Abstract

Abstract-Waqf is one of the worships performed by separating personal property into used and utilized in general. Waqf property will be used for the needs of Muslims and the general public. The jurist, The Waqf that continues to be used, will drain the wakif property even if he has passed away. The purpose of this research is to examine how verses of the Qur'an interpret the implementation of productive Waqf to the welfare of the community. This research uses library research and content analysis methods by interpreting Qur'an verses related to Waqf, and none of the Verses of the Qur'an explicitly mention the word waqf. Waqf's management and supervision are carried out to the maximum so that the assets that have been converted can be empowered and useful in general so that the whole community can feel the Waqf results. The productive and innovative way of managing Waqf and intensive supervision will make the mauquf alaih economically independent, educational, health, religious. Abstract

Ijma’ adalah salah satu metode yang pembahasannya semakin berkembang karena konsep Ijma’ yang dirumuskan oleh para ulama fuqaha terdahulu ternyata di masa sekarang menimbulkan pertanyaan mengenai bagaimana Ijma’ bisa diimplementasikan. Ketika Ijma’ dipahami sebagai kesepakatan ulama maka ulama yang seperti apakah pada saat ini yang dapat membentuk sebuah kesepakatan yang dapat dipakai umat. Kemudian masih memungkinkah akan adanya sebuah ijtihad berbentuk Ijma’ yang akan dikaitkan dengan kontek negara bangsa ini. Dengan metode library research dan content analysis terhadap penafsiran beberapa ayat Al-Qur’an yang terkait. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah sebagai konteks negara bangsa bahwa Ijma’ dapat dilakukan oleh pemerintah dalam hal ini lembaga legislatif sebagai wakil rakyat, sehingga produk-produk hukumnya jika disepakati bisa dikatakan dengan Ijma’. Dan upaya kontekstualisasi konsep rukun Ijma’ dari segi kriteria mujtahid maupun secara yuridis historis bahwa Ijma’ itu adalah sebuah konsensus, maka dalam konteks negara bangsa peraturan-perundang-undangan menjadi keniscayaan menjadi sebuah Ijma’. Konsep Ijma’ ini akan menghasilkan sebuah dalam konteks negara bangsa peraturan-perundang-undangan menjadi keniscayaan menjadi sebuah Ijma’. Seperti Undang-Undang Perkawinan, Wakaf, dan peraturan perundangan lainnya.

Abstract

Halal products have bruised the world of marketing with many products labeled halal. Among them are halal cosmetics, but it is very unfortunate that there are halal products but not labeled halal. One of them is a medical product that has a business license, registered with BPOM, not even harmful by its users but does not hold a halal label permit. The method used is qualitative, using a sociological approach to economics whose purpose is to find out that a product labeled halal or halal cosmetics can not only be seen from the label but certain few that can be used as a benchmark of a halal product. The results of this study show that halal labels in cosmetics on the market provide a choice of buying interest so that with the attitude that there are several roles that occur in halal certification including the role of religious identity, attitudes, subjective norms or perceived behaviour control that can produce a positive or negative role in the interest in buying products.

Abstract

There was an increase in the number of deposit accounts that were not in line with fluctuations in the number of Islamic deposit funds in the 2018-2020 period. This study aims to find out and analyze the effect of profit sharing and service quality on customer interest in using sharia deposit products at PT Bank Tabungan Negara KCS Banjarmasin. Field research with a quantitative descriptive approach, this study uses multiple linear regression analysis with the IBM SPSS Statistics 22 program. The regression results obtained the variable of profit sharing and service quality were able to explain the variable of customer interest by 20.3%, and the remaining 79.7% was explained by other variables outside the study. In the t-test, the profit sharing variable has a significant effect on customer interest while the F test, the profit sharing variable and service quality affect customer interest. Until, the variable of service quality also has a significant effect on customer interest.

Abstract

This research aims to investigate consumer perceptions and behavior towards halal labels. Religiosity has a significant impact on various aspects of life, such as cultural beliefs and human behavior. This research is field research with a quantitative approach. Namely the type of research used to test theories through research variables and analyze data using statistical procedures. The sample used in this research was 98 people from the village of Tanjung Rema Martapura, Banjar Regency. The results of this research show that can be interpreted that the halal label and religiosity have a significant influence and has been proven to have a partial effect on purchasing decisions. The halal label has a more significant impact on purchasing decisions than religiosity due to reasons related to trust, convenience, and clarity in the offered product. The halal label provides clear assurance to consumers, as products with this label have gone through a certification process that ensures adherence to cleanliness, safety, and quality standards. This differs from religiosity, which is more subjective and tends to vary among individuals.

Abstract

Thisdresearch isdmotivated bydchanges in the rate or level of inflation, especially in Indonesia, with various influencing factors. Inflation itself cannot be left unchecked, it must be controlled with several instruments and policies to keep inflation stable. The purposedof thisdstudy is toddeterminedthedeffectdofdinterest rates (BI Rate) on inflation in Indonesia. By using interestdrate data (BI Rate) published by the Bank Indonesia website, and inflation data obtained from the Central Bureau of Statistics website. The data is taken from 2018-2022. Using quantitative methods with time series data with the analysisdtechnique used isdsimple linear regression analysis withdthe help of the Eviews 12 program. The resultsdshoweddthat partially, the interestdrate variable (BI Rate) had nodeffect but was significant to Inflation, namely the probability value obtained was 0.7321> 0.05.

Abstract

Abstract Inflation is a continual increase in the purchase price of products and services. Purpose of this research is to identify how much influence inflation and interest rates have on economic growth in South Kalimantan Province. The data used are secondary data in the form of time series data including data on inflation, interest rates, and economic growth in South Kalimantan province for the period 2018-2022. Quantitative descriptive methods were used to conduct this research. It uses Multiple Linear regression analysis methods, and data processing using Eviews 12 software. The findings of this research are that inflation has no significant effect on the economic growth of South Kalimantan Province, and also interest rates have no significant effect on the economic growth of South Kalimantan Province. Then together inflation and interest rates also have no significant effect on the economic growth of South Kalimantan Province with an R-squared value of 0.636702 or 36.3%.
