Abstract

RSUP Dr. Soeradji Tirtonegoro Klaten is a hospital that provides several classes of inpatient services. This hospital has 22 inpatient rooms, with a capacity of 409 beds. In the business process, there have been problems where there is no information on the display / picture of the room and bed, the facilities provided, room rates, rooms that are st ill empty and rooms that are already in use, this can result in longer service in registering inpatient care until it requires. time for 20 minutes. The research method that the authors do consists of data collection methods and systems development methods . For the data collection method the author uses the method of observation, interviews, literature study, and documentation. Meanwhile, the system development method that the author uses is the waterfall method with a framework of information systems built using Laravel, the database using MySQL, and for the code editing tool using sublime text. The result of this research is an information system of Dr. Inpatient Bed Room. Soeradji Tirtonegoro Klaten is website-based, the system runs according to its function based on the system test using the blacbox method

Abstract

The dapodic system application is a system application that makes it easy for school users or operators to input all types of data related to school, such as active teacher data, non-active teacher data, active student data, non-active student data, report cards, schedules, and school facilities and infrastructure. The purpose of this research is to analyze how kindergarten school management is implemented with the dapodic application. The first method used is the data collection method, data analysis method, and system application implementation. The end result of this research is a perfect and maximum dapodic application that makes it easier for users to do their work.

Abstract

Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah peningkatan pelayanan bimbingan konseling melalui implementasi sistem informasi serta peserta pelatihan mampu menerapkan sistem informasi yang dibangun. Secara umum metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini berupa pelatihan penggunaan sistem informasi bimbingan konseling Guru BK SMA/K se-Solo. Kegiatan pelatihan diawali dengan pemberian materi tentang pelayanan yang berkualitas kemudian paparan mengenai sistem informasi bimbingan konseling untuk meningkatkan kualitas pemahaman Guru tentang pelayanan konseling menggunakan sistem informasi. Setelah memberikan materi dan paparan tentang sistem informasi, Guru mencoba menggunakan sistem informasi dengan dibimbing oleh tim PkM, diberikan contoh, dan diberi umpan balik kemudian dilakukan monitoring dan pendampingan. Implementasi pelatihan sistem informasi bimbingan konseling ini berlangsung selama satu hari pada tanggal 29 November 2019 di Aula Kampus 2 Politeknik Indonusa Surakarta. Dengan jumlah peserta sebanyak 64 orang Guru BK. Sebelum Penutupan tim PkM memberikan refleksi berupa tanya jawab untuk melihat tanggapan peserta pelatihan dan link download sistem informasi bimbingan konseling. Hasil tanya jawab berpengaruh signifikan terhadap peningkatan pemahaman dan pengetahuan peserta pelatihan tentang peningkatan pelayanan dan sistem informasi bimbingan konseling yang langsung dapat diimplementasikan oleh Guru BK yang hadir pada pelatihan terdownload 100% sebagai bukti antusias peserta pelatihan, hal ini memberikan kontribusi positif bagi Guru BK dalam peningkatan pelayanan bimbingan konseling.

Abstract

The implementation of social distancing in an effort to stop the spread of the Corona virus, a number of schools have eliminated teaching and learning activities, so a study from home policy has been issued by utilizing technology through e-learning to zoom. However, in practice, many complaints are experienced by both students and parents. The purpose of this activity is to provide knowledge and get to know about learning media that attracts students' attention by utilizing media in the form of videos with Power Point, OBS, and Google Meet. This training explores the creativity of PAUD teachers because the teacher plays an important role in attracting students. The benefits of this teacher assistance are inviting teachers and parents to motivate students in learning, the results of this activity itself are videos that have been made or compiled by teachers related to the learning themes that have been prepared according to the material and practice presented, 98% of the participants in the activity convey satisfaction in training events and according to current needs

Abstract

Proses pendataan data kepegawaian yang dilakukan BAUK masih menggunakan sistem manual yaitu dengan cara mengumpulkan dokumen dari pegawai dan menyimpannya dalam sebuah tempat almari penyimpanan. Permasalahan yang terjadi dan dialami BAUK dalam memproses data kepegawaian di Politeknik Indonusa saat ini adalah apabila ada data pegawai yang dibutuhkan, maka BAUK mencarinya satu-persatu di dalam almari penyimpanan sehingga membutuhkan waktu relatif lama. Belum lagi jika ada data yang kurang atau hilang, BAUK harus menghubungi pegawai yang bersangkutan untuk menyerahkan data yang diminta, jika pegawai ada di tempat BAUK bisa mendapatkan data yang diminta secara cepat, namun apabila pegawai yang bersangkutan di luar kota karena cuti, atau tugas luar maka BAUK harus menunggu sampai pegawai tersebut datang. Sistem Informasi Kepegawaian di Politeknik Indonusa Surakarta dibangun guna membantu pengolahan data kepegawaian menjadi cepat, tepat, dan akurat. Dengan cara menganalisis sistem kepegawaian lama. Analisa yang dilakukan peneliti adalah analisa PIECES. Sedangkan aplikasi yang digunakan adalah bahasa pemrograman Delphi 7, database MySQL. Untuk pengembangan sistem menggunakan metode waterfall. Setelah menganalisa sistem lama, hasil datanya digunakan sebagai acuan untuk membantu sistem informasi kepegawaian berbasis komputerisasi yang mampu menangani pengolahan data pegawai. Sehingga tujuan utama membantu pengolahan data pegawai menjadi lebih cepat, tepat, dan akurat tercapai. Melalui sistem informasi kepegawaian, penggunaan sistem informasi lebih maksimal, dimana dalam operasionalnya membantu BAUK dalam memproses data kepegawaian secara cepat, tepat, dan akurat serta lebih terotomatisasi sehingga kinerja BAUK akan dapat terpenuhi seperti harapan.

Abstract

Abstract: In the current digital era, almost all health care sectors require fast, precise, detailed, and valid services. The results of observations show that during lectures, students still have difficulty understanding the flow of input, process, and output of a good application, and do not know and have an idea about Application Software in Health Care Facilities that are already running in health facilities because some students do Field Work Practices. placed in health care facilities institutions still use manual systems with paper and recording in ledgers, during the current pandemic. In this study, an electronic medical record information system was designed and built as a student learning application regarding health service applications, system accuracy test using ISO 9126, where ISO 9126 looks at Functionability, Reliability, usability, efficiency, maintainability, and portability of a good system and provides recommendations if there are findings that the system does not meet the needs. The results of this study obtained the value of the Information System that was built only 75,92593 % which is the result of quality measurement so that this application does not fall into the category of the ISO 9126 standard because there are Portability Characteristics, namely Adaptability and Installability elements are not met, for these finding recommendations for improvements are given so that the system can run perfectly. according to the need for use.            Keywords: Covid-19, Electronic Medical Records, Learning Media, ISO 9126 Abstrak: Pada era digital sekarang, hampir semua sektor pelayanan kesehatan membutuhkan pelayanan yang cepat, tepat, detail, dan valid. Hasil observasi menunjukkan bahwa selama perkuliahan mahasiswa masih kesulitan memahami alur input, proses, dan output dari suatu aplikasi yang baik, serta belum mengetahui dan mempunyai gambaran tentang Software Aplikasi di Fasilitas Pelayanan Kesehatan yang sudah berjalan di fasilitas kesehatan dikarenakan beberapa mahasiswa yang melakukan Praktek Kerja Lapangan ditempatkan di institusi fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan masih menggunakan sistem manual dengan kertas dan pencatatan di buku. Pada penelitian ini dirancang dan dibangun sebuah sistem informasi rekam medis elektronik sebagai aplikasi pembelajaran mahasiswa mengenai aplikasi pelayanan kesehatan, uji akurasi sistem menggunakan ISO 9126, dimana ISO 9126 menilik Functionability, Reliability, usability, efesiency, maintainability dan portability sistem yang baik serta memberi rekomendasi apabila ada temuan sistem yang belum sesuai kebutuhan. Hasil dari penelitian ini diperoleh nilai Sistem Informasi yang dibangun hanya 75,92593 % yang merupakan hasil pengukuran kualitas sehingga aplikasi ini tidak masuk kategori standar ISO 9126 karena ada Karakteristik Portability yaitu unsur Adaptability, dan Installability tidak terpenuhi, untuk temuan ini diberikan rekomendasi perbaikan agar sistem dapat berjalan sempurna sesuai kebutuhan penggunaannya. Kata kunci: Covid-19, Media Pembelajaran, Rekam Medis Elektronik, ISO 9126

Abstract

AbstractHospital information systems have an essential role in clinical and administrative services. This triggers an innovation that supports an integrated quality measurement data management system by integrating the Hospital Management Information System (SIMRS). SIMRS can be implemented locally or in the cloud, using the network to exchange data and information. Along with the current development of Information Technology, information security is very important, especially on a network connected to the internet. But what is unfortunate is that developments in the security system itself do not accompany the imbalance between each technological development. This study aims to overview techniques for securing network computers from various attacks through network security simulations. The research method used is using Snort as a detector to perform security on computer networks, while as a system for detecting and preventing intruders on computer network servers using the Intrusion Detection Systems (IDS) and Intrusion Prevention Systems (IPS) methods. This study concludes that the IDS system with Snort simulated can detect attacks with the same average accuracy value of 99.97% and produce an average server response time value by good snort rules (1 client is 0.50 seconds, 2 clients are 0.32) seconds.Keywords: network security, snort, IDS, IPS  AbstrakSistem informasi rumah sakit memiliki peran penting dalam pelayanan klinis dan administrasi. Hal ini memicu inovasi yang mendukung sistem pengelolaan data pengukuran mutu yang terintegrasi dengan mengintegrasikan Sistem Informasi Manajemen Rumah Sakit (SIMRS). Implementasi SIMRS dapat dilakukan secara lokal maupun cloud, keduanya menggunakan jaringan untuk bertukar data dan informasi. Seiring dengan perkembangan Teknologi Informasi saat ini, keamanan suatu informasi menjadi sangat penting terutama pada suatu jaringan yang terkoneksi dengan internet. Namun yang disayangkan, ketimpangan antara setiap perkembangan teknologi tersebut tidak dibarengi dengan perkembangan sistem keamanan itu sendiri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan gambaran tentang teknik pengamanan jaringan komputer dari berbagai jenis serangan melalui simulasi keamanan jaringan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah menggunakan Snort sebagai pendeteksi untuk melakukan pengamanan pada jaringan komputer, sedangkan sebagai sistem untuk mendeteksi dan mencegah penyusup pada server jaringan komputer menggunakan metode Intrusion Detection Systems (IDS) dan Intrusion Prevention Systems (IPS). Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah sistem IDS dengan simulasi Snort dapat mendeteksi serangan dengan nilai akurasi rata-rata yang sama yaitu 99,97%, dan menghasilkan nilai rata-rata waktu respon server dengan aturan snort yang baik (1 client adalah 0,50 detik, 2 client adalah 0,32) detik.Kata Kunci: keamanan jaringan, snort, IDS, IPS

Abstract

Posyandu adalah suatu Upaya Kesehatan Bersumberdaya Masyarakat (UKBM) dimana pelayanannya dilaksanakan dari, oleh, dan untuk masyarakat. Posyandu Mawar I Plombon Mojolaban, tertelak di Desa Plumbon, RT 03 RW 10 Mojolaban, Sukoharjo. Posyandu Mawar I Plumbon Mojolaban memiliki 7 kader yang mengurus jalannya kegiatan posyandu. Posyandu Mawar 1 Plumbon Mojolaban merupakan Posyandu khusus balita, selama ini pencatatan dan pelaporan Posyandu masih dilakukan secara manual dengan menggunakan lembar formulir yang diberikan oleh bidan desa. Proses pencatatan dan pengolahan data masih dilakukan secara manual menggunakan tulisan tangan sehingga berisiko adanya salah tulis, mudah sobek, dan kurang jelas tulisannya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis sistem pencatatan dan pelaporan yang digunakan di Posyandu Mawar I Plumbon Mojolaban dan membuat perancangan sistem informasi pencatatan yang dibutuhkan di Posyandu Mawar I Plumbon Mojolaban. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif menggunakan metode System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) dengan model Waterfall. Informan dalam penelitian ini adalah kader Posyandu Mawar I Plumbon, Mojolaban. Hasil penelitian ini berupa aplikasi pencatatan data balita yang dibuat menggunakan Glide Apps dengan uji black box secara fungsional sukses.

Abstract

The background of this research is the importance of using information technology in health services to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of health services. However, there are still many challenges in implementing electronic medical record systems, such as difficulties in integrating data from various sources, data security issues, and limitations in data accessibility. The purpose of this research is to design and implement a cloud computing-based electronic medical record system that can meet the special needs of various healthcare providers and improve the accessibility of patient data safely and efficiently. The method used in this study is a system development approach based on the software development life cycle by combining user-based design principles and feedback from healthcare providers. The result of this research is a web-based electronic medical record system that can be accessed from anywhere with an internet connection, with features such as medical history tracking, appointment scheduling, prescription management, and billing management. This system also has a high level of security to protect patient privacy and prevent unauthorized access.

Abstract

State high schools in Surakarta City have different achievements. To see these achievements, it is necessary to have an expert system that provides information about the achievements of the school to the community, both student achievement and the achievements of teachers or educators. In designing the expertise system of school achievement, it is also necessary to design the database system. Often developers don't pay attention to data security in the database when designing a system. System design is made into the concept of data mapping, Context Diagrams, and Table Relations. This research will also discuss restrictions on database access rights in MySQL which is useful to restrict users from accessing the database. Based on the design, the writer presents a web-based school achievement expertise design system as a means of information on the achievements of public high schools in the city of Surakarta. The method in this study covers literature review, data collection, designing achievement expertise systems, and designing and security procedures for the expert system database at Surakarta Senior High School. The results of this study are the system of school achievement expertise in Surakarta Senior High School based on the categories of achievement, level of achievement, and year of achievement as well as the design database of the school achievement system with regard to database security
