berinteraksi dengan informasi online. Meskipun penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi berharga, beberapa batasan perlu diperhatikan dalam penelitian ini. Untuk penelitian selanjutnya, disarankan untuk memperluas cakupan dengan melibatkan lebih banyak topik dan rentang waktu yang lebih panjang. Kesimpulannya, Model Pembelajaran Berbasis Investigasi dengan dukungan ChatGPT menunjukkan langkah positif dalam meningkatkan literasi digital siswa sekolah dasar, memberikan landasan untuk menavigasi tuntutan literasi digital di era informasi yang terus berkembang.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the basic passing and control technique activities in the Bintang Timur Surabaya team of the 2021/2022 professional futsal league and the dominant passing and control techniques carried out by the Bintang Timur Surabaya team. The method used by researchers is a descriptive quantitative method. The source of the data taken was by watching the rematch of the Bintang Timur Surabaya team in the second round. The results of the analysis of the basic passing and control techniques of the Bintang Timur Surabaya team, the total passing carried out by the Bintang Timur Surabaya team was 4,246 times with a description of passing success 3,945 times (93%), and a total control of 3,546 times with a description of control success of 3,402 (96%) and control errors 144 (4%). With the average basic passing and control techniques in 11 matches during the second round are 386 passing techniques in each game and the average control performed in each game is 322. As for the dominant passing and control techniques carried out are the passing inside foot pass technique, and direct control control techniques. Abstract

Core stability exercise merupakan salah satu faktor yang sangat penting dalam olahraga judo untuk meningkatkan keseimbangan. Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh suatu pemikiran bahwa atlet judo yang memiliki core stability yang baik akan membuat atlet lebih percaya diri dalam bertanding karena berpengaruh pada saat melakukan tehknik bantingan juga bertahan agar sulit dibanting lawan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode pre-experimental dengan rancangan One Grup Pretest and Posttes Design. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah atlet remaja judo kota Sukabumi yang berjumlah 54 orang, sedangkan sample yang di ambil hanya atlet remaja saja yang berjumlah 11 orang maka metode yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah tes keterampilan teknik o goshi dan core strenght & stability test-multy-level proned hold test, tujuannya untuk mengetahui kualitas teknik o goshi dan mengetahui core stability. Berdasarkan pengolahan data dan analisis data, di temukan pengaruh yang siginifikan core stability exercise terhadap peningkatan kualitas teknik o goshi pada atlet remaja judo kota Sukabumi.

Abstract

Objective. of this study is to identify the predominant tactics utilized during the 2022 provincial sports week. Materials and Methods. The research approach employed in this study is a quantitative method, by observing the match using YouTube social media. The population in this study was the 2022 West Java Porprov Team, the sample was taken purposively. A frequency test was conducted to identify the most commonly employed techniques. This study employs a video-based observation method that yields objective data and utilizes a frequency test to present statistics on dominant futsal techniques. However, the limitations of this study lie in observations via video which may not capture all features of the approach entirely and the tiny sample from one event (Porprov), making it impossible to generalize. Results. The study's results indicated that passing techniques were employed 982 times, control 932 times, shooting 245 times, dribbling 233 times, chipping 185 times, heading 49 times, and turning 28 times, with the respective usage percentages being 35% for passing, 37% for control, 9% for shooting, 9% for dribbling, 7% for chipping, 2% for heading, and 1% for turning. Conclusion. Passing and control methods are the predominant strategies employed in futsal matches at the 2022 Provincial Sports Week. Subsequent researchers are advised to employ multi-shot video analysis and conduct comparisons with other competitions for more comprehensive results. This study aims to offer guidance for futsal coaches and players to emphasize passing and control tactics in training, as these skills are predominantly utilized in provincial level matches.

Abstract

Pengabdian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh atlet petanque yang seringkali menghadapi kecemasan dan gangguan konsentrasi selama bertanding. Pengabdian ini berfokus untuk menguji efektivitas penggunaan self-hypnosis sebagai metode untuk mengelola kecemasan dan meningkatkan konsentrasi atlet petanque. Metode yang digunakan terbagi menjadi empat tahap yang terstruktur, yaitu persiapan, perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi. Pemilihan responden melibatkan 40 atlet petanque di Kota Sukabumi yang secara sukarela berpartisipasi dalam program latihan self-hypnosis. Pengukuran kecemasan dilakukan menggunakan Sport Competition Anxiety Test (SCAT), sementara konsentrasi diukur dengan Grid Concentration Test. Hasil pengabdian ini menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan rata-rata kecemasan menurun dari 45.5 (kategori kecemasan tinggi) menjadi 13.75 (kategori sangat rendah), dan rata-rata konsentrasi meningkat dari 11.325 (konsentrasi rendah) menjadi 18.225 (Konsentrasi baik) setelah intervensi. Kesimpulannya, teknik self-hypnosis terbukti efektif dalam menurunkan kecemasan dan meningkatkan konsentrasi atlet petanque.

Abstract

Atlet Kota Sukabumi yang akan berlaga pada Pekan Olahraga Provinsi (PORPROV) tahun 2022 perlu diketahuin status kondisi fisik sebagai parameter menuju event PORPROV. Kondisi fisik merupakan aspek yang penting bagi seorang atlet dalam menunjang pencapaian prestasi suatu cabang olaharaga. Khususnya dalam aspek kondisi fisik harus berdasarkan data yang diperoleh berdasarkan ilmu keolahragaan. Akan tetapi pelaksanaan general fitness test, khususnya di Kota Sukabumi masih menghadapi beberapa kendala, yaitu: pemilihan item tes yang sesuai hingga pengolahan dan analisis data hasil tes. Tujuan pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini adalah untuk membantu melaksanakan general fitness test yang sesuai dan memberikan kemudahan pengolahan dan analisis data hasil tes dengan dukungan E-Form General Fitness Test. Kegiatan pengabdian ini menggunakan metode Service-Learning. Terdapat beberapa item tes kondisi fisik yang digunakan, yaitu: a). Daya tahan: Bleep Test, b). Kelincahan: Illinois Test, c). Kekuatan otot: Push up, Sit up, Vertical jump, d). Fleksibilitas: Hip and Trunk, dan e). Body composition untuk beberapa orang atlet. Setelah data hasil tes terkumpul, pengolahan dan analisis data dibantu dengan E-Form General Fitness Test App. Luaran yang dicapai dari kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat ini adalah memberikan kemudahan dalam pengolahan dan analisis data hasil tes fisik. Dalam waktu yang singkat data hasil tes menjadi sebuah informasi yang disajikan dalam bentuk tabel hasil analisis data berdasarkan kriteria setiap item tes yang digunakan.

Futsal has become one of the popular sports games among people today, including students in middle schools who participate in the Futsal Extracurricular Program to nurture and develop their interests and talents. Naturally, participants must master fundamental futsal techniques, including Passing. This study aims to explore the impact of active and passive passing drills on improving basic passing skills in futsal games. The study's target population consists of participants from the Futsal Extracurricular Program at Insan Cendekia Arrasyid Middle School. The sample employed a total sampling method, involving 16 participants to match the population size. The research was conducted at the futsal field of Insan Cendekia Arrasyid Middle School. The research method employed is an experimental approach utilizing a Two Group Pretest-Posttest Design. During the implementation, participants were subjected to an initial assessment followed by a treatment involving a combination of active and passive passing drills with variations, and finally, a concluding assessment was conducted. Based on the research outcomes, data processing, data analysis, and hypothesis testing, a significant influence was detected in enhancing basic passing skills in futsal among participants in the Futsal Extracurricular Program at Insan Cendekia Arrasyid Middle School, as indicated by the results of t=2.890 and sig=0.019<0.05. Therefore, the null hypothesis (Ho) was accepted. This outcome signifies that there is a notable improvement attributed to active and passive training techniques on fundamental passing skills in futsal among participants in the Futsal Extracurricular Program at Insan Cendekia Arrasyid Middle School.
