Abstract

Mudharabah is a partnership between capital providers and entrepreneurs, where profits and risks are shared fairly in accordance with Islamic principles. This article aims to investigate the concept of Mudharabah as a sustainable investment model in the context of Sharia finance. A comprehensive review of the literature on Mudarabah and sustainable investment provides in-depth insight into the principles underlying both concepts. Regarding Mudarabah, this article examines its history, evolution and practical implementation in various economic sectors. On the other hand, sustainable investments are analyzed by considering social impacts, the environment and ethical considerations in making investment decisions. The findings of this research indicate that Mudharabah, as a sharia investment model, has significant potential in providing added value to society and the environment. Active participation in Mudharabah-based businesses can encourage economic empowerment, reduce disparities, and create opportunities for small and medium entrepreneurs.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of halal tourism attraction and service quality on tourist satisfaction in Tanjung Pinang City. The research uses a quantitative method with a survey approach. Data was collected through a questionnaire distributed to tourists visiting Tanjung Pinang. Multiple linear regression analysis was used to test the relationship between Halal Tourism Variables and Service Quality on Tourist Satisfaction. The influence of the halal tourism variable by 20% affects tourist satisfaction, while the quality of service affects the tourist satisfaction variable by 46%. The hypothesis test shows that halal tourism variables and service quality have a significant effect on tourist satisfaction with the result of a determination coefficient of 76.9%. This shows a considerable influence of halal tourism variables and service quality so that facilities and services in accordance with Islamic principles are very important in attracting and retaining tourists. Therefore, tourist destination managers and stakeholders in Tanjung Pinang need to focus on developing halal facilities and improving service quality to attract more tourists and ensure they have a satisfying experience.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran BMT pada pembiayaan usaha mikro kecil dan menengah di Kota Batam. Penelitian ini bersifat kualitatifdan mengambil lokasi di BMT Al Muhajirin Kelurahan Tiban Indah kecamatan Sekupang Batam. Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan tehnik Obeservasi dan Wawancara yang dilakukan peneliti terhadap Nasabah dan pengelola usaha mikro kecil BMT Al Muhajirin. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peran BMT Al-Muhajirin dalam  pengembangan usaha mikro kecil dan menengah di Tiban Indah sudah maksimal, hal ini dibuktikkan dengan dibukanya lapangan pekerjaan diberbagai sektor dan menyerap tenaga kerja sehingga meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat khususnya masyarakat kecil atau kurang mampu. Disamping itu untuk mengembangkan usaha Mikro kecil dan menengah juga dilaksanakan pelatihan-pelatihan bagi para pelaku usaha serta mempermudah pelayanan Pembiayaan di BMT Al-Muhajirin. Kontribusi BMT Al-Muhajirin dalam pengembangan usaha Mikro kecil dan menengah (UMKM) di Tiban Indah Kota Batam sangat dirasakan manfaatnya oleh para pelaku UMKM dan masyarakat kurang mampu yang menjadi pelaku utama usaha tersebut. Bagi masyarakat Kota Batam keberadaan BMT Al Muhajirin merupakan wujud aspirasi masyarakat yang menginginkan kegiatan perekonomian yang berdasarkan prinsip syariah dan diharapkan mampu mengeluarkan masyarakat kecil dari kemiskinan. This study aims to determinetherole of BMT Al-Muhajirin infinancing small and medium businesses in Tiban Indah. BMT Al Muhajirin is the place of this research. This qualitative research uses observation and interviews. Researchers who were directly involved with BMT Al Muhajirin and micro and small business clients conducted observations and interviews. This research shows that the role of UMKM BMT Al-Muhajirin in the development of micro, small and medium enterprises in Tiban Indah has been maximized. This is evidenced by the emergence of jobs in various regions toabsorb labor and improve people's welfare, especially for small or underprivileged communities. BMT Al-Muhajirin helpsthe growth of small and medium businesses through training and ease of financing. One of the reasons why UMKM BMTAl-Muhajirin is very important for the developmentof UMKM in Tiban Indah, Batam City is because the development of UMK Misclo sely related to the poor. Main actor in the company. BMT Al-Muhajirin is one of the sharia financial institutions that emerged as a response to the increasing desire from communities who want to do business with sharia principles to stop small people from poverty.

Abstract

Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) memiliki peran penting dalam perekonomian Indonesia, namun kerap menghadapi tantangan persaingan, terutama di era digital. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis integrasi Resource-Based View (RBV) dan strategi pemasaran digital dalam meningkatkan daya saing UMKM. Metode penelitian menggunakan studi literatur dari berbagai kajian empiris yang relevan dengan variabel RBV, digital marketing, dan keunggulan bersaing UMKM. Teknik analisis data menerapkan sintesis naratif dan tematik dengan cara menyimpulkan serta mengkategorikan temuan dari berbagai literatur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa integrasi RBV dan strategi pemasaran digital dapat meningkatkan daya saing UMKM melalui pemanfaatan sumber daya internal yang khas serta penerapan strategi pemasaran digital yang tepat. RBV menekankan pentingnya sumber daya internal sebagai fondasi keunggulan bersaing, sementara pemasaran digital memungkinkan UMKM memperluas jangkauan pasar dengan lebih efisien. Dengan demikian, penggabungan kedua pendekatan ini menjadi strategi penting dalam meningkatkan daya saing UMKM di era digital.
