Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of tutor competence on learning performance at the Community Learning Activity Center (PKBM) in Sijunjung Regency. Tutor competence, as non-formal educators, plays a crucial role in the success of the learning process. This study used a quantitative approach with a survey method. The sample consisted of 100 tutors from 15 PKBMs, selected purposively. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using simple linear regression. The results showed that tutor competence significantly influenced learning performance, with a coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.62. This finding confirms that improving tutor competence can directly improve the quality of learning in PKBM.

Abstract

  Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh struktur modal, pertumbuhan penjualan dan tingkat inflasi terhadap harga saham. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menganalisis laporan keuangan perusahaan-perusahaan pada sektor Consumer Non-Cyclicals yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia  (BEI) selama periode tahun 2019 hingga tahun 2023. Data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah data sekunder berupa laporan keuangan dari setiap perusahaan mengggunakan teknik purposive sampling dengan hasil sampel sebanyak 6 perusahaan dan data yang terkumpul sebanyak 30 observasi. Analisa hasil penelitian menggunakan teknik analisis regresi linier yang dibantu menggunakan perangkat lunak Eviews 12 Student Version Lite. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa model yang terbaik adalah Fixed Effect Model (FEM). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa struktur modal, pertumbuhan penjualan  dan tingkat inflasi berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap harga saham, sedangkan secara parsial struktur modal berpengaruh terhadap harga saham, pertumbuhan penjualan tidak berpengaruh terhadap harga saham dan tingkat inflasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap harga saham.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work stress and workload on nurse performance through compensation as an intervening variable at Arosuka Regional General Hospital, Solok Regency. The method used is quantitative. The study used primary data (questionnaires) from 89 nurse respondents at Arosuka Regional General Hospital, Solok Regency. The analysis method used is Structural Equation Modeling Analysis with Partial Least Square (PLS) 3.0. The results of this study indicate that, there is a significant influence of work stress on compensation, there is a significant influence of workload on compensation, there is a significant influence of work stress on nurse performance, there is a significant influence of workload on nurse performance, there is a significant influence of compensation on nurse performance, compensation is able to mediate the influence of work stress on nurse performance, compensation is able to mediate the influence of workload on nurse performance at Arosuka Regional General Hospital, Solok Regency.
