Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the role and influence of leadership, work environment on employee performance with the intervening variable of employee motivation at PT. Lezax Nesia Jaya. Data were collected using a questionnaire and using a Likert scale 1 - 6. The research method was carried out by the census method on all employees of PT. Lezax Nesia Jaya as many as 344 employees. Questionnaires that can be processed and analyzed as many as 282. Data processing and analysis were carried out using multiple linear regression analysis and path analysis methods. The device used uses SPSS software. The results showed that leadership had a positive and significant effect on employee motivation. The work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee motivation. Leadership has no effect on employee performance. The work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Employee motivation has no effect on employee performance. Leadership has no positive and significant effect on employee performance through employee motivation. The work environment has no effect on employee performance through employee motivation.

Abstract

Research aims: This study examines the process of member self-identification toward Al-Ma'un values as an organizational identity at PKU Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta Hospital.Design/Methodology/Approach: This study applied a qualitative case study method to obtain data, information, and knowledge related to members' awareness of Al-Ma'un, which was the source of inspiration for the birth of this hospital in 1923. Informants consisted of employees, with the primary data collection through in-depth interviews. Research findings: The study findings revealed that the member identification toward Al-Ma'un values has internalized into a nested identity, which becomes the organizational identity of PKU Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta Hospital. Theoretically, this study found a solid and long-standing distinctive value of the three CED criteria (central, enduring, and distinctive) in the organizational identity concept, as introduced by Albert and Whetten (1995), with Al-Ma'un as a unique feature distinguishing PKU Muhammadiyah Hospital from other hospitals. The facts also showed that there was still a value alignment since several services from some PKU Muhammadiyah Hospital health workers still have not shown consistent Islamic behavior.Theoretical contribution/Originality: This research theoretically contributes to the development of organizational theory related to religiosity organizational identity as a relatively new object of study using a qualitative approach in the discipline of economics. Findings of religiosity organizational identity based on the values of Al-Ma'un have the nature of novelty and originality of this research.Practitioner/Policy implication: This research has practical implications in the form of a new approach to developing hospital management based on religious values (Al-Ma'un) in dealing with the dynamics of social-humanitarian and non-profit orientations with professional and profit orientations. In addition, this research can be used for hospital development, which is coherent between a non-profit with professional orientation and profit orientation, which is still built on the organizational identity values.Research limitation/Implication: This study implies that a more robust internalization is needed to make Al-Ma'un a unique identity, image, and branding of the organizational identity of PKU Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta Hospital. The limitation of this research is that the case study was only in one Muhammadiyah hospital, so it is not to be generalized to other hospitals with different organizational backgrounds. Since it emphasizes the self-identification process related to knowledge, commitment, and action aspects in forming an organizational identity based on Al-Ma'un values, this study did not elaborate in-depth on the dynamic aspects of continuity and discontinuity processes from the identification process of these three aspects, which require further research to obtain a broader understanding of the problem under study.

Abstract

The study was conducted to know the meadiating effect of job satisfaction on the relationship between organizational commitment on employee performance. This research was used quantitave methods and questionannaire as a data collection tool. The population of this research was 1500 and the sample was 327 employees. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire with google form. Purposive random was used as a sampling methode, with purposive employees who have at least one year of service. F test, t-test, simple and multiple linear regression analysis and path analysis was used as analysis data methode. This research resulted that organizational culture has a postive influence on employee performance. Job satisfaction could mediate the relationship between organizational culture and employee performance. Job satisfaction could mediate the relationship between organizational commitment to employee performance.

Abstract

The title of this research is the analysis of the influence of leadership style (LS) and work environment (WE) on employee performance (EP) with work motivation (WM) as a mediating variable at PT. Prime Unilab. This study aims to determine the mediating effect of work motivation in the relationship between leadership style and work environment on employee performance. This research was conducted quantitatively and used a questionnaire as a data collection method. The population is 300 employees. The research sample used was 172 employees. Therefore, sampling is simple and multiple linear regression analysis and path analysis. The results of this study indicate that leadership style and work environment have a positive and significant influence on employee performance, leadership style and work environment have a positive and significant influence on work motivation. Work motivation can mediate the relationship between leadership style and work environment on employee performance.

Abstract

This study examined consumers purchase intentions during the pandemic in relation to the online food menu under the extended S-O-R framework, particularly with Kopi Kenangan as the object. Kopi Kenangan is one of fastest-growing grab-andgo coffee chains in Indonesia. The purpose of this study is to discover the factors driving people intention to purchase Kopi Kenangan products through online food ordering platforms. In the data collection process, 250 samples from Kopi Kenangan consumers who had previously purchased them online were used, which involved distributing online questionnaires using Google forms. The data was then further analyzed using the PLS-SEM approach. The result shows that menu visual appeal and menu informativeness positively affected desire for food. The perception of COVID-19 risks positively affected the perceived convenience of online food ordering as well. While, desire for food and perceived convenience also positively affected purchase intention

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh hubungan aktivitas pemasaran media sosial terhadap niat membeli kembali pada Instagram Erigo dengan ekuitas merek dan persepsi nilai yang dirasakan sebagai mediasi. Populasi pada penelitian ini yaitu individu yang mempunyai Instagram, berumur kurang dari 17 tahun sampai 50 tahun ke atas, dan berdomisili di Indonesia. Metode dan teknik sampel yang digunakan yaitu non probability sampling dan convenience sampling yang menghasilkan sampel sebanyak 234 responden. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dengan metode survei daring. Metode analisis data yang digunakan yaitu SEM (Structural Equation Model) dengan teknik PLS (Partial Least Square) yang diolah dengan SmartPLS. Temuan hasil pada penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa aktivitas pemasaran media sosial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap ekuitas merek dan persepsi nilai yang dirasakan. Ekuitas merek dan persepsi nilai yang dirasakan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap niat membeli kembali. Selanjutnya, ekuitas merek dan persepsi nilai yang dirasakan memediasi parsial positif dan signifikan pada pengaruh hubungan aktivitas pemasaran media sosial terhadap niat membeli kembali. Terkecuali, aktivitas pemasaran media sosial berpengaruh positif tetapi tidak signifikan terhadap niat membeli kembali.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh sikap ramah lingkungan, kepedulian lingkungan serta afeksi lingkungan terhadap pembelian produk hijau. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pengguna dan pembeli produk The Body Shop. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 200 orang yang dipilih dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Data dalam penelitian ini dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner. Data dianalisis menggunakan analisis SEM dan perhitungan data menggunakan software PLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel sikap ramah lingkungan, kepedulian lingkungan serta afeksi lingkungan memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap pembelian produk hijau.

Abstract

Endorsement merupakan salah satu jenis pemasaran yang menggunakan influencer untuk mengiklankan suatu produk atau layanan dengan memanfaatkan ketenaran dalam sebuah platform media sosial. Penelitian ini menganalisis pengaruh sumber komunikasi, kredibilitas dan daya tarik terhadap nilai iklan dan sikap konsumen yang pada akhirnya mempengaruhi niat pembelian. Pengambilan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif yaitu teknik convenience sampling dengan menyebarkan kuesioner melalui google form kepada 180 responden yang memiliki kriteria berusia 16 tahun ke atas dan merupakan pengguna platform Instagram yang mengikuti akun Fadil Jaidi. Lebih lanjut, penelitian ini melakukan pengolahan data dengan menggunakan aplikasi SPSS dan PLS-SEM (SmartPLS). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa sumber komunikasi, kredibilitas dan daya tarik berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai iklan dan sikap konsmuen. Kemudian, nilai iklan dan sikap konsumen berpengaruh signifikan terhadap niat beli.
