Abstract

Purpose: Determine the internal and external factors that support and hinder development in Cemagi Tourism Village and Determine the best alternative strategy analysis for Cemagi Tourism Village. Research methods: This research uses a qualitative approach. The sampling technique used in this research is purposive sampling. The data analysis used in this research is SWOT. Results and discussion:The results of this research are the strategies that can be implemented in developing the Cemagi Tourism Village to increase the number of tourist visits, including: (1) SO Strategy: Creating Cemagi trek tour packages, agrotourism and cultural tourism, and making promotions about Cemagi's tourism; (2) WO Strategy to improve infrastructure or create infrastructure that supports tourism in Cemagi; (3) ST Strategy: Creating a different program from other tourist villages; (4) WT Strategy Create a village security program. Implication: Based on the results and discussion of this research, the researcher recommends implementing the strategies that she has created, such as improving the existing infrastructure in the Cemagi Tourism Village. The tourist village should be more aggressive in its promotion, especially on social media. It would be better to collaborate with travel agents when selling tour packages. Collaborate with the government to create an event that can attract tourists to the Cemagi Tourism Village.

Abstract

Bali International Polytechnic has a sharing program, PIB Sharing to students by providing discounts for new and outstanding students, PIB sharing to lecturers and staff by providing scholarships to continue their education to a higher level and PIB sharing during the implementation of the Event. The purpose of this Community Service is to analyze the implementation of the culture of sharing in the implementation of the Event at Bali International Polytechnic. The method used in Community Service is the qualitative method. Data collection was carried out through interviews, observations, and literature studies. The culture of sharing implemented at PIB went smoothly, although some of the stakeholders or communities who had been invited did not attend. PIB shared with stakeholders in Tabanan City and Beraban Village, sweepers, online motorcycle taxi drivers, Chinese people, builders, loaders (suwun) and parking attendants. Suggestions that can be given, the Community Service team should coordinate better with those who receive basic necessities and stakeholders who receive complete clothing, so that the community who have been invited can come or can be represented.

Abstract

Program Pemberdayaan Kader Bank Sampah sebagai Brand Ambassador untuk Meningkatkan Kesadaran Masyarakat dalam Pemilahan Sampah di Desa Bengkel, Tabanan dilaksanakan sebagai upaya menjawab permasalahan rendahnya partisipasi masyarakat dalam pengelolaan sampah. Hanya sekitar 30% warga yang aktif mengikuti program Bank Sampah, sementara data menunjukkan bahwa dari 4.745 ton sampah masuk ke TPS3R Bestari pada tahun 2024, hanya 158,05 ton (3,33%) yang berhasil terkelola. Kegiatan pengabdian ini berfokus pada peningkatan kapasitas kader Bank Sampah melalui pelatihan public speaking, pemanfaatan media sosial, manajemen keuangan dasar, serta penerapan teknologi mobile point of sale (mPOS) dan Teba Modern. Metode yang digunakan mencakup persiapan, sosialisasi, pelatihan, penerapan inovasi, serta pendampingan dan evaluasi. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan pada keterampilan kader, dengan skor rata-rata pre-test dan post-test naik 25 poin pada pelatihan public speaking dan 27 poin pada pelatihan media sosial. Kader juga berhasil menghasilkan aset konten edukatif, menyusun rencana anggaran sederhana, serta menggunakan template pencatatan semi-digital. Penerapan mPOS meningkatkan transparansi pencatatan transaksi, sedangkan Teba Modern mendorong pengelolaan sampah organik di tingkat rumah tangga. Program ini tidak hanya memperkuat peran kader sebagai agen perubahan dalam kampanye pemilahan sampah, tetapi juga memberikan dampak sosial-ekonomi melalui peningkatan kapasitas, pendapatan, dan kesadaran masyarakat. Dengan demikian, kegiatan ini berkontribusi terhadap pencapaian tujuan pembangunan berkelanjutan (SDGs), indikator kinerja utama perguruan tinggi, serta pengembangan model pengelolaan sampah berbasis komunitas di tingkat desa.
