Abstract

Abstract: PT Wijaya Karya Gedung is one of subsidiaries of PT Wijaya Karya, which business focus on apartments, private buildings, offices, condominium hotels, educational facilities, and many other commercial buildings. Currently in the company there are difficulties  for assessing financial performance based on the Ministerial Decree No. KEP-100 / MBU / 2002, because during this financial performance assessment the system is not able to provide details of the assessment and just only issued a single value. As a result, companies cannot know the financial position in detail.Given these problems, then the assessment information system created financial performance at PT Wijaya Karya Gedung is able to provide details of the financial assessment in detail using SDLC which refers to the Decree of the Minister for State Owned Enterprises No. KEP-100 / MBU / 2002.Based on testing, the application can perform the calculation of financial performance which refers to the Decree of the Minister for State Owned Enterprises No. KEP-100 / MBU / 2002. Applications can also generate reports COA, reports the weight, the weight indicator reports, and financial performance assessment reports. Keywords: Performance Assessment, Information System, State-Owned Enterprises

Abstract

PT . Semesta Nustra Distrindo is a trading company that sells an assortment of biscuits and snacks . The Company is conducting the sale in the form of consignment sales . Consignment sales done entrust the goods to the buyer / outlet which acts as a sales agent . The company currently experiencing problems when consignment sales .To overcome the problems faced by PT . Semesta Nustra Distrindo then made design registration applications consignment sales .With this application, recording consignment sales at PT. Semesta Nustra Distrindo can simplify and solve the problems in the process of consignment sales at PT . Semesta Nustra Distrindo. With this application can help companies in consignment sales and consignment sales can generate reports , billing statements , payment reports , and sales schedules based on time and location specified.

Abstract

PT. Indo Bismar Komputer is a distributor company of computer devices which sells and services computer spareparts. On service section especially on service administration section have some problems in receiving service device record that wrote directly into paper manually which caused data redundancy. Other problem is service administration did confirm to customer about customer's device status only based on service administration's memory that cause customer's device overstacked on service section, slower service response, unsatisfied customer, lack of customer trust, services income isn't optimal, inaccurate reports from not fixed service fee.Based on problems that faced on administration service staff, a solution for those problems is making an application for PT. Indo Bismar Komputer which used for computer spareparts sales, measures and monitoring how much technician’s income from services.Main purpose of this research application is generating an output into services income tech report which used to measure how much tech income, overall services income report, services transaction report and spare parts selling report with income target within periods which have decided by the owner of PT. Abstract

Institute of Business and Information STIKOM Surabaya is a campus that has long stood in Surabaya. There’s a lot of employee in this campus, both lecturers and non-lecturers staff. The problems that exist currently happening is Stikom Surabaya still determining employee training by manual. This can lead to less precise training provided to employees. This problem can be solved with the help of using application for determination of traninees. The development of these applications using Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) models waterfall. The results of testing from this application training resulting determination indicates that the application can assist the company in determining the appropriate training to employees. Determination from application training provides training recommendations to employees in accordance with the disadvantages that these employees have. So that training can be carried out more efficiently and effectively.

Abstract

Clinic House of Healthy Living Center (H2LC) is a clinic Aesthetic & Anti Aging consistently apply the concept of healthy living by combining elements of beauty and health of the skin and body. Constraints faced H2LC Clinic is the start of record-keeping, duplication of card history data medical records of patients, health progress / results of treatment patients were still recorded on medical record cards, prescriptions that are difficult to read, and payments are still using hand-written memorandum.To overcome the above problems the development method used in Information Systems Web-Based Medical Record On H2LC Clinic Surabaya is to use the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) waterfall. Medical record system electronically application is beneficial not only administratively. But can be felt doctors and health workers is the ease in accessing patient information that ultimately helps in clinical needs.The results based on the implementation and evaluation of the banks have done the research was able to make Medical Record Information System Web-Based Clinical H2LC In Surabaya that produce information and manage the registration process assessment of the patient, record-keeping, and payments. Generate reports to consider the development of patient medical record information to be more easily and quickly.

Abstract

Abstract: Mitra 10 Wiyung is a company engaged as a distributor of building materials. The sales process that occurs after the customer is finished selecting items, customers can pay to the cashier and received a bill of sale. After the sale process is completed, the company made sales summary. Then the manager checks sales data and if it is approved, then made the income statement. The problem that occurs is the company's difficulties in record sales summary for a data bill of sale is not neatly arranged. In addition, the company does not have a system to manage the stock so it cannot monitor the condition of the stock. To solve the above problems, this study using System Development Life Cycle that is Waterfall with that process; First, gather the information needs of the company. Second, designing software that attribute data structures, software architecture, interface design and software algorithms. Third, implement and test the unit. Fourth, perform system integration and testing of each function in the software. And the last is to perform the operation and maintenance of software. After analysis of the test results and evaluation of the system, it can be concluded that this study has been able to make a sales application on the Options in Mitra 10 Wiyung, then the application of this memorandum of sale, the sales summary and statement of income are neatly arranged and the system can be integrated with either. This application can also monitor the condition of the stocks held in the company.

Abstract

Wijaya Kusuma University is located in Surabaya. In 2012, Wijaya Kusuma University in Surabaya launched an academic portal website that gives students access to data about their needs for academic lectures. By sending questionnaires to 58 respondents who used the older edition of the User Experience Questionnaire, a problem request on the academic portal user experience was carried out in this study (UEQ). The old academic portal design scored well on the Attractiveness scale with a score of 0.83 (below average), Clarity with a score of 0.92 (below average), Efficiency with a score of 0.63 (below average), Accuracy with a score of 1.52 ( good), Stimulation with a score of -0.06 (poor), and Novelty with a score of 0.46. (Below Average). A maximum 200 word abstract in English in italics with Times New Roman 11 point. Abstract should be clear, descriptive, and should provide a brief overview of the problem studied. Abstract topics include reasons for the selection or the importance of research topics, research methods and a summary of the results. Abstract should end with a comment about the importance of the results or conclusions brief. By creating a new version of the academic portal design in the form of a user interface prototype based on UEQ results and user interviews, this research aims to enhance the user experience by making it likable, understandable, and familiar. The approach used in this study makes use of Double Diamond, which comprises four stages: Discover, Define, Develop, and Deliver. The test discussion's findings led to an evaluation of the new academic portal prototype design's key elements, including appealing appearance (Strongly Agree), layout effectiveness (Strongly Agree), easy-to-understand display (Strongly Agree), addition of clear information (Strongly Agree), color toughness (Strongly Agree), and front view (Strongly Agree). Thus, it can be said that the updated prototype design features a user interface that piques users' interest

Abstract

Desa Buncitan adalah salah satu desa yang terletak di Kecamatan Sedati Kabupaten Sidoarjo, dengan total jumlah penduduk 4.976 jiwa. Sebagian besar memiliki pekerjaan sebagai karyawan dan sebagian lagi memiliki usaha mikro kecil menengah (UMKM) berskala lokal, sehingga berakibat hasil penjualan kurang meningkat dikarenakan kurang dikenal oleh masyarakat lebih luas. Adapun permasalahan yang terjadi UMKM membutuhkan bantuan untuk mendukung promosi. Salah satu organisasi sosial Desa Buncitan yaitu karang taruna dapat memberikan solusi tetapi dibutuhkan pelatihan untuk pembuatan video iklan. Oleh sebab itu ditawarkan pengabdian kepada masyarakat pelatihan pembuatan video iklan di karang taruna Desa Buncitan untuk mendukung promosi hasil produksi UMKM.

Abstract

Empowerment of mosques involves revitalizing their functions, roles, or activities to extend beyond individual acts of worship. This empowerment aims to be conceptualized, implemented, and sustained across religious, educational, and social service domains. Particular attention must be given to family-related aspects, considering the increasing issues in family resilience, which no longer stem solely from economic factors. Concerns such as underage marriages contrary to legal regulations, domestic violence, disputes over shared assets, inheritance, guardianship, and social services like zakat, infaq, sadaqah, and waqf are prevalent. These issues fall within the scope of Islamic Family Law, emphasizing the urgent need for its development as a solution aligned with the goals of mosque empowerment.Masjid Darussalam, located in Doko Village, Doko Sub-district, Blitar Regency, has conducted numerous socio-religious activities. However, these activities have yet to address aspects related to the "Sakinah Family" program. This indicates that the mosque's management requires additional expertise, knowledge, and technical skills to enhance their religious outreach efforts. If successfully realized, this initiative would provide significant added value. Therefore, the community service team will offer theoretical knowledge, practical experience, and introduce digitalization as a tool for religious outreach and a control center for the digital community, particularly within Masjid Darussalam’s environment.The primary objective of this community service initiative is to develop Islamic Family Law through a program called POSHKI (Islamic Family Law Development Post), which includes establishing a "Sakinah Family" program and digitalizing religious outreach efforts. The expected outcome of this mosque-based community service initiative is to serve as a learning platform, particularly for students of the Islamic Family Law Program at UNU Blitar, ensuring sustainability and publication in community service journals.

Abstract

The Directorate of Community Development of the East Java Regional Police is a work unit with an annual budget allocation of around Rp10 billion. The effectiveness of financial management is important to support various community development programs. This study aims to analyze the implementation of the Agency-Level Financial Application System or called SAKTI at the Directorate of Community Development of the East Java Regional Police. The focus of the study includes the quality of accounting information generated by the application, implementation risks analyzed using SAS Number 94, and the effect of the application on the effectiveness of financial management. The results showed that SAKTI improved the quality of accounting information through indicators of understandability, timeliness, reliability, and relevance. However, risks were found such as dependence on technology, limited application features, and personnel shortages. This study recommends strengthening user training and internal controls to mitigate these risks. These findings contribute to optimizing the use of SAKTI to support transparent and accountable financial governance in government agencies.
