Abstract

The development of Sharia Financial Technology (Fintech) after Covid-19 has experienced significant fluctuations in affecting the country’s economy. The importance of the role of Financial Transactions in the digitalization readiness of SMEs makes a considerable contribution to the use of Financial Technology as an effort to maintain the sustainability of SMEs. Identification of the involvement of the quadruple Helix (government, investors, academics, and communities) in maintaining the financial stability of SMEs through Sharia Fintech emerged as new challenges and opportunities in improving the economy after Covid 19 in Indonesia. Therefore, a systematic literature review investigation regarding how to utilize Sharia fintech products that are adjusted to the degree of digitization is required to help SMEs’ sustainability as well as explore the role of the quadruple Helix in pursuing this success. We identified 110 papers published on Sharia Fintech for SMEs, SMEs Digitalization Readiness, and The Role of Quadruple Helix between 2003-2021 with 87 specifications from Scopus journals and 23 from proceedings conferences. The analysis was performed using Atlas.ti 9 Software Packages on the above topic by limiting the discussion to inclusion and exclusion criteria. The literature review found a lack of study about the evaluation of Quadruple Helix Engagement for Sharia Fintech Based SMEs Digitalization Readiness. Thus, it needs an enhancement of a new model of Sharia fintech quadruple helix recommendation focuses on the SMEs digital readiness assessment as an attempt to increase the utilization of proper Sharia fintech products for SMEs.

Abstract

Knowledge sharing sangat penting dalam meningkatkan kreativitas dan khasanah keilmuan. Dengan knowledge sharing nilai kritisi keilmuan meningkat dan dapat dipertanggung jawabkan.   Tanpa disadari akademisi seringkali mengabaikan pentingnya knowledge sharing dengan alasan keterbatasan waktu, kurangnya kesadaran, ataupun egois sentrik akademisi itu sendiri. Sehingga penerapan knowledge sharing dalam konteks penyusunan bahan ajar ataupun kurikulum tidak dapat dilakukan secara maksimal. Penelitian ini mencoba menganalisis kinerja knowledge sharing dikalangan akademisi dengan mempertimbangkan variabel pengukuran seperti Hard Rewards, Soft Rewards, Communication Skilss, Enjoyment to Help Others dan Quality of Knowledge Shared. Sebagai studi kasus pengukuran dilakukan dilingkungan Fakultas Sains dan Teknologi dengan analisis akademisi secara personal, per-jurusan, dan Fakultas. Analisis pengukuran dilakukan dengan menerapkan konsep Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) baik untuk pembobotan kepentingan variabel maupun pengukuran. Kuesioner 1 disebarkan kepada 8 orang pimpinan untuk pembobotan, dan kuesioner 2 disebarkan kepada 73 orang akademisi dari perwakilan 5 jurusan. Dari hasil analisis kuesioner 1 diperoleh bahwa variabel Enjoyment to Help Others sebagai variabel yang paling significant dalam menentukan knowledge sharing behavior dikalangan akademisi. Sementara, kuesioner 2 menyimpulkan bahwa knowledge sharing behavior Fakultas Sains dan Teknologi yang dikatagorikan pada kondisi “Bagus” dengan kinerja terbaik pada kriteria Quality of Knowledge Shared. Hasil analisis kinerja knowledge sharing juga diberikan untuk masing-masing jurusan dan personal akademisi sebagai rekomendasi. Automasi proses pengukuran ditransformasikan dalam pembangunan prototype sistem pengukuran yang sudah teruji secara Blackbox dan User Acceptance Test (UAT). Aplikasi ini dapat digunakan untuk mengukur performansi kinerja akademisi sebagai upaya memberikan rekomendasi kepada pihak pimpinan dalam meningkatkan efektivitas knowledge sharing behavior guna mencapai kesuksesan organisasi.

Abstract

Abstrak Indonesia merupakan negara demokrasi terbesar ketiga di dunia. Salah satu cerminan demokrasi tersebut adalah pemilihan presiden. Seorang tokoh politik yang ingin maju menjadikan opini masyarakat yang sekarang disampaikan melalui media sosial sebagai pertimbangan. Peranan media sosial menjadi sangat penting, karena mampu mendongkrak suara secara signifikan bahkan dijadikan senjata baru bagi banyak bidang terutama kampanye politik. Salah satu media sosial yang sangat populer adalah Twitter. Twitter menggunakan tweet yang mengandung data apabila diolah dapat menjadi informasi. Data dari tweet dapat dijadikan bahan untuk mencari opini masyarakan terhadap calon presiden dan pola yang terbentuk dan pengetahuan pada pemilihan presiden 2019. Untuk menangani tweet yang berbentuk data tekstual dapat dilakukan dengan menggunakan text mining. Metode yang digunakan adalah algoritma partitioning clustering yaitu Density-Based Spatial Clustering of Application with Noise (DBSCAN). Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah DBSCAN menjadi metode terbaik karena mempunyai validitas silhouette index (SI) sebesar 0.8094 dan waktu eksekusi di RapidMinner 2.5676 detik. Frekuensi nama Joko Widodo mendominasi kategori positif, negatif dan netral. Hasil penelitian ini dapat digunakan untuk orang, organisasi dan proses bisnis yang berkaitan erat dengan Pilpres 2019. Kata kunci: Calon Presiden, DBSCAN, Text Mining, Twitter dan Pemilihan Presiden 2019 Abstract Indonesia Indonesia is the third largest democracy in the world. One reflection of that democracy is the presidential election. A political figure who wants to move forward makes public opinion now conveyed through social media a consideration. The role of social media is very important, because it is able to jack up the sound significantly and even become a new weapon in many fields, especially political campaigns. One very popular social media is Twitter. Twitter uses tweets that contain data when it is processed into information. Data from tweets can be used as material to seek public opinion on candidates of presidential and patterns formed and knowledge in the 2019 presidential election. To handle tweets in the form of textual data can be done using text mining. The method used is partitioning clustering algorithm, namely Density-Based Spatial Clustering of Application with Noise (DBSCAN). The results of this study are DBSCAN to be the best method because it has a silhouette index (SI) validity of 0.8094 and an execution time on RapidMinner 2.5676 seconds. The frequency of the name Joko Widodo dominates the positive, negative and neutral categories. The results of this study can be used for people, organizations and business processes that are closely related to the Presidential Election 2019. Keywords: Candidate of Presidential, DBSCAN, Text Mining, Twitter dan Presidential Election 2019

Abstract

The millennial generation has a pivotal role in leading the industrial digital revolution. Energy-saving behavior and millennials’ awareness of energy consumption for educational context become crucial in performing a smart campus. This study tries to identify the success factors in measuring the millennial generation’s energy-saving Behavior toward the smart campus. The measurement model considers two significant constructs, including energy-saving attitudes with energy-saving education (organizational saving climate); energy-saving education and environment knowledge (personal saving climate); and energy-saving information publicity as sub-indicators, and construct energy-saving Behavior viz sub-indicators Behavior regarding energy and behavior control. In order to determine the preference level of each indicator and sub-indicator, the Fuzzy Analytical Hierarchy Process (Fuzzy-AHP) approach was executed by disseminating the questionnaire to 100 respondents from energy practitioners, students, and academicians in Indonesia. The calculation reveals that the energy-saving behavior construct has a higher priority value (0.94) than the energy-saving attitude (0.06). Meanwhile, energy-saving education and environment knowledge (personal saving climate) have been analyzed at the cutting-edge sub-indicator, followed by energy-saving information publicity and education (organizational saving climate). In addition, the sub-indicator for behaviors regarding energy becomes more demanding compared to behavioral control. As a novelty, the priority analysis of this Model aids the management of the campus and government in developing smart campus policies and governance. This Model can be used as a guideline for the management level to execute the smart campus practices. Thus, the effectiveness and optimization of smart campus transformation can be cultivated and accelerated. Besides, the potential coming of risks can be avoidable.
