Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the comparison of the Quality of Tourism Human Resources in Pangandaran Beach Attraction in the period and before the Covid-19 Pandemic based on emotional intelligence and intellectual intelligence. The method in this research is Comparative Research with a Quantitative approach. The conclusion of this study is that there are Differences in the Quality of Tourism Human Resources in the period and before the covid-19 pandemic in Coastal Attractions based on emotional intelligence and intellectual intelligence, so it can be concluded that there are differences in the Quality of Tourism Human Resources in the period and before the covid-19 pandemic based on Emotional Intelligence (EQ) and Intellectual Intelligence (IQ).

Abstract

The rise of Online Stores, usually triggers people to be easily tempted to shop, because of conveniences such as saving time and energy, available many promos, and many payment options. This results in many students making planned and unplanned online purchases. This study was conducted to analyze Online Impulse Buying Behavior in terms of Flash Sale and Locus of Control on Shopee Consumer Unper Students. This study used a quantitative method with a survey approach. Data was collected using a questionnaire. The data collected in the form of primary data. Data analysis in this study used the classical assumption test, multiple regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, determination coefficient analysis using SPSS software. The results of this study indicate that Simultaneous Flash Sale and Locus of Control have a significant effect on Online Impulse Buying at Shopee, Partial Flash Sale has a significant effect on Online Impulse Buying at Shopee, Partial Locus of Control has no significant effect on Online Impulse Buying at Shopee.

Abstract

Technological developments have penetrated in all fields, not only in one area but also in all sectors of human life, including transportation. The internet is needed nowadays, including in the daily activities of the community. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of e-service quality and e-trust on Maxim consumer satisfaction in Tasikmalaya City. This type of research is quantitative research, with a sampling technique that is non-probabilty sampling and accidental sampling, with a total of 100 respondents. The data collection method in this study is a survey method using a questionnaire that is distributed to respondents online via google form. The data analysis technique in this study uses multiple linear regression analysis which is processed using SPSS 25. The results of this study indicate that the e - service quality variable has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, the e -trust variable also has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. Simultaneously, e-service quality and e-trust have a positive and significant effect on Maxim customer satisfaction in Tasikmalaya City.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect simultaneously and partially the effect of promotional costs and production costs on AL-Galla Industries Sales Volume for the period January 2019- Desember 2021 Tasikmalaya. The research method used in this research is quantitative analysis method with a case study approach. Data collected in the form of secondary and primary data. The data analysis in this study used Multiple Regression Analysis using SPSS version 25 software. The results showed that Promotion Costs and Production Costs had a simultaneous influence on AL-Galla Industries Sales Volume. Promotion costs have a partial effect on AL-Galla Industries. Production costs partially AL-Galla Industries Sales Volume

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Product Design and Product Quality on Purchasing Decisions at the UMKM Syehriel Collection (a survey on the consumers of the UMKM Syehriel Collection). The method used in this research is the quantitative research methods, with a research sample of 100 respondents and the analytical tool used in this study is multiple regression using SPSS version 25. The result showed that the Procut Design and Product Quality a significant effect simultaneously on Purchasing Decisions at the UMKM Syehriel Collection. Product Design has a partially significant affect on Purchasing Decisions at the UMKM Syehriel Collection. Product Quality has a partially not significant effect on Purchasing Decisions at the UMKM Syehriel Collection.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of marketing strategy on customer satisfaction at CV Marta Jaya which is used in this research method, namely using a quantitative research method using 100 respondents research and the research tool used in this study is simple linear regression using SPSS version 25. The results of this study indicate that marketing strategies can create consumer demand through customer satisfaction influenced by goods or services needed by customers, prices of goods or services, services, distributing goods or services and promotional activities

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of product diversity and service quality on consumer buying interest of Singaparna Area Clothing Store , Tasikmalaya Regency. The research method used is a quantitative method with a survey approach to 100 respondents who are consumers of Singaparna Area Clothing Stores. The types of data used are primary data and secondary data. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis. The results of this test prove that product diversity and service quality have a significant effect both partially and simultaneously on consumer buying interest in Singaparna Tasikmalaya Area Clothing Stores.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the effect of Destination Image On Interest To Return Based On Visit Experience (Survey of Pangandaran Beach Tourism Visitors). The method used in this study was a survey method using data obtained directly through questionnaires distributed to 165 respondents who were visitors to Pangandaran Beach Tourism. The technique used in this research is path analysis. Based on the results of the research that has been done, it can be seen that, there is a positive and significant influence of Destination Image on Interest in Returning to Pangandaran Beach Tourism. There is a positive and significant influence of Destination Image on Visit Experience in Pangandaran Beach Tourism. There is a positive and significant influence of Visit Experience on Interest in Returning to Pangandaran Beach Tourism, and There is a significant influence of Destination Image on Interest in Returning through Visit Experience on Pangandaran Beach Tourism.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of brand image and product quality on customer satisfaction and customer loyalty (Survey of Pringsewu Pangandaran restaurant customers). The method used is a quantitative approach with the survey method. With a research sample of 100 customers of Pringsewu Pangandaran Restaurant. The data used is primary data. The analytical tool used in this research is path analysis using SPSS 26.0. The results showed that the brand image perceived by the customers of Pringsewu Pangandaran Restaurant had very good criteria. The product quality at Pringsewu Pangandaran Restaurant has very good assessment criteria. Customer Satisfaction Pringsewu Pangandaran Restaurant has very good assessment criteria. Customer Loyalty to Pringsewu Pangandaran Restaurant Customers has quite good criteria. Brand Image has a significant effect on Customer Satisfaction. Product quality has a significant effect on customer satisfaction. Brand Image on Customer Loyalty through Customer Satisfaction is significant, meaning that Customer Satisfaction is able to mediate the effect of Product Quality on Customer Loyalty. Product Quality on Customer Loyalty through Customer Satisfaction is significant, meaning that Customer Satisfaction is able to mediate the effect of Product Quality on Customer Loyalty to Pringsewu Pangandaran Restaurant Customers.

Abstract

The research aims to analyze how much influence service quality, price and location have on consumer satisfaction. The research method used is a quantitative method. Quantitative analysis includes validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple regression analysis, hypothesis testing through the T test and F test, as well as analysis of the coefficient of determination (R2). Effect of Service Quality, Price and Location on Consumer Satisfaction, the results showed with a coefficient value of 0.403 it can be seen that the service quality variable (X1), 0.433 is the price variable (X2) and 0.036 is the location variable (X3). Service quality (X1), price (X2) and location (X3) which have a strong relationship to customer satisfaction can be seen in the R Square value of 0.472, which indicates that the independent variables consisting of service quality, price and location can be explained by customer satisfaction 47.2% were able to explain the dependent variable, namely consumer satisfaction (Y) while the remaining 52.8% is influenced by other variables not examined in this research. The conclusion of this study is that service quality and price have a significant effect on consumer satisfaction at the Galunggung Shelter Coffee Shop, while location also has a significant effect on customer satisfaction.
