Abstract

Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bagaimana motivasi tarik menarik serta pengaruhnya terhadap keinginan wisatawan untuk kembali ke Pulau Pahawang. Metode Penelitian :  Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, Populasi penelitian ini adalah wisatawan yang datang ke Pulau Pahawang periode tahun 2019 dengan sampel sebanyak 100 responden. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik Incidental Sampling. Kuesioner diuji validasi dan reliabilitasnya, serta uji asumsi klasik untuk memenuhi persyaratan dengan menggunakan Regresi Linier sebagai alat analisis. Hasil dan Pembahasan : Hasil yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa motivasi baik faktor pendorong maupun faktor penarik berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap minat berkunjung kembali. Implikasi: Memahami bagaimana faktor pendorong dan faktor penarik pada niat berkunjung kembali dapat memberikan masukan bagi dinas pariwisata dan Pengelola Destinasi Pariwisata khususnya di Pulau Pahawang, penelitian ini memiliki implikasi teoretis dan praktis .             Kata kunci: Faktor Pendorong, Faktor Penarik, Revisit Intention, Pulau Pahawang .

Abstract

Community participation is very necessary in implementing the Sri Sedana Kerti Event in Jatiluwih Village. This community participation is related to being a committee in organizing the event, competition participants, Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises preparing culinary delights, and several stakeholders preparing souvenirs and supporting the implementation of the Sri Sedana Kerti event. One of those who participated in the implementation of the Sri Sedana Kerti event, namely the Convention and Event Management Study Program from the Bali International Polytechnic. The aim of this research is to analyze the participation of the Bali International Polytechnic in implementing the Sri Sedana Kerti event in Jatiluwih Village. This study used descriptive qualitative method. Data collection was carried out using observation techniques, in-depth interview techniques, and document study. The results of this research are the participation of the Bali International Polytechnic in implementing the Sri Sedana Kerti Event in Jatiluwih Village, namely organizing a Photo Contest, Tiktok Contest and Video Contest. Other PIB community service team participation, such as participation in the Grand Harvest, running competitions, hat decorating, music events and tent rental. The implementation of the event went smoothly, although there were problems that occurred due to the shift in the event date, which caused the cancellation of several telents, competitions and the awarding of competition prizes to be shifted as well. Abstract

Tujuan: Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui Faktor Penarik Presidensi G20 terhadap tingkat reservasi venue penyelenggara event di Hotel Apurva Kempinski Bali.Metode: Penelitian ini pendekatan kuantitatif berupa bilangan atau angka. Teknik pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan 2 teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu: pengambilan sampel probabilitas dan pengambilan sampel insidental. Jumlah responden yang dibutuhkan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 40 orang responden. Penelitian ini melibatkan 40 responden yang diambil dari kariawan hotel 10 responden dan tamu 30 responden. Pemilihan formula ini dipertimbangkan ideal karena tidak terlalu banyak dan tidak terlalu sedikit, mengingat keterbatasan penelitian ini dikarenakan keterbatasan waktu dan kesulitan dalam memperoleh data. Kuesioner disebarkan menggunakan Google From bagi responden yang pernah melakukan kegiatan di hotel The Apurva Kempinski Bali untuk mendapatkan data yang valid dan kariawan hotel The Apurva Kempinski Bali. Teknik analisis data dengan regresi sederhana dan uji T menggunakan (Statistical Package for the Social Sains) SPSS 25.Implikasi : Berdasrkan hasil penelitian kemampuan model faktor penarik (X1) menerangkan variasi variabe tingkat resevasi  (Y) sebesar 21,5% dan sisanya diperngaruh variabel independen lainnya. Berdasarkan hasil uji t faktor penarik berdapak signifikan terhadap reservasi venue di Hotel Apurva Kempinski Bali.

Abstract

 Pariwisata merupakan suatu industri yang berdampak besar. Dampak tersebut tentu saja bisa positif maupun negatif. Agar hasil pariwisata dapat bermanfaat, terutama bagi masyarakat pendukungnya, tentu saja harus disertai dengan pemahaman mengenai keberlanjutan dan kesehatan lingkungan. Tujuan diadakan kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini adalah untuk memberikan edukasi kepada masyarakat umum yang menghadiri Jimbafest 2023 tentang kesehatan lingkungan berkelanjutan. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah workshop. Dalam pengabdia ini team pengabdian selaku narasumber menyampaikan bagaiamana memelihara lingkungan yang berkelanjutan dengan cara pemanfaatan sampah makanan sebagai kompos dan sampah palstik bisa dimanfaatkan sebagai kerajinan yang dapat bernilai ekonomis. Kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat di Jimbaran Hub berjalan dengan lancar berkat Kerjasama antara Politeknik Internasional Bali dengan Yayasan Jimbaran Hijau dalam acara Jimbafest 2023.

Abstract

Event merupakan suatu kegiatan yang diselenggarakan untuk memperingati hal-hal penting penting sepanjang hidup manusia baik secara individu maupun kelompok yang terkait secara adat, budaya, tradisi, dan agama yang disenggarakan untuk tujuan tertentu serta melibatkan lingkungan masyarakat yang diselenggarakan pada waktu tertentu. Banyak sekali event yang memanfaatkan teknologi untuk mendukung acara suapa berjalan dengan sukses dan lancar cohtohnya penggunaan green screen dan memanfaatkan OBS (Open Broadcaster Software) sebagai Software yang digunakan dalam event Virtual, Dalam kegiatan event tersebut perlunya sebuat show management untuk memastikan jalannya acara di panggung berlangsung sesui dengan rundown yang sudah disepakati. Tujuan diadakan kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini adalah untuk memberikan pelatihan event teknologi dan show management kepada generazi z untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan skill dalam dunia event. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah workshop. Dalam pengabdia ini team pengabdian selaku narasumber menyampaikan seorang yang berfokus di dunia event harus mempunya skill technology dalam melaksanakan event dan bisa mengatur dalam pelaksanaan event 2 hal itu yang sangat penting dalam melakukan virtual event. Kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat di MICE LAB Politeknik Internasional Bali berjalan dengan lanjar berkat Kerjasama antara Politeknik Internasional Bali dengan SMA/SMK Se-Bali.

Abstract

Growbalization merupakan event yang diadakan oleh Politeknik Internasional Bali (PIB) Kabupaten Tabanan dalam menyambut Dies Natalis PIB yang ke 7 yang diselenggarakan pada tanggal 18 Mei 2024. Event ini diselenggarakan dengan memberdayakan masyarakat khususnya generasi muda yang masih mencari jati diri, dengan memberikan berbagai pelatihan. Tujuan kegiatan Event yaitu memberdayakan masyarakat khususnya bagi generasi muda dalam pelaksanaan event Growbalization di Politeknik Internasional Bali. Metode yang digunakan oleh tim pengabdian masyarakat yaitu workshop, praktik dan pemberdayaan masyarakat dengan memberikan wirausaha muda untuk menjual produk-produknya dengan menyediakan 16 tenan, serta donor darah. Berdasarkan pemaparan di atas pengabdian masyarakat yang dikolaborasi dengan perayaan ulang tahun Politeknik Internasional Bali dalam berbagai kegiatan seperti Community Event, Music Festival, Food Festival , Cultural Festival, dan donor darah sangat bermanfaat bagi masyarakat dan civitas akademika.

Abstract

Purpose: Determine the internal and external factors that support and hinder development in Cemagi Tourism Village and Determine the best alternative strategy analysis for Cemagi Tourism Village. Research methods: This research uses a qualitative approach. The sampling technique used in this research is purposive sampling. The data analysis used in this research is SWOT. Results and discussion:The results of this research are the strategies that can be implemented in developing the Cemagi Tourism Village to increase the number of tourist visits, including: (1) SO Strategy: Creating Cemagi trek tour packages, agrotourism and cultural tourism, and making promotions about Cemagi's tourism; (2) WO Strategy to improve infrastructure or create infrastructure that supports tourism in Cemagi; (3) ST Strategy: Creating a different program from other tourist villages; (4) WT Strategy Create a village security program. Implication: Based on the results and discussion of this research, the researcher recommends implementing the strategies that she has created, such as improving the existing infrastructure in the Cemagi Tourism Village. The tourist village should be more aggressive in its promotion, especially on social media. It would be better to collaborate with travel agents when selling tour packages. Collaborate with the government to create an event that can attract tourists to the Cemagi Tourism Village.

Abstract

Air Abik Hamlet, Gunung Muda Village, Belinyu Subdistrict, Bangka Regency, is a settlement of the oldest tribe in the Bangka Belitung Islands, the Lom Tribe. Famous for its magical village, but also has the potential for very beautiful natural tourism and local wisdom that is still maintained to this day. It has successfully collaborated with one of the BUMNs in Bangka and in 2023 it will become one of the tourist villages. Aik Abik Hamlet has enormous and interesting potential, but until now it has not been well identified. The research used descriptive qualitative methods and the research data was conducted by direct interviews with the head of the mapur customary institution, literature review and combined with primary data searches. The results of the research concluded that Gunung Muda Tourism Village is at the stage of involvement. Afterward, several things that need to be considered by stakeholders are improving tourist facilities such as tourist trails offered, promoting tourism through various media, and increasing local community involvement. In planning the future development of tourist destinations, visitor capacity needs to be considered so that existing facilities can be maintained and do not have a negative impact on the environment. The community is expected to continue to improve their knowledge and insight so that they can support progress in Gunung Muda Tourism Village.

Abstract

Bali International Polytechnic has a sharing program, PIB Sharing to students by providing discounts for new and outstanding students, PIB sharing to lecturers and staff by providing scholarships to continue their education to a higher level and PIB sharing during the implementation of the Event. The purpose of this Community Service is to analyze the implementation of the culture of sharing in the implementation of the Event at Bali International Polytechnic. The method used in Community Service is the qualitative method. Data collection was carried out through interviews, observations, and literature studies. The culture of sharing implemented at PIB went smoothly, although some of the stakeholders or communities who had been invited did not attend. PIB shared with stakeholders in Tabanan City and Beraban Village, sweepers, online motorcycle taxi drivers, Chinese people, builders, loaders (suwun) and parking attendants. Suggestions that can be given, the Community Service team should coordinate better with those who receive basic necessities and stakeholders who receive complete clothing, so that the community who have been invited can come or can be represented.

Abstract

This research focuses on PT. Einvite Karya Sejahtera, the owner of the Einvite.id brand, which provides digital invitation and digital guestbook services. Although the product was popular during the pandemic, intensified competition and a lack of brand awareness have led to a decline in sales. The purpose of this project is to explore strategies to increase brand awareness and strengthen Einvite.id's position in the market. This analysis uses qualitative methods, including interviews and observations, as well as SWOT analysis to identify internal and external factors that affect brand awareness. The findings of this research are three best alternative solutions to grow Einvite.id's brand awareness and increase sales: a. Increase marketing and development efforts by hiring the required staff, b. Sponsor events that are relevant to the target market, c. Maintain flexibility in the use of additional operational teams.
