Abstract

Revolusi Industri 4.0 dan Pandemi Covid’19 merupakan tantangan baru bagi masyarakat dunia, kondisi dunia fisik dan digital mengalami perubahan yang signifikan cara hidup kerja manusia, yaitu mengintegrasikan dunia fisik, digital dan biologis, dimana terdapat perubahan secara fundamental dan terobosan baru di semua disiplin ilmu, diantaranya dibidang artificiall intellegent, teknologi nano,bioteknologi, teknologi yang berbasis internet berdampak terhadap kehidupan manusia, memberikan dampak pertumbuhan ekonomi. (Hamdan, 2018). Revolusi industri 4.0 meningkatkan efisiensi, fleksibilitas dan konektivitas lintas batas, juga pelayanan yang lebih cepat, murah, dan spesifik. Namun, teknologi juga semakin meningkatkan akses kesenjangan digital, kesenjangan kompetensi lulusan ilmu sosial dengan kebutuhan industri. Perekrutan pegawai akan semakin berkurang seiring meningkatnya otomatisasi, penggunaan robotik dan meningkatnya sistem kerja fleksibel. Keterbatasan menguasai teknologi bagi tenaga kerja di desa membuat pemuda desa sulit untuk bersaing dan mendapatkan pekerjaan yang layak. Seharusnya pihak swasta maupun pemerintah tetap perlu memberi prioritas pada target akses ke pekerjaan tetap bagi setiap orang karena disanalah pengembangan pribadi manusia (Vieronica Varbi Sununianti, 2019). Fokus tulisan ini adalah kepada peningkatan Sumber Daya Manusia melalui pelatihan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan dilembaga pendidikan pesantren Al-Ittifaqiah santri baru Mts putra. Berfokuskan kepada proses adaptasi pola pendidikan pesantren dalam menghadapi santri baru. Tujuan penelitian ini ingin menganalisis latar belakang santri baru, rutinitas pola pendidikan pesantren menghadapi santri baru dan adaptasi santri baru di pondok pesantren Al-Ittifaqiah. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus yang menggali lebih dalam bagi informan-informan penting tentang bagaimana adaptasi santri baru terhadap pola pendidikan pesantren melakukan proses kegiatan agar santri terbiasa dilingkungan pesantren Al-Ittifaqiah. Data penelitian ini dari data primer didapat dari hasil observasi di lapangan, wawancara mendalam dan bukti dekumentasi. selanjutnya untuk data sekunder diperoleh dari buku, arsip, catatan dan dekumentasi lainnya yang dianggap berkaitan dengan penelitian ini. adapun hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa para santri baru mengikuti proses yang sudah di berikan oleh pesantren atas dasar bimbingan ustadz dan ustazah meliputi penjelasan mengenai terjadinya adaptasi santri baru di pondok pesantren.

Abstract

The purpose of this Research was to analyze three aspects of capacity building of former commercial sex workers in improving social function by charisma institutions, including capacity building processes, capacity building forms and capacity building strategies. In general, capacity building is a learning in enhancing capability, skills and increasing mastery possessed by an individual, group or organization, carried out by social welfare institutions in organizing various types of activities, especially those directly related to the empowerment of former commercial sex workers. This Research uses a qualitative approach. The object of this case study research is the Kharisma Institute in carrying out capacity building activities for former commercial sex workers. The source of the data in this research came from primary data sources, namely key informants of the kharisma institution, companion, former commercial sex workers, some of social service employees also became supporting informants of this research. Secondary data from various literature departments. Data collection techniques use the method of observation (observation), interviews (interviews), and documentation. The results of the research provide an overview of the aspects of the process, forms and strategies for improving the social function of former commercial sex workers, after participating in activities they have knowledge, high social life, have the ability to be entrepreneurial, confident, and able to build social relations.

Abstract

The research, which is located in Talang Kelapa Sub-District, Palembang City, aims to determine community participation in waste management. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with a phenomenological approach. The results showed that community participation was divided four classifications, namely participation at the planning stage, participation at the implementation stage, participation at the benefit-taking stage, and participation at the evaluation stage. At the decision planning stage, the community attends meetings, proposes ideas, is willing to provide data and information, and participates in decision making. In the implementation phase, the community helps by the schedule of waste collection, provides solutions, and provides information. At the benefit-taking stage, the community will enjoy the benefits of the garbage bank and take care of the environment. At the evaluation stage, the community oversees the development of the garbage bank, as well as providing advice and criticism — factors that influence community participation due to economic benefits, skills and knowledge, and the environment. Community participation is also due to the invitation of friends or neighbours, and managers who are friendly and close to the community

Abstract

This research aims to analyse the ways in sosializing values of national character building for the students. The study described the ways of the teachers of senior high school 19 in sosializing the values of national character building. The research used qualitative method and the data collected by primary and second data. The analysis of data used by descriptive technique, interviewing conducted with the teachers of each subjects. Observing carried out in the clases when the teachers were teaching. From this research, it could conclude that the ways of teacher to socialize the values of national character building in teaching and learning were presenting repeatly, discussing, giving tasks, giving examples, and doing habit. Of course, in sosializing the values of national character building, the teachers faced any bars, but finally, they could solved the bars by doing cooperating among the teachers in the school.

Abstract

This study aimed to identify the responses and strategies of higher education in Indonesia in dealing with coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19). The data in this study came from several legal frameworks and news issued by relevant ministries as well as regulations and news released by universities which were analyzed to map how universities adapt to the COVID-19 situation. In addition, interview to faculty members, students and administrative staffs were also conducted. This study found that the relevant ministries responded no faster than the responses made by universities. The ministry has provided a series of regulations and also guidelines but unfortunately, the universities have published these things first. This research is an initial study to identify responses, obstacles to providing education, and research and community service in the COVID-19 era. This research is the first to investigate how universities conduct the three main tasks of the university in Indonesia investigating responses at the organizational and individual levels to identify responses and obstacles they find.

Abstract

Pelajaran sosiologi dinilai monoton dan membosankan siswa, karena materinya terlalu teoritis, dan banyak guru sosiologi tidak berlatar belakang sarjana sosiologi. Karena itu diperlukan model pembelajaran yang menyenangkan, praktis, tidak monoton dan menarik minat siswa terhadap mata pelajaran sosiologi. Tujuan pelatihan adalah mengubah paradigma pembelajaran yang bersifat konvesional  menjadi kreatif dan menyenangkan, mempraktikkan dan menerapkan  metode “Joyfull learning” sebagai strategi pembelajaran Sosiologi dalam memahami fenomena sosial, dan menggunakan metode pembelajaran yang menyenangkan sehingga pelajaran sosiologi menarik peserta didik. Metode penyampaian materi kepada peserta training, selain metode ceramah dan diskusi, sekaligus studi kasus, juga dengan role playing. Model pembelaharan yang disebut Joyfull learning ini telah dipraktikkan di 2 sekolah (SMA) di Kota Prabumulih dan Lahat yang diikuti  guru-guru, baik yang berlatar pendidikan sosiologi atau sosiologi murni, maupun bidang guru berlatar bidang ilmu sosial lainnya. Materi training dan praktik yang disampaikan kepada guru Sosiologi, yaitu : (1) teka teki Silang); (2) tebak kata; (3) tebak tokoh sosiologi; Hasilnya setelah ditraining guru sosiologi lebih kreatif mengemas materi pembelajaran, sehingga lebih menyenangkan dan menarik bagi peserta didik. Pelajaran sosiologi pun lebih mudah diaplikasikan di kelas.
