Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of leadership style and organizational culture on job satisfaction. Indicators of leadership style are directive leader, supportive leader, participtive leader and achievement oriented leader. Indicators of organizational culture are clan culture, adhocracy culture, hierarchy culture, and market culture. Indicators of job satisfaction are pay satisfaction, promotion satisfaction, supervision satisfaction, coworker satisfaction, and satisfaction with work itself. The primary data was obtained from questionnaires from 60 samples of 144 employees in PT. Agung Automall branch Sipin in Province Jambi. While secondary data were obtained by literatures. Method data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis, using SPSS program version 16.0. The result of the study showed that leadership style, organizational culture, and job satisfaction are good. The result of a mathematical equation is Y = 0,782 + 0,483X1 + 0,326X2 + e. The result showed variable leadership style and organizational culture has a positive impact on job satisfaction. The influence of leadership style and organizational culture on job satisfaction are 40,4 percents and 59, 6 percents job satisfaction is influenced by another variable.Keywords : leadership style, organizational culture, job satisfac

Abstract

The average total absenteeism without explanation in the last five years as much as 0.14%. The average realized sales target achievement at PT. Suka Fajar Ltd Jambi in the last five years amounted to 71.21%. This fact shows that employees can achieve the target given to him.Indicators of discipline among others, the size of the compensation, the existence of exemplary leadership, whether there is a definite rule that can be used as a handle, courage leadership in taking action, presence or absence of supervision leaders, the presence or absence of attention to employees as well as the creation of habits that support the establishment of discipline. While performance indicators include the effective, efficient, quality, timeliness, productivity and safety.PT. Suka Fajar Ltd.Jambi is one company that is engaged in the automotive field. The company first gained the confidence to handle American vehicle is a car brand Ford. Seiiring the era of progress and improvement as well as development of business, PT. SukaFajar Ltd Jambi managed to enter into an agreement with PT. KTB which is the sole distributor of automotive brands Mitsubishi.Results SPSS 20 get the regression equation Y = -0.208 + 1.083 X. R2 value of 0.848 this number stating that the variable X or discipline capable of explaining the variable Y or performance of employees at PT. Suka Fajar Ltd Jambi amounted 84.80% 15.20% otherwise be caused by other variables outside variables studied. The correlation coefficient between disciplines on the performance of employees at PT. Suka Fajar Ltd Jambi is 0.921, meaning that there is a very close relationship between the variables X or Y or discipline and employee performance.Work discipline and performance of employees at PT. Suka Fajar Ltd Jambi high. Based on the test of hypothesis testing is known that there is significant influence between disciplines on the performance of employees at PT. Suka Fajar Ltd Jambi. Leaders should emphasize the importance of cooperation and communication with fellow employees. Thus, the synergy that will grow healthy and conducive working environment. Should be targeting the achievement of work must be neat and realistic. Thus, the employee will be more focused to achieve the output has been on target .Keyword : discipline, employee performance

Abstract

The research method used in this research is descriptive and quantitative methods. The quantitative descriptive method aims to describe the nature of something that is ongoing at the time the research is conducted and examines the causes of a particular phenomenon. The data that will be collected will be analyzed, including secondary data analyzed descriptively, while primary data will be analyzed using analytical tools using SPSS program tools. Before the data is used in the SPSS program, the ordinal data is first used as an interval using the method of success interval (MSI) program. From the total population of 124 people studied, the sample became 55 Employees At The Transportation Office Jambi City  The results of the study are as follows Compensation with an average score of 268.2 when viewed on the scale range, namely Very High, means that compensation at the Jambi City Transportation Service is in the Very High criteria. Performance with an average score of 265.3 when viewed on the scale range, namely Very High, meaning that the performance at the Jambi City Transportation Service is in the Very High criteria. Increasing compensation through stronger performance, increasing employee compensation will result in higher employee performance .The increase in compensation with the performance of the Jambi City Transportation Service employee has a coefficient of determination known from the value (R2) of 0.238 so that it can be interpreted that the increase given by the compensation variable on performance is positive. This condition means that this figure states that the compensation variable (X) is able to explain the employee performance variable (Y) at the Jambi City Transportation Service of 23.8%, whereas 76.2% is caused by other variables outside the variables studied. Compensation and Performance at the Jambi City Transportation Service is categorized as Very High. Based on the hypothesis test, it is known that there is a significant increase in the Jambi City Transportation Service Office, this is evidenced by the tcount 4.073 > ttable 1.67412.

Abstract

The influence of leadership and employee performance in University of Batanghari Jambi should be adapted with necessary that must be filled and level of different necessary to every employee, so as different performances happens in achivement. The condition is the employee often came late for work, act like passive and positive to work, not on time for finishing the job and the half employee still exist to out from their assignment in office hours without legal information.The research method in used is descriptive method and verifikatif. The sample is total sampling as 80 person. Field The result from this research show that leadership and employee performance in University of Batanghari Jambi with good criteria. The empirical findings indicates that in order to improve employee performance, so part of rector should be considering the factors that employee performance affect, such as leadership. Abstract

Abstract : The influence of motivation and implementation to the employee performance in University of Batanghari Jambi should be adapted with necessary that must be filled and level of different necessary to every employee, so as different performances happens in achivement. The condition is the employee often came late for work, act like passive and positive to work, not on time for finishing the job and the half employee still exist to out from their assignment in office hours without legal information. The research method in used is descriptive method and verifikatif. The sample is total sampling as 80 person. Next processed by using computer sofware kind of Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) from software 17.00 The result from this research show that motivation and employee performance in University of Batanghari Jambi with good criteria. The empirical findings indicates that in order to improve employee performance, so part of rector should be considering the factors that employee performance affect, such as leadership. Abstract

Service competition at the University with the use of technological facilities to serve people who have not been served by services at the University has great potential to expand the distribution of services to the community. The model of service marketing, relational marketing and digital marketing needs to be studied simultaneously through a service marketing management approach to get e-satisfaction. The purpose of this study was to obtain an e-Satisfaction model at the University as a marketing strategy for University services, especially in Jambi Province. The research design used an explanatory survey approach. The survey was conducted at Private Universities in Jambi Province. The number of respondents as many as 392 University service users taken by random sampling. Data analysis was carried out using a structural equation modeling (SEM) approach and the SmartPLS 4 program.
