This study aims to determine how the structural victimization of workers through an outsourcing system. The study was conducted by using a qualitative approach. Field results showed that the employment relationship through this outsourcing system has presented a balanced treatment that leads to discrimination and exploitation of basic labor rights such outsourcing concerns: overtime pay, basic wages, cost of renewal, social security as well as a ban on joining the union. This is a consequence of incomplete provisions in labor regulations set firmly and definitely involves limiting the field of employment and criminal and administrative penalties to employers in the case violated the actual provisions have been written in the regulation of labor itself. In addition, structural components such as Manpower employment law which actually serve to action surveillance for prevention, did not run due to legal reasons and work priorities. As a result, labor regulations that come with the component structure (disnakertrans) is impressed solely limited to filling completeness of the state administration in the field of labor alone. At that point, the structural victimization of labor outsourcing has occurred.

This paper describes the suffering experienced by a woman as a double victim of revenge porn. Indeed, revenge porn is a crime in the Pornography Law which has criminal sanctions in accordance with Article 4 paragraph (1) jo. Article 29, with the threat of imprisonment for a minimum of 6 months and a maximum of 12 years and a fine of between 250 million and/or 1 billion. By using an exploratory qualitative approach to the main subject, Bunga (21 years old) is not her real name, as a student at one of the universities in Pekanbaru, this study also uses the Feminism and Victim theory approach as the analytical knife. From the research findings, it can be concluded that the victim experiences multiple and varied sufferings from the revenge porn she experienced. Personally, the victim experienced sexual violence and extortion. In other cases, the legal process as a victim's right which can actually be taken to ensnare the perpetrator is not supported by the family with the aim that the perpetrator and victim can be united in the marriage bond. Meanwhile, socially, the victim gets a negative image and stigma in the form of reproach (cheap and immoral women) from the circle of friends and the environment where the victim lives, regardless of the perpetrator as the main actor in the revenge porn case.

Religious Terrorism is different from religion it self. It is an act of terrorism that uses religion as a mask and a horse to reach its destination. The use of Religion legitimizes acts of terrorism by the offender group due to the silting of the understanding of the scriptures. This condition does not only give a bad image to religion, especially Islam, it also has implications of discrimination against Muslims primarily when associated with international policies concerning counter terrorism.

The employemeent policy that included within the government regulation of employemeent and the another point inside it, becoming a new basic issue about the labour themself. As well as the outsourcing methods being implemented, the works relationship between labours and the one who hired them, dominantly just ended up to discrimination and exploitation to the labour rights such as: overtime payment, standart fee, the lengthen of contract fee, welfare, also the forbid about going into such thing like independent comittee of labourship.That logical point as well going to becoming a fundamental reason for the labour repressive movement into the street, to claim their rights, and express their disagremeent from the employeement policy that they claim as the reason about the abuse of their rights just like what has written before.

This study aims to determine the factors causing people’s purchasing power against illegally used clothing in Indragiri Hilir Regency is high enough and to know the prevention effortsof illegal second-hand clothing in the community of Indragiri Hilir Regancy. Metode of this study was descriptive survey. This research is located in Legal Police Of Indragiri Hilir. Key informant in this research is Invisible Criminal Polres Indragiri Hilir and Customs. While the informants in this study are observation, interview and documentation. The results showed that the factors causing people’s purchasing power againts illegally used clothing in Indragiri Hilir Regency is quite high because of the community we do not care whether the cloting bought illegally or not is important is cheap and quality and society is not shy buy or use second hand products abroad especially used illegal gear. Efforts to prevent teh circulation of illegal second-hand clothing in the community of Indragiri Hilir Regency are : preventive that is supervision through marine patrol, and repressive that is making arrest or action while pre-emptive efforts have never been done.

Stigmatization is a proces that give some certain individual an atribute that will lower their social status. At firts, stigma is an unformal punishement for someone who did an „evil‟ thing while that judgemen come from the society it self. Unfortunalety, stigma will became something reallly bad or even evilish because the difficulty for some one whoe get the stigma to get rid of it. This study focused on the form of stigma itself that affect not only the one who did bad or evil thing but their family and relatives as well. This study is descriptive study that have been selected purposely. The key dactor of study depends on the form of stigma that affect the family anda relatives of an individual who did that bada or evil thing.The result shown that some of stigmatization in the very miinimum level. Hopefully, the result of this studycan be use and help further study with similar topic.

live streaming is a latest innovation for people to express themselves and exchange ideas. The current social media that is becoming a trend among the people and using live streaming as a means to interact is social media live streaming Bigo live. The existence of bigo live as an internet community forum (Cyber Community) certainly changes in the norms and values adopted by these users, so it cannot be denied that in the internet community (Cyber Community) there are changes and rules that occur . One of them appears an interaction created virtually in the world, where the emergence of a form of deviation that occurs in social media live streaming bigo live, one of which is cyber sexual harassment. The method used in this study uses visual methods. The theory used in this paper is the theory of routine activities where observations take place and observe every bigo live social media user.

The need for the fulfillment of technology ang information is a necessity in modern life today. Increase sophisticate communication flow makes the distance relationship between a person and another be increasingly. In addition, adolescent relationship are increasingly rife and do not know the limits of new problems in social life. Many young people today who hang out and build the relationship without knowing the time and situation. In 2017 ago at Pekanbaru there was a case of revenge porn commited by a student at one private campus initials M against his girlfriend who had the initials B. after this incident, B feel the trauma and often unpleasant treatment, and even tends to lead to harassment by some of her friends on campus. At the first, B build relationship with her boyfriend the initials M with the good condition, but the over time B often get the treated violently by her boyfriend, example phisically violent, verbally violent, and sexually violent. Her boyfriend also recorded and distributed their sexs video to social media. From this case, the author will be analysis the case of revenge porn into feminist and victimology theory. This research also uses the descriptive and qualitative methods by taking interview data from various sources, such as B as the victim, mother of B, the friends B, observers, and related institutions. In this cases, the authors also giving the reccomendations so that in the future, the similar cases will not be repetaed.

Abuse of Aditusine cough medicine by adolescents in Belilas Village, Kec. Seberida, Kab. Inhu (Riau), as a social phenomenon that grows in the midst of people's lives. By using the Differential Association theory approach and Techniques of Neutralization as an analytical knife and a qualitative approach as the method, this research finds a conclusion; there has been a shift in the use of drugs from previously illegal drugs (shabu, marijuana, etc.) to legal drugs (Aditusine cough medicine), as a way to avoid prosecution from both a legal and social perspective.
