Abstract

This study time to determine the relationship between leadership and job satisfaction at Civil Servants at the National Police (PNPP), South Tangerang Resort Police. A total of 233 respondents were sampled according to the Slovin formula. The reliability of data collection and validity checks of questionnaires with product-moment correlations was calculated using the Cronbach-Alpha formula. Technical statistical analysis of hypothesis testing was performed using Pearson's Product Moment Correlation with the application SPPS version 11.0. The results of this study showed that the correlation was 0.631, and the t-test results showed that the correlation was significant. Calculating a coefficient of determination of 0.3982 indicates that PNPP's job satisfaction at South Tangerang Police Station is 39.82% influenced by on-the-job leadership.

Abstract

This research was conducted at Asosiasi CI+BI Nasional, which aims to determine the process of teamwork and communication is done Asosiasi CI+BI Nasional in improving the quality of educational services for gifted students and special intelligent Indonesia. This study was conducted in November 2015 and January 2016. The researchers used a qualitative approach and descriptive method. Data collected through interviews, observation, and documentation study. Source data from this study are: the general secretary of the Asosiasi CI+BI Nasional, chairman of the Asosiasi CI+BI Wilayah, and some informants supporting, among others, the management areas of the Asosiasi CI+BI Nasional and school/madrasah service provider subsidiary CI+BI under the auspices of the Asosiasi CI+BI Nasional. Teamwork in Asosiasi CI+BI Nasional is done by those who want to work together to analyze needs and the resources available for cooperation with Asosiasi CI+BI Nasional. Then those who want to work together to contact Asosiasi CI+BI Nasional and did a deal related to the program to be implemented. Asosiasi CI+BI Nasional provides guidance to those who want to work together to reach areas of Asosiasi CI+BI Nasional in accordance with the needs and demands. Asosiasi CI+BI Nasional should help schools/madrasah service provider subsidiary CI+BI to look for students who have the potential of gifted special use technology optimally to notify information about the achievements of students CI+BI by making connections between blogs Asosiasi CI+BI Nasional website owned by the school/madrasah service provider CI + BI children under the auspices of Asosiasi CI+BI Nasional.

Abstract

This research aimed to describe the planning and execution of training in improving the quality of education personnel in Jakarta. Research on quality managament be specified in two sub research focus is the planning of training and implementation of training activities in PPMS. The method used is a qualitative case research. The data obtained by researchers is through observation, depth interviews (depth interview), and documentation research. Key informant interviews were conducted at the Head Centre and supported by the informant support consists of the Head of Administration, Head of Executive Management Development Medium, instructor and trainees.The research concluded that 1) Planning of training undertaken in an effort to improve the quality of education personnel through the stages of training needs analysis, a coordination meeting between the committee and implementing units, define the training objectives, determining the training target, specify the subject matter, time, and number of participants, determine More specifically instructor with the materials according to their fields of expertise. Resulting from this process that the terms of reference of activities and proposal activities, criteria for participants and instructors criteria, the list of participants will be invited, syllabus and training schedules, training materials by the instructor, training rules and list of required facilities and infrastructure. 2) Implementation of the training activities carried out through pre-test phase – IN 1 – On the Job Learning – IN 2 – Post test up until the evaluation results come out in the form of certificates to the participants assessment. Output generated in the form of training implementation Accountability report along with photo documentation of training activities.PPMS should conduct a detailed analysis of requirement operating more hearts held trainin, set time allocation complex material material adjustments and trainer right, make a detailed schedule and disseminate the material shown to the participants which impacted the increasing skills from the training participants.

Abstract

Research was conducted in SDN Tanah Tinggi 3 Tangerang and SD Islam Al-Ikhlas Tangerang. This research aims to knowing and analyzing how quality management is applied for improving school’s achievement. This study is focusing on quality management with the sub-focus of planning and actuating. The approach that used for this study is qualitative approach with comparative case study method descriptively. Based on the result and research data analysis, found that quality planning for improving school’s achievement are done by a work-meeting forum, each component in the school determines school’s objective based on existing vision and mission of the school and then the targeted objective will be decided by analyzing school’s needs. The analysis of school’s needs then will be used for arranging school’s programs and work programs for improving the achievement and planning for the future. The decision making was done then followed by the policies, from the planning for improving school’s achievement activities then a planning of improving school’s achievement could be created. In the practice, development of achievement improvement programs was done especially in the scope of Adiwiyata. it held by developing the policies of environmental caring and culture, developing the curriculum of environmental basis, developing participative basis activities and improving the management and structure and infrastructure empowerment. From those aspects, they can create improvement of school’s achievement on environmental aspect. For SDN Tanah Tinggi 3 on improving and developing its academic achievement needs curriculum development on student’s self-empower and extracurricular. Meanwhile for SD Islam Al-Ikhlas on human resources development needs more human resources.

Abstract

This research was conducted at the General Finance Training Center. Whichaims to identify training management Mastering Islamic Finance process. This researchwas done since october 2016 to january 2017. This research was using a qualitativeapproach with descriptive methods. Data collection is done through interview,observation and documentation study. Source of research data comes from keyinformants head of planning and development division, head of implementation division,and several informants supporters such as head of curriculum subdivision, currculumsubdivision and implementation subdivision staff.The results of this study indicate that: (1) Planning of Mastering Islamic FinanceTraining begins with training need analysis, preparing curriculum, materials, teachingmaterials, assign teachers, the requirements of the participants, the venue for training.Implementation of Mastering Islamic Finance Training at the general finance trainingcenter appropriate with the guidelines. (2) Implementation of the training activitiescarried out through several stages including methods independent study and face-to-face.The determination of participants Mastering Islamic Finance training based on therecommendation of General of Budget Financing and Risk Management

Abstract

This study aims to determine the introductory training management at Ministry ofManpower Training and Education Center. In research on training management trainingfocused on the planning and implementation of training. This research is a qualitativedescriptive study. Determining the subject of this study using snowball sampling. Datacollection techniques used were interviews, observation and documentation. Data wereanalyzed by descriptive qualitative.The results of the study indicate that the introductorytraining management Employees working in the Ministry of Employment Training Centerinclude: 1) Planning training in with AKD (Training Needs Analysis) tailored to theneeds on the ground. Formulate the curriculum, syllabus, teaching materials, methods,schedules, and lecturer. After conducting a needs analysis phase, 2) The training beginswith a letter calling the membership then process the results of field organizersformulation of curriculum, syllabus and schedule to be processed into a tentativeschedule. Next is a learning process begins with classical training and learning outsidethe classroom there are street vendors (Practice Field work) in order to train theparticipants in terms of skills. After the stage of the learning process of the next stage isthe end of the training seminar is the last stage of determining graduation trainingparticipants were announced at the closing. Then follow-up after the participants followthe training is coaching and empowerment of the participants returned to the horse'smouth each work unit. Employee Training Center and related Technical Unit shouldprepare earlier and more intensively communicate in detail in preparing the training. theneed for alternative plans or concepts implementation and submitted directly to therelevant parties prior to the implementation of the training in order to anticipate atechnical error or adjustment situation and conditions on the ground so it does not needto re-coordination.
