Abstract

Language is a symbol or emblem of the most widely used. primary means to express thoughts, feelings, intentions, and goals. This is done by using words to represent different aspects of reality. Language can represent a lot of facts, phenomena, and even something abstract that is around humans. No exception to the Qur’an, the holy book would not want to use language as a medium. In this study described how language functions with a series of words to express the essence, meaning, form, something that is not there, past, present, future, and other things that certainly can not be separated from the context of the discourse with all its elements. Abstract

Remaja di lingkungan masjid Al-Ikhlas Tamantirto Kasihan Bantul Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta memiliki tantangan yang dihadapi oleh generasi Z pada umumnya. Apalagi di masa pandemi Covid-19 yang mengharuskan mereka untuk lebih banyak tinggal di rumah dan menggunakan internet untuk keperluan belajar, maka ketergantungan terhadap internet menjadi semakin tinggi. Sementara itu, kebutuhan pemanfaatan teknologi internet yang sangat tinggi ini belum diimbangi dengan kemampuan literasi digital yang memadai sehingga para remaja ini rentan terhadap dampak negatif dari teknologi yang mereka akses sehari-hari. Sebagai solusi dari permasalahan diatas, tim pengusul program pengabdian masyarakat bekerja sama dengan takmir masjid memberikan bekal pelatihan dan panduan literasi digital kepada para remaja masjid serta orang tua dari para remaja tersebut. Peran orang tua dinilai juga masih sangat penting untuk ikut memantau aktifitas para remaja ini selama menggunakan akses internet di masjid maupun di rumah mereka masing-masing. Solusi yang dijalankan yaitu, penyelenggaraan pelatihan literasi digital untuk remaja masjid dengan pendekatan yang terintegrasi dari aspek etika komunikasi dan nilai-nilai agama serta penyelenggaraan psikoedukasi tentang peran pengawasan dan kontrol oleh orang tua terhadap anak dan remaja. Hasil pelaksanaan program menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan yang terintegrasi dalam literasi digital tersebut memberikan kesan yang lebih mendalam bagi para remaja maupun orang tua yang berpartisipasi.

Abstract

Film is an entertainment medium in the form of audio-visual that can be enjoyed by the audience. In order to be shown, short films must be distributed first. Distribution channels in this digital era, technology has developed a lot, which has resulted in the emergence of various digital-based movie playback platforms, both paid and unpaid, including Iflix, Netflix, Vidio, GoPlay, Genflix, Catchplay, VIU, and Disney+ Hotstar. The purpose of this research is to find out how the distribution strategy of Anak Lanang Film. The research method used in this research is descriptive qualitative research. The theory used is strategy and film distribution. The results of the research obtained are that the Anak Lanang film was originally a final project project which was then directed to the festival and Youtube to be met with the audience. Tito Bagus Ramadhan, the owner of the film project, will pay for the funding from start to finish. The ownership of the Anak Lanang film was handed over to Ravacana Films for distribution. Ravacana Films has never carried out promotions, promotions occurred spontaneously, namely the reaction and attention of the audience when the film Anak Lanang was screened at the festival and also the media that covered the success of the film Anak Lanang at the festivals that were followed. Ravacana Films has never carried out media planning, media relations, media monitoring, and media coverage activities. Festival audiences and Youtube are the target market for the film Anak Lanang. Ravacana has never done cooperation with the film community or individuals in the screening of the Anak Lanang film. The novelty of this research is this research focuses on the distribution strategy used by Film Anak Lanang, including on the Youtube platform. Stating that this thesis is the result of my own work and all I have stated that the sources quoted or referenced are correct.

Abstract

AbstractThis research examined  the Arabic language development and learning at Madrasah Mu’allimin Muhammadiyah, Yogyakarta. Research diagnosed the components or sub-systems in Arabic language learning, which involved students, teachers, learning goals, methods, and Arabic text books. It is intended to describe the learning process of Arabic language in perspective of system approach. This research is a mixed research of qualitative and quantitative methods. In general, the interaction of sub-systems, namely students, teacher conditions, goals, methods, and text books is collaborative and cooperative. Even though, some problems were still found in each sub-system. The interaction of sub-systems in the learning process that implemented the interdependent, cooperative and dynamic principals, worked well. In addition, it is necessary to perform educational efforts to improve teacher competencies and student quality with education and training, workshop, seminar, text-book writing, comparative study, and direct practice.  Therefore, the Arabic learning process may find an ideal format and solutive and educational steps in designing Arabic language learning that is active, conducive, creative, innovative, and fun.Abstrak Penelitian ini membahas tentang pengembangan dan pembelajaran bahasa Arab di Madrasah Mu’allimin Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta. enelitian ini mencoba mendiagnosa komponen atau sub-sub system dalam pembelajaran bahasa Arab yang meliputi siswa, guru, tujuan pembelajaran, metode, dan buku ajar bahasa Arab.Hal ini dimaksudkan untuk mendeskripsikan proses pembelajaran bahasa Arab dalam perspektif pendekatan system. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kombinasi (mix research) antara kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Secara umum, interaksi antar sub system seperti siswa, kondisi guru, tujuan, metode, dan buku ajar saling kolaboratif dan sinergis. Meskipun masih banyak ditemukan beberapa masalah di masing-masing sub system tersebut. Interaksi antar sub system tersebut dapat berjalan dengan baik dalam proses pembelajaran dengan melaksanakan prinsipi interdependensi, sinergitas, dan dinamis. Disamping itu, perlu melakukan upaya-upaya edukatif untuk meningkatkan kompetensi guru dan kualitas siswa dengan pendidikan dan pelatihan, workshop, seminar, penulisan buku ajar, studi banding (comparative study), dan praktek langsung (direct practice). Dengan begitu, proses pembelajaran bahasa arab dapat menemukan format ideal dan langkah-langkah solutif-edukatif dalam mendesain pembelajaran bahasa Arab yang aktif, kondusif, kreatif, inovatif dan menyenangkan.

Abstract

This study analyzes the branding strategy implemented by Buttonscarves through Instagram to increase customer loyalty. Buttonscarves, as a premium hijab brand, optimally utilizes Instagram to strengthen branding and attract consumer attention. With a descriptive qualitative approach, data was collected through interviews and documentation. The results of the study show that Buttonscarves uses a consistent visual branding strategy, digital campaigns, collaboration with influencers, and interactive features such as Stories and Reels to increase customer engagement. This strategy is effective in strengthening brand identity, increasing engagement, and building a loyal customer base. This study provides insight into how social media can be utilized as a branding tool and marketing strategy in the fashion industry.

Abstract

Single mothers' interpersonal communication plays a crucial role in supporting their children's education during adolescence in Yogyakarta. This research aims to analyze and understand the interpersonal communication strategies used by single mothers to ensure the continuity of their children's education. This study uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach, involving in-depth interviews with single mothers and adolescents as respondents. The results show that supportive interpersonal communication, such as providing emotional support, active listening, and positive feedback, can increase adolescents' self-confidence and engagement in the educational process. In interpersonal communication, verbal aspects (words, advice) and emotional aspects (empathy, affection) are essential for building strong emotional bonds. However, time constraints and economic pressures often pose challenges to maintaining consistent communication. This study concludes that despite various barriers, effective interpersonal communication remains a key factor in supporting adolescents' educational success.
