Abstract

UMKM Klaster Bandeng Presto Semarang mengalami beberapa masalah utama khususnya dalam hal persaingan yang salah satu penyebabnya yaitu produk yang dijual hampir sama. Situasi diperburuk karena adanya pandemi covid-19 sehingga membuat omset penjualan turun drastis sampai 90%. Memahami dan mempraktikkan SCM menjadi sebuah prasyarat penting untuk tetap kompetitif dalam persaingan dan meningkatkan kinerja perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Praktik SCM terhadap Keunggulan Bersaing dan Kinerja Perusahaan dengan metode Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) – Partial Least Square (PLS). Berdasarkan hasil analisis PLS didapatkan hasil bahwa Praktik SCM tidak memiliki pengaruh yang positif terhadap Kinerja Perusahaan dengan nilai koefisien jalur sebesar 0,244 dan nitai t (1,062) ≤ nilai t tabel (1,36). Namun, praktik SCM memiliki pengaruh yang positif terhadap Keunggulan Bersaing dengan nilai koefisien jalur sebesar 0,452 dan nilai t (1,588) ≥ nilai t tabel (1,36). Sementara itu, Kinerja Perusahaan memiliki pengaruh yang positif terhadap Keunggulan Bersaing dengan nilai koefisien jalur sebesar 0,526 dengan nilai t (2,304) ≥ nilai t tabel (1,36). Untuk indikator Praktik SCM yang digunakan yaitu Strategic Supplier Partnership, Customer Relationship dan Information Sharing. Indikator Keunggulan Bersaing berdasarkan harga, kualitas, delivery, dependability dan inovasi produk. Indikator Kinerja Perusahaan yaitu dilihat dari kinerja keuangan (tingkat pengembalian atas penjualan, perbaikan produktivitas kerja dan perbaikan biaya produksi) dan kinerja operasional (efektifitas pemasaran dan kepuasan pelanggan).

Abstract

Masker adalah salah satu jenis alat pelindung diri yang paling penting digunakan sebagai penghalang utama untuk melindungi dari virus yang menyebar melalui tetesan ini. Masker medis merupakan masker yang mudah ditemukan dan sekali pakai yang biasa digunakan oleh tenaga kesehatan yang bertugas. Masker medis berbentuk persegi panjang dan terdiri dari 3 atau 4 lapisan. Setiap lapisan terdiri dari serat lembut hingga sangat lembut. Karakteristik kinerjanya mengikuti serangkaian metode pengujian standar (ASTM F2100, EN 14683 atau setara) yang bertujuan untuk menyesuaikan filtrasi yang baik, ventilasi yang baik, dan ketahanan (opsional) terhadap penetrasi cairan.  Mengenakan masker sudah menjadi kehidupan sehari-hari bagi banyak orang. Hal ini telah menyebabkan peningkatan yang signifikan dalam permintaan masker wajah sekali pakai di seluruh dunia. Masker wajah sekali pakai adalah salah satu jenis APD yang paling umum digunakan untuk mencegah infeksi virus. Namun, penanganan yang salah dari bahan-bahan ini mengancam lingkungan dengan bentuk-bentuk baru polusi plastik. Mengabaikan keseriusan masalah ini, sejumlah besar mikroplastik dapat dilepaskan ke tempat pembuangan sampah dan lingkungan laut, yang dapat memiliki implikasi serius bagi flora dan fauna. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini memaparkan dua opsi untuk mendaur ulang limbah masker COVID-19. Selain itu, kami akan menjelaskan perencanaan produk dengan metode QFD.

Abstract

In running the hotel business, it is always required to be able to compete and maintain the loyalty of the stakeholders in order to continue to exist. One of the efforts to be able to compete and maintain the loyalty of stakeholders is to find out how far the performance of the hospitality business is and what efforts are being made to improve its performance. In measuring company performance, it does not only focus on general aspects, but also considers other aspects, namely measuring company performance based on its halal value. In this study, the Balanced Scorecard method was used based on halal values ​​to be able to measure the company's performance. The results obtained after measuring using the Balanced Scorecard, namely the final score of the company's overall performance was obtained at 82.08% which was included in the very good category. From a financial perspective, the results of achievement, level of achievement, and scores from 2013 to 2015 were 32.95%, 71.04%, and 71.04%, respectively. Then from the customer's perspective, the results of achievement, level of achievement, and scores from 2013 to 2015 were 83.98%, 92.48%, and 92.48%, respectively. From the perspective of internal business processes, the results of achievement, level of achievement, and scores from 2013 to 2015 were 83.34%, 83.34%, and 83.34%, respectively. From the growth and learning perspective, the results of achievement, level of achievement, and scores from 2013 to 2015 were 60.78%, 86.26%, and 86.26%, respectively. However, the measurement using the Balanced Scorecard only focuses on the company's financial results and the unfavorable correlation between non-financial measures and the results. This situation will be a weakness of the Balanced Scorecard method because it cannot continue to take more specific steps forward so it cannot perform more accurate performance measurements.

Abstract

In building construction, there are many things that must be considered, one of which is work safety due to construction industry is a highly hazardous environment. Early signs of an organization's commitment to safety policies are manifested in the safety culture of the organization. Improving contractor safety culture can reduce work accidents on construction industry projects. It is unclear how to improve safety culture among construction industries, practically. The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of safety culture and its association with management commitment in monitoring system of work safety. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method was used by researchers in testing the relationship between the measured variables and the latent construct. According to the results of this study, it can be concluded that Work Safety Culture (X1) has an influence on Work Safety (Y) based on the t-value of 2.721 ≥ 1.64, Work Safety Culture (X1) has an influence on the Work Safety Monitoring System (X2) that verified with a t-value of 3.772, Work Safety Monitoring System (X2) has no effect on Work Safety (Y) based on a t-value of 1.195 < 1.64, and Work Safety Culture (X1) has no influence on Work Safety (Y) through the Work Safety Monitoring System (X2) with a t-value of 0,877. The results of this study can be used as the basis for implementing a safety culture in the company because it is proven to have an important role in work safety so that it is expected to reduce work accidents with the support of management who are committed to consistently carrying out work safety monitoring systems.
