Abstract

Community Service entitled Saving Waste for the Future at the Graha Indah Pamulang Paprika Waste Bank aims to provide knowledge about the importance of saving, providing savings training, inviting and instilling awareness to the actors of the garbage bank in Graha Indah Pamulang that the benefits from saving this rubbish for the future. The target of this service is all members of the garbage bank registered at the Graha Indah Pamulang Paprika Waste Bank. The results of this PKM proved that the members of the garbage bank Bambu Apus Village can master how to save well and increase the determination and concern for waste around the neighborhood.Keywords: Waste Bank, Saving, Future.

Abstract

This Employee benefits are obligations of every company that has a major influence on the company from an external perspective such as stakeholders in this case the company owner or creditors and internal such as workers who will have a direct impact on the company's performance. Due to its great influence on the company, it is deemed necessary for the purpose of this study to properly disclose in accordance with generally accepted financial accounting standards. This study uses a qualitative descriptive research method. The results of the research at PT BANGUNAN Pondok Cabe, South Tangerang, it can be concluded that the employee benefits at PT BA BANGUNAN can be categorized into three categories based on PSAK 24, namely short-term employee benefits, post-employment benefits, and severance pay. PSAK 24. Company management should remain consistent in the application of PSAK 24 so that information on employee benefits reporting remains reliable.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of firm size and capital structure on firm value, profitability being an intermediate variable. The sampling method used purposeful sampling, with samples of hilir kuantitas from 60 manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange. The analytical methods used are classical hypothesis and multiple linear regression analysis. The results show that firm size has a partial effect on profitability, capital structure has a partial effect on profitability, and firm size has a partial influence on firm value. company, partial profits significantly affect the value of the company. , profitability mediated and unmediated firm size and partial capital structure have a significant effect on firm value, profitability without intermediate variables. R2 (R squared) adjusted is 0.406 or 40.6%, which indicates that the contribution of the variables of firm size, capital structure and profitability to the firm value variable is 40 .6%, while the remaining 59.4% is affected by other external factors. variable. this study such as the financial performance of poros, diversity of the board and other issues.

Abstract

Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat yang berjudul Pentingnya Menabung Sejak Dini Sebagai Langkah Dalam Menurunkan Angka Kemiskinan Di Indonesia Pada Yayasan Ridho Ilahi Kemang Bogor ini bertujuan untuk untuk memperkenalkan  dan  memberikan  pengetahuan  serta  pemahaman  kepada para siswa dan siswi Yayasan Ridho Ilahi Kemang - Bogor mengenai cara menabung dan juga merupakan  wahana bagi  dosen untuk  mengabdikan keilmuannya, mengajak serta menanamkan kesadaran kepada para siswa bahwa sangat penting menabung dan merencanakan keuangan dengan baik untuk ikut andil dalam peran serta menurunkan angka kemiskinan di Indonesia. Target dari pengabdian ini adalah para siswa-siswi Yayasan Ridho Kemang Ilahi, Bogor – Jawa Barat. Hasil dari PKM ini terbukti bahwa para siswa yang mayoritas berada dalam garis kemiskinan dapat mengusai cara menabung yang benar berapa persentase untuk menabung dan berapa persentase untuk konsumtif agar tetap bisa mempertahankan keuangan yang sehat hingga sampai dewasa nanti dan akhirnya dapat membantu berperan dalam mengurangi angka kemiskinan di Indonesia. Keywords: kemiskinan, menabung, usia dini

Abstract

Employee well-being is an important factor in the productivity and success of an organization. Conflict can cause stress, and job dissatisfaction and affect employee welfare. Protracted conflicts or damaging relationships between employees can hinder operational efficiency. There has been much study of the effects of conflict and stress, but not much has been studied about the effect of conflict and stress and organizational change on employee productivity. The purpose of this study is to study the effect of conflict, stress, and organizational change on employee productivity. This research is a survey research with data collection of 300 respondents through questionnaires and interviews. Questions in the survey include the level of conflict experienced, its impact on productivity, and the factors that influence it. There are 3 independent variables, namely conflict, stress, and organizational change. Its dependent variable is productivity. Linear regression or multiple regression is used to identify the extent to which conflict, stress, and organizational change predict productivity. Also used analysis with SEM. The results showed that the level of conflict in the workplace had a significant negative impact on employee productivity. The level of stress experienced by employees is also related to productivity. High stress leads to a decrease in productivity. Organizational change contributes to higher levels of conflict and stress among employees. However, managing change with good communication and management support can reduce the negative impact of change on productivity. This study concludes that good conflict management, stress management, and effective change management can help increase employee productivity in the work environment. The conclusion of this study provides a foundation for actions and policies that support increased employee productivity in the work environment.

Abstract

In recent years, online shopping has become more immersive and integrated in everyday life, especially due to lifestyle changes triggered by the COVID-19 pandemic. However, there are still individual doubts and differences in the adoption rate of online shopping among Generation X. Generation X, these are individuals born between 1965 and 1980, have become one of the major consumer groups in the online shopping ecosystem. Although Generation X has experience with technology and the internet, a number of factors still influence the adoption rate of online shopping among them. There has been a lot of research done on online shopping but studying the perceived Effect of Convenience and Compatibility on Online Shopping Adoption among Generation X and using the TAM Approach, there has not been much and is still needed. So the purpose of this study is to study the Effect of Convenience and Perceived Compatibility on Online Shopping Adoption among Generation X: TAM Approach. The study involved an online survey conducted on a sample consisting of members of Generation X who actively use online shopping services. Data was collected through questionnaires that included questions related to convenience factors, compatibility, as well as the adoption rate of online shopping. Multiple linear regression analysis is used to test the research hypothesis. The results of this study show that the perception of convenience has a significant positive influence on the adoption rate of online shopping among Generation X. In addition, compatibility factors have also been shown to have a positive effect on the adoption of online shopping. His contribution is that companies can develop more effective strategies to increase the adoption of online shopping among this generation.

Abstract

Employee performance plays an important role in the success and sustainability of the company. Effective management of employees is the key to achieving organizational goals, and factors affecting employee performance have become a major concern in human resource management. Although many studies have been conducted with respect to these factors, there are variations in results and findings. And those who study the factors of delegation, authority and responsibility for employee performance have not been many. So the title of this study is to study the Influence of Delegation, Authority, Responsibility on Employee Performance. This study uses a survey method of a sample of employees from various levels of hierarchy in Agency "X". The data collected is then analyzed using statistics i.e. by multiple regression analysis. The results showed that a higher level of delegation from superiors had a positive impact on employee performance. It was also found that clear authority and well-defined responsibilities contributed positively to employee performance. It can be concluded that the independent variables tested, namely delegation, authority, and responsibility, have a significant influence on the performance of employees in organization "X". Furthermore, policies and practices that support more effective and efficient management of human resources, including management training that understands the importance of delegation and the granting of appropriate authority, can be applied to the organization of "X" and other organizations.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of sales growth, managerial ownership, and on the capital. This research was conducted by analyzing the financial statements of companies in the property and real estate sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the period 2018 to 2022. The sample used in this study was 24 property and real estate sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the period from 2018 to 2022 using a purposive sampling technique. The data used in this study is secondary data in the form of financial reports from each company that has been used as a research sample. Panel data regression methode is used as a research methodology in this study. Analysis of research results using the help of Eviews. The results showed that the best model is the Fixed Effect Model (FEM). The results of this study indicate that sales growth, managerial ownership and asset structure simultaneously have effect on capital structure, and sales growth has no effect on capital structure, managerial ownership has an effect on capital structure and asset structure has no effect on capital structure.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of rewards and leadership style on employee performance through work motivation as an intervening variable at the West Sumatra BAPENDA Office. The method of data collection through surveys and distributing questionnaires to employees as respondents with a sample size of 56 respondents using a quantitative approach. The data analysis technique used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) Analysis with Partial Least Square (PLS) 3.0. The results of the study indicate that there is a significant positive effect between Leadership Style on Employee Performance at the West Sumatra Provincial Revenue Agency Office. There is a positive and significant effect between Leadership Style on Work Motivation at the West Sumatra Provincial Revenue Agency Office. There is a positive and insignificant effect between Work Motivation on Employee Performance at the West Sumatra Provincial Revenue Agency Office. There is a positive and insignificant effect between Reward on Employee Performance at the West Sumatra Provincial Revenue Agency Office. There is a positive and insignificant effect between Reward on Work Motivation at the West Sumatra Provincial Revenue Agency Office. Leadership Style has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance through Work Motivation at the West Sumatra Provincial Revenue Agency Office. 7. Abstract

Research Aims: The results of the study indicate that a) Capital Structure no significant effect on Company Value b) Profit Growth no significant positive effect on Company Value c) Financial Performance is unable to moderate the positive and significant effect of Capital Structure on Company Value d) Financial Performance is able to moderate the positive and significant effect of Profit Growth on Company Value. Design/methodology/approach: this research The sampling technique used is the purposive sampling method. Purposive sampling is a sampling determination technique with certain considerations. The population in this study is all Food & Beverage Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The population of Food & Beverage companies in this study amounted to 95 companies. Research Findings: this research provides insight that in the context of food and beverage sub-sector manufacturing companies, profit growth plays a greater role in influencing company value than capital structure. This study suggests that companies need to focus more on sales to increase profits in order to drive financial performance to provide better company value. Theoretical Contribution/Originality: this research contributes to The food and beverage industry has unique characteristics, such as sensitivity to raw material prices, relatively stable demand, and reliance on branding strategies. tested the relevance of pecking order theory, trade-off, and profit signals in the food and beverage industry. Its originality lies in the use of financial performance as a moderating variable and the focus on profit growth as the main factor influencing firm value.
