Abstract

The development of Sharia Financial Technology (Fintech) after Covid-19 has experienced significant fluctuations in affecting the country’s economy. The importance of the role of Financial Transactions in the digitalization readiness of SMEs makes a considerable contribution to the use of Financial Technology as an effort to maintain the sustainability of SMEs. Identification of the involvement of the quadruple Helix (government, investors, academics, and communities) in maintaining the financial stability of SMEs through Sharia Fintech emerged as new challenges and opportunities in improving the economy after Covid 19 in Indonesia. Therefore, a systematic literature review investigation regarding how to utilize Sharia fintech products that are adjusted to the degree of digitization is required to help SMEs’ sustainability as well as explore the role of the quadruple Helix in pursuing this success. We identified 110 papers published on Sharia Fintech for SMEs, SMEs Digitalization Readiness, and The Role of Quadruple Helix between 2003-2021 with 87 specifications from Scopus journals and 23 from proceedings conferences. The analysis was performed using Atlas.ti 9 Software Packages on the above topic by limiting the discussion to inclusion and exclusion criteria. The literature review found a lack of study about the evaluation of Quadruple Helix Engagement for Sharia Fintech Based SMEs Digitalization Readiness. Thus, it needs an enhancement of a new model of Sharia fintech quadruple helix recommendation focuses on the SMEs digital readiness assessment as an attempt to increase the utilization of proper Sharia fintech products for SMEs.

Abstract

This research was perfomed to provide a comprehensive Systematic Literature Review (SLR) on the mutually beneficial link between Lean and Knowledge Management (LKM). The primary focus was to highlight the crucial role of LKM as an enabler in empowering perishable food supply chains (PFSC) to effectively embrace traceability technology, ensuring the integrity of halal supply chains. The research was carried out using the SLR method and adhered to the procedures of the Preferred Reporting for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA). In total, 65 articles from the Scopus database, published in various journals over 22 years were chosen, mapped, and evaluated. Furthermore, there were several featured forms of mutual collaboration between Lean and Knowledge Management (KM). The implementation of LKM in halal supply chain traceability for perishable food was still absent from the literature. Efficient (lean) KM processes for business actors turned knowledge into added value for the PFSC. The vital role of LKM as an enabler for PFSC in adopting traceability technology, which is characterized as fast-changing technology and highly knowledge-centric, is by eliminating wasteful knowledge so could advance responsiveness, efficiency, and flexibility. Considering the important role of LKM as an enabler of PFSC to address complex challenges in traceability technology adoption, collaborative interdisciplinary research is needed. Academic publications exploring the incorporation  of lean and KM in the context of PFSC were relatively scarce. This SLR represented one of the pioneering efforts to investigate the amalgamation and its potential to overcome obstacles and inhibitors in the adoption of traceability technology.

Abstract

The Selasa Panam Market is a traditional market where there are many piles of garbage around the market area. This pile of garbage can cause environmental pollution which causes unpleasant odors. This study aims to manufacture liquid organic fertilizer made from market waste by adding EM4, Yeast, and Whey Kefir, testing the nutrient content of N, P, K in liquid organic fertilizer, analyzing the economic techno of liquid organic fertilizer based on HPP and BEP. This research using a completely randomized design method is used to determine the treatment of making liquid organic fertilizer and variable costs to calculate the cost of production (HPP). Then the BEP method to determine when the break-even point will be reached. Success has been made in the manufacture of liquid organic fertilizers made from market waste giving EM4, Yeast, and Whey Kefir bacteria. N, P, K nutrient content test results obtained sample C has the best results with N values of 0.4129%, P 0.1223%, and K 0.2101%. HPP on organic fertilizer obtained was Rp. 5,222 / liter and BEP obtained as much as 321 liters for a year so that the BEP can be reached within 71 days. With this research can be found knowledge about the use of market waste as an ingredient for making liquid fertilizer and making products that can be used by others.
