Abstract

Hasil produk hortikultura antara lain sayuran dan buah-buahan, mengandung gizi terutama vitamin dan mineral yang dibutuhkan manusia setiap hari dalam keadaan segar.  Untuk mempertahankan keutuhan dan kesegarannya sampai ke tempat tujuan yang jauh, sayuran dalam pengangkutannya mulai dari petani sampai ke pasar-pasar tradisional di  DKI Jakarta masih menyertakan bagian tanaman sayur yang tidak dikonsumsi, antara lain bagian akar, batang dan daun pelindung, kulit dan tongkol jagung..   Keadaan demikian menimbulkan masalah, karena tangkai dan daun yang digunakan sebagai pelindung sayuran yang tidak terkonsumsi ini akan dibuang menjadi sampah organik, baik yang terbuang di pasar-pasar tradisional maupun di rumah tangga yang mengkonsumsi sayur-sayuran tersebut.  Sedangkan sampah organic yang tertimbun di kota-kota besar terutama di DKI Jakarta dengan jumlah 6.500 ton per hari sudah tidak tertampung di TPA.  Dari data survey terhadap terhadap bagian tanaman sayuran broccoli, kembang kol, jagung manis, katuk, bayam dan kangkung yang dibeli dari pasar menunjukkan, bahwa jumlah bagian terbuang in rata-rata sebesar 53,96 %  atau setara dengan 234,40 gram dengan asumsi kebutuhan sayur perkapita perhari menurut Ashari (1995) sebesar 200 gram per hari.  Dengan jumlah sampah organik sebesar 65% dari seluruh sampah (BPS, 2001), maka dari jumlah sampah 6.500 ton per hari (Bharuna, E 2012), jumlah sampah yang ditimbulkan oleh bagian tanaman yang diteliti sebesar .  Dengan demikian sampah organik yang ditimbulkan penduduk Jakarta  sama  dengan 2.836 ton per hari adalah bagian dari sampah sayuran yang diteliti.            Apabila sayuran dikemas sedemikian rupa sehingga bagian yang sayuran yang tidak dikonsumsi ditinggalkan di lahan petani, maka selain petani mendapatkan pupuk organik untuk lahan pertaniannya, jumlah sampah di DKI pun dapat diminimalir.  Kata Kunci : Sampah Organik, Tanaman Hortikultura, Produk Hortikultura

Abstract

Zinc (Zn) is an essential micro element that is needed by plants and also inhumans. The importance of the adequacy of Zn minerals in food is not yet fullyunderstood by the public. Rice as a staple food has the potential to provide microelements Zn, but the content of micro nutrients Zn in rice is still low than therecommended requirement. This study aims to determine the response of growth,production and Zn content in rice to the technique of application (spray andspread) and dose of Zn Sulfate Heptahydrate (ZnSO4) fertilizer applied to riceplants (Oryza sativa L.) which was carried out in the field. The study wasarranged in a randomized block series (RAK) with eight treatments consisting ofT1D0 (Spread Technique × Dose 0 kg), T1D1 (Spread Technique × Dose 8 kg),T1D2 (Spread Technique × Dose 12 kg) T1D3 (Spread Technique × Dose 16 kg),T2D0 (Spray Technique × 0 kg Dosage), T2D0 (Spray Technique × 8 kg Dose),T2D2 (Spray Technique × 12 kg Dose), T2D0 (Spray Technique × 16 kg Dose).The results showed that spraying zinc sulfate heptahydrate (ZnSO4) 12kg/haincreased rice production by 20% and spraying zinc sulfate heptahydrate(ZnSO4) 16 kg/ha increased zinc content in rice by 5.3%.Keywords: Rice, Zinc, Zinc Sulphate Heptahydrate Fertilizer

Abstract

This community service activity aims to improve literacy on zakat, infaq, and almsgiving through an accounting approach among the community of Bentiring Permai, Bengkulu City. The main problem faced by the community is the lack of understanding regarding zakat calculation and the absence of systematic financial recording in managing religious social funds. The method used is an educational and participatory approach through interactive lectures, zakat calculation practices, and simple financial recording simulations referring to PSAK 109. This activity involved 50 participants consisting of the general public, mosque administrators, and small business actors, and was conducted at the Bentiring Permai Village Hall. The results show a significant increase in participants’ understanding, as indicated by the comparison of pre-test and post-test results, as well as improved ability in calculating zakat and conducting simple financial recording. In addition, this activity increased public awareness of the importance of transparency and accountability in managing zakat, infaq, and almsgiving funds. Therefore, this program is expected to contribute to improving the quality of accounting-based management of religious social funds within the community.

Abstract

This research explores the promotional strategy for the PruCinta Sharia life insurance product through social media, with a focus on the implementation of Islamic principles in marketing practices at PT. Prudential Prufure Team BJ8 in Banjarmasin. The study is motivated by the central role of ethical strategy in Sharia-compliant insurance, emphasizing the prohibition of dishonest practices such as fraud, deceit, and exploitation. Employing a qualitative descriptive approach, data were collected through interviews with nine informants and analyzed using data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing techniques. The findings indicate that the promotional strategy is carefully designed and centers on leveraging social media to maximize outreach and engagement. Instagram emerged as the most effective platform due to its visual appeal and ability to connect directly with potential clients. The strategy aligns with Islamic ethical standards, emphasizing transparency, honesty, and fairness in the communication of product benefits. The use of social media not only enhances visibility but also fosters trust and relatability among target audiences. The study concludes that ethically grounded and strategically executed social media promotion is key to advancing the reach and credibility of Sharia life insurance products like PruCinta.
