Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tanggapan responden mengenai perilaku, kepuasan dan loyalitas konsumen pada Dusun Sidodadi Desa Terentang Baru. Populasi yang digunakan adalah masyarakat Dusun Sidodadi dan jumlah sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 56 orang, sampel penelitian ini masyarakat yang menggunakan produk. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa tanggapan responden mengenai perilaku kategori baik, tanggapan responden mengenai kepuasan kategori puas, dan tanggapan responden mengenai loyalitas kategori loyal.

Abstract

Persepsi guru tentang pengetahuan manajemen Kepala Madrasah di MAN 1 Palembang, artikel ini dibatasi pada pesepsi guru tentang pengetahuan manajemen kepala madrasah agar dalam melaksanakan tugasnya sesuai dengan komponen terkait efektivitas kerja kepala madrasah dalam melaksanakan tugasnya untuk pencapaian tujuan pendidikan itu. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini yakni wawancara mendalam, observasi, dokumentasi, dan tringangulasi, sedangkan teknik analisis data digunakan menurut Miles dan Huberman, meliputi data reduction, data display, dan conclusion/verification. Hasil yang didapatkan bahwa kepemimpinan kepala sekolah yang meliputi kepala sekolah sebagai edukator, manajer, administrator, supervisor, leader, inovator dan motivator sesuai dengan hasil pengolahan data termasuk dalam kategori baik. Motivasi kerja yang meliputi motivasi intrinsik dan ekstrinsik sesuai dengan hasil pengolahan data termasuk kategori cukup baik. Kepemimpinan kepala madrasah mendapat dukungan yang cukup dari guru dan para wakil kepala madrasah, dan dibuktikan dalam pelaksanaan kepemimpinan yang bersifat partisipatif. Pada prinsipnya masalah yang muncul di madrasah akan disesuaikan dengan sebaik mungkin apabila penyelesaikannya diserahkan kepada pihak yang yang paling dekat keberadaan masalah tersebut. Kepemimpinan kepala madrasah berhasil dengan baik apabila warga madrasah memiliki inisiatif dalam menjalankan pekerjaannya dan inisiatif setiap individu dihargai. Yang terjadi di MAN 1 Palembang adalah masih kurangnya inisiatif warga madrasah karena kurangnya rasa memiliki terhadap madrasah tersebut.

Abstract

Internet of Things (IoT) is a concept for exchanging data through the internet with objects that can be controlled remotely. Aglaonema plant is one of the ornamental plants that is much in demand by many as aplant for indoor decoration and terrace houses. It's just that the aglaonema plant to grow nice and beautiful requires a lot of attention. This research designed a system to monitor soil moisture and automatic roof on aglaonema plant through web server and android notifications. The device consists of Arduino Uno, soil moisture sensor, RTC, servo, and limit switch. Checking the soil moisture and opening the roof is done 2 hours in the morning and 2 hours in the afternoon. The roof is opened with a servo, and the limit switch is used to notify if the roof cannot open in time. Monitoring via the web is done using thingspeak and android notifications using IFTTT.Keywords: Monitoring, soil moisture sensor, IoT, Notificaton

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to explain the influence of Leaders Behavior and Teacher Commitment to Job Performance in MTs Negeri Terusan Muara Bulian Subdistrict. The analytical method used is quantitative using multiple linear regression analysis tools. The test of significance of influence of Leader Behavior variable (X1) and Teacher Commitment (X2) as independent variable, and Work Achievement (Y) as the dependent variable is done T Test and F Test. The result of hypothesis testing on the effect of Leader Behavior and Teacher Commitment to Work Achievement that the value of t arithmetic is 2,139 > from the t table number 2,05183 and the significance level of (α) 0.05 (5%) it can be seen that this Leader Behavior has influence on Job Performance. The result of hypothesis testing on the basis of the variable Teacher Commitment to Work Achievement that the value of t arithmetic amounted to -1.728 and with a significant level of 5% obtained t table 2.05183 it can be seen that the value of t arithmetic of -1.728 > from number t table 2.05183 and number of significance of 0.05 (5%) it is known that this Master's Commitment has an effect on Work Achievement. The result of hypothesis test on Lead Behavior variable and Teacher Commitment to Work Achievement showed that F value obtained by F value 2,372 with significance level 0,05 value f table 3,34 this mean that F count (2.372 > F table (3,34) thus Ho is rejected and Ha accepted, meaning that Leader Behavior (X1) and Teacher Commitment (X2) have a positive effect simultaneously or together on Work Achievement at MTs Negeri Terusan Muara Bulian Subdistrict Adjusted R Square is 0,86. So it can be concluded the percentage of influence of Leaders Behavior and Teacher Commitment to Job Performance in MTs Negeri Terusan of 0.86% and 91.4% in influencing other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

The purposes of this study and this research are 1. To determine the effect of the quality of work of village officials on services, 2. To determine the effect of the work quantity of village officials on services, 3. To determine the effect of Timeliness of village officials on services, 4. To determine the effect of the effectiveness of village apparatus village to service, 5. To find out the effect of work independence of village apparatus on service. 6. To determine the effect of work quality, work quantity, punctuality, effectiveness, work independence on services in the office Desa Kehidupan Baru Kecamatan Maro Sebo Ilir Kabupaten Batang Hari. Quantitative descriptive research methods and qualitative data collection methods using interviews, observations and questionnaires with a sample of 60 respondents and data analysis tools using a Likert scale. Research Results 1. Work Quality Variables ttable value 1.67303 and tcount 0.214 have no effect on service in the office Desa Kehidupan Baru Kecamatan Maro Sebo Ilir Kabupaten Batang Hari.2. Variable Quantity (X2) ttable value 1.67303 and tcount 0.052 has no effect on Service in the Office Desa Kehidupan Baru Kecamatan Maro Sebo Ilir Kabupaten Batang Hari. 3. Variable Punctuality (X3) ttable 1.67303 and tcount -0.033. Punctuality variable has no effect on Service in the Office Desa Kehidupan Baru Kecamatan Maro Sebo Ilir Kabupaten Batang Hari. 4. Effectiveness variable (X4) ttable 1.67303 and tcount 11.278. Effectiveness affects services in the office Desa Kehidupan Baru Kecamatan Maro Sebo Ilir Kabupaten Batang Hari. 5. Work independence variable (X5) ttable 1.67303 and tcount 12.843. Work Independence Variables affect Service in the Office Desa Kehidupan Baru Kecamatan Maro Sebo Ilir Kabupaten Batang Hari. Together (simultaneously) Fcount 1136.905 > 2.38 .
