Abstract

Ikan gabus merupakan ikan air tawar yang banyak manfaat yaitu asam amino non-esensial yang dikandungnya sangat penting dalam penyembuhan luka pada manusia. Ikan gabus banyak dikonsumsi oleh orang pasca operasi untuk membantu pemulihan luka operasi. Penelitian deskriptif mengidentifikasi manfaat ikan gabus dalam membantu penyembuhan luka operasi pasca melahirkan caesar. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada dua orang pasca persalinan caesar. Pasien 1 konsumsi ikan gabus sedangkan pasien 2 tidak mengkonsumsi ikan gabus. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode wawancara, observasi, dan pemeriksaan fisik. Alat ukur yang digunakan yaitu lembar observasi luka operasi dengan REEDA (Redness, Edema, Ecchymosis, Discharge, Approximation) dan skala nyeri. Ikan gabus dikonsumsi pasien satu kali sehari selama 4 hari di RSAU Jakarta. Hasil:  Pasien 1 skor REEDA yaitu 1, skala nyeri 1, sedangkan pasien 2 yaitu skor REEDA adalah 2 dan skala nyeri 2. Kesimpulan: Konsumsi Ikan gabus baik dalam mempercepat penyembuhan luka terutama pada ibu pasca melahirkan caesar sehingga baik ditambahkan dalam konsumsi harian pasca operasi caesar.   Cork fish is a freshwater fish that has many benefits, namely the non-essential amino acids it contains are very important in wound healing in humans. Cork fish is widely consumed by people after surgery to help the recovery of surgical wounds. Descriptive research identifies the benefits of cork fish in helping wound healing after cesarean delivery. This study was conducted on two people after cesarean delivery. Patient 1 consumed cork fish while patient 2 did not consume cork fish. This study used interview, observation, and physical examination methods. The measuring instruments used were a surgical wound observation sheet with REEDA (Redness, Edema, Ecchymosis, Discharge, Approximation) and a pain scale. Cork fish was consumed by patients once a day for 4 days at RSAU Jakarta. Results:  Patient 1 REEDA score is 1, pain scale is 1, while patient 2 is REEDA score is 2 and pain scale is 2. Conclusion: Consumption of cork fish is good in accelerating wound healing, especially in mothers after cesarean delivery so it is good to be added to daily consumption after cesarean section.

Abstract

Abstract This community service will be conducted in the Klari district of Karawang. The focus of this community service activity is training to improve the competencies of time management, leadership, and problem-solving among secondary school teachers in the Klari district of Karawang. This activity is considered important because through this activity, the problem of suboptimal success in teacher development programs can be addressed. The target of this activity is teachers at secondary schools in the Klari district of Karawang. The activity will be carried out over two meetings. The purpose and output of this activity are for training participants to have knowledge and skills in time management, leadership, and problem-solving. Keywords: time work, leadership, problem solving Abstrak Pengabdian ini akan dilaksanakan di wilayah Klari, Karawang. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini memfokuskan pada pelatihan peningkatan kompetensi manajemen waktu, kepemimpinan, dan pemecahan masalah pada guru sekolah menengah di wilayah Klari, Karawang. Kegiatan ini dipandang penting karena melalui kegiatan ini, permasalahan belum maksimalnya keberhasilan program pembinaan guru dapat teratasi. Sasaran dari kegiatan ini adalah para guru pada sekolah menengah di wilayah Klari, Karawang. Pelaksanaan kegiatan tersebut dilaksanakan selama dua kali pertemuan. Adapun tujuan dan luaran dari kegiatan ini adalah peserta pelatihan dapat memiliki pengetahuan dan keterampilan dalam manajemen waktu, kepemimpinan, dan pemecahan masalah. Abstract

Abstract Professional Development Training (PDT) plays an important role in improving teacher competence and the overall quality of education. This article investigates a research study that focuses on improving self-directed learning (SRL) skills through practice-based training in the field. The research adopted a qualitative methodology, collecting data while conducting SRL training sessions with teachers from various backgrounds. The research findings revealed notable improvements in teachers' SRL skills due to the practice-based training. Participants in the training showed progress in self-control, educational planning, and improved self-assessment abilities. These results highlight the efficacy of practice-based training in fostering teachers' autonomy in learning, thereby promoting continuous professional growth. The article suggests the integration of this training approach into the CLA curriculum to mould resilient and adaptable educators in navigating the ever-evolving educational landscape. Keywords: Continuing Professional Development (CPD), Self-Regulated Learning (SRL), Teacher Learning Independence Abstrak Pelatihan Pengembangan Profesional (PKB) memainkan peran penting dalam meningkatkan kompetensi guru dan kualitas pendidikan secara keseluruhan. Artikel ini menyelidiki studi penelitian yang berfokus pada peningkatan keterampilan belajar mandiri (SRL) melalui pelatihan berbasis praktik di lapangan. Penelitian ini mengadopsi metodologi kualitatif, mengumpulkan data sambil melakukan sesi pelatihan SRL dengan guru dari berbagai latar belakang. Temuan penelitian mengungkapkan peningkatan penting dalam keterampilan SRL guru karena pelatihan berbasis praktik. Peserta dalam pelatihan menunjukkan kemajuan dalam pengendalian diri, perencanaan pendidikan, dan peningkatan kemampuan penilaian diri. Hasil ini menyoroti kemanjuran pelatihan berbasis praktik dalam menumbuhkan otonomi guru dalam belajar, sehingga mendorong pertumbuhan profesional yang berkelanjutan. Abstract

Based on the Decree of the Minister of Education and Culture of the Republic of Indonesia No. 1177/M/2020 concerning the Penggerak School Program, the determination of the educational unit as the implementer of the Penggerak School Program is carried out by selecting the Head of the Education Unit who has learning leadership, learning that supports students and a willingness to learn that represents diversity throughout Indonesia (differentiated learning). The presence of the Penggerak School Program began with an independent curriculum development program which started from the implementation of the 2013 curriculum which was considered too rigid, the material was too dense and learning loss was caused by the impact of online learning during the Covid-19. The method used in research is libarary research methods. In general, this research describes the results of the penggerak school program carried out at the educational unit level, so that it can encourage the transformation process of educational units in order to increase student learning outcomes character in order to realize Pancasila students. Penggerak School Program has several advantages, namely being a school that can provide guidance to other schools (model school), getting assistance from expert trainers, accelerating school digitalization & improving the quality of school principals and teachers. Schools that take part in the Penggerak School Program will be expected to have output as a pioneer force in the transition to the independent curriculum.

Abstract

Data from the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology (Kemdikbudristek) shows that Indonesia needs 1.3 million teachers by 2024. In an effort to meet the needs of teachers, the recruitment of government employees with work agreements (PPPK) for functional positions is organized with a strict selection system. PPPK procurement in each region must submit a formation proposal to the Ministry of Education, Culture and Research by first analyzing teacher needs. This applies to Pringsewu district, Lampung province. Based on the regulation of the Minister of National Education no. 7 of 2010 states that in fulfilling teacher needs, teacher needs analysis is carried out by considering 1) the ratio of teachers and students, 2) the distribution of teachers, and 3) the projection of fulfilling the teacher workload of at least 24 face-to-face hours in 1 week. The research subjects were; Head of the Primary School Teachers and Education Personnel (GTK) Section of the Pringsewu District Education and Culture Office. The research was conducted using descriptive-qualitative methods. The results that the regional government policy of Pringsewu Regency seeks to provide for teacher needs by proposing the formation of teacher needs to the Kemendikbudristek based on the number of PPPK formations in 2023 will be 668 formations (teachers). The proposed formation is made in accordance with the results of the GTK section head's analysis so that it can balance the supply and demand of teachers needed in Pringsewu district.

Abstract

This investigation endeavors to analyze The Impact of  Workplace Facilities and the Role of Work Discipline in Enhancing Employee Performance at Dinas Ketahanan Pangan dan Pertanian Kabupaten Purworejo. Job Performance of Employees is a vital component in achieving organizational, therefore it is important to pay attention to aspects that can enhance work effectiveness. Adequate work facilities and high work discipline are believed to contribute positively to employee effectiveness. This study employs a quantitative methodology using a survey technique. Information was gathered via questionnaires handed out to 70 staff members Dinas Ketahanan Pangan dan Pertanian Kabupaten Purworejo. Analysis of the data was carried out through multiple linear regression methods to test the influence of two independent variable, namely workplace facilities and Work discipline in relation to employee performance, the dependent variable in this study. The findings indicate that workplace facilities positively and significantly influence employee performance. This means that the better the work facilities provided, the higher the employee performance. Additionally, work discipline also has a proven positive and significant effect on employee performance. Employees with high discipline tend to exhibit better performance. The results suggest that enhancing workplace amenities and reinforcing work discipline serve as effective approaches to boost employee performance at Dinas Ketahanan Pangan dan Pertanian Kabupaten Purworejo. This study recommends that the organizational management continuously improve the quality of work facilities and implement policies that support work discipline to achieve optimal performance.
