Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of member perceptions, customer trust and participatory budgets on managerial performance through moderating job satisfaction in Baitul Maal wat Tamwil (BMT) "X" Padang city. This type of research includes quantitative types in the form of primary data collected by questionnaire, population and 25 research samples were taken using the census method Data analysis techniques used Structural Equations Model (path analysis) The results showed that managerial performance was explained directly by member perceptions, customer trust and participatory budgets through job satisfaction in BMT "X" cities The perception of members moderates the relationship of job satisfaction with managerial performance in BMT "X" Padang city. Customer trust does not moderate the relationship of job satisfaction with managerial performance in BMT "X" Padang city. Participatory budgets do not moderate the relationship of job satisfaction with managerial performance in BMT " X "Padang city.

Abstract

This study explains the analysis of clothing convection business in the sub-district IV Angkek Agam regency, West Sumatra province, where the convection business is still unable to achieve optimal profit because it does not yet know what strategy to do. In this sub-district there are 8 clothing convection, 76 workers and an investment value of Rp. 589,200,000. Data was collected in a survey and structured interview on a sample of 8 pieces of convection (total sampling) while the data analysis was carried out qualitatively using a SWOT analysis. The stages of the clothing production business process are carried out through 8 stages, namely material preparation, pattern making, fabric cutting, application setting, application process, sewing, quality control and steam, packing. Based on the SWOT analysis it turns out to increase sales of clothing convection businesses in sub-districts IV Angkek Agam district must focus on implementing promotional strategies in various ways such as through social media facialbooks and Instagram, personal selling and public relations.Keywords: business convection, strategy and promotion

Abstract

Mr. Mukhlis's homemade tempeh business has lacked the touch of appropriate technological information. The turnover was Rp. 1,000,000 per day before the Covid-19 pandemic and Rp. 700,000 per day during the Covid-19 pandemic. The marketing was around the Belimbing market, entrusted to several stalls and regular customers who routinely buy every day. The business prospects for tempe are quite good because the demand for tempe is continuous every day as a type of food that is high in nutritional content and is beneficial for the health of the body. The priority issue for Mr. Mukhlis's homemade tempe business is market share, marketing strategy and product packaging. The method of implementing extension activities is by lecture, discussion and practice methods. The purpose of the activity is for partners to know about market share, marketing strategies and product packaging. The market share of all levels of society is the lower class and upper class of various ages. Marketing strategy by maintaining existing markets and quality, looking for new markets and alternative marketing channels. Product packaging is disposable, primary and flexible.
