Abstract

CV. Rezeki Medan bergerak di bidang distribusi bahan bangunan. Pada dasarnya, turnover karyawan merupakan hal yang lumrah, namun jika sering terjadi dalam waktu yang singkat, hal tersebut tidak wajar. Hal inilah yang terjadi di perusahaan tersebut dalam kurun waktu satu tahun terakhir ini. Dengan mewawancarai direktur di perusahaan ini (pada bulan Januari 2016), penulis memperoleh informasi bahwaturnover karyawan pada tahun 2015 tergolong tinggi dibandingkan dengan tahun-tahun sebelumnya. Dalam setahun terjadi turnover sebanyak 18 orang, sedangkan biasanya turnover hanya sekitar 5 hingga 8 orang per tahun .Feriyanto dan Triana (2015:4) mengemukakan bahwa manajemen sudah ada sejak dahulu, di mana sejak manusia memenuhi kebutuhannya melalui bantuan orang lain sehingga manajemen terdapat dalam semua kegiatan manusia baik dalam rumah tangga, sekolah dan pemerintahan perusahaan. Metodepengumpulan data yang digunakan oleh penulis dalam penelitian ini adalah metode wawancara terstruktur. Moleong (2010:190) mendefinisikan wawancara terstruktur sebagai wawancara yang pewawancaranya menetapkan sendiri masalah dan pertanyaan-pertanyaan yang akan diajukan. Sebagian besar karyawan merasa kurang puas dengan gaji yang mereka terima saat ini. Mereka masih menerima gaji di bawah standar UMK Medan (Rp 2.307.000,00). Namun, bagi karyawan yang telah mendapat gaji di atas UMK Medan juga masih merasa kurang puas. Untuk sebagian karyawan, gaji belum cukup memenuhi kebutuhan hidup minimum. Untuk para atasan (karyawan di posisi manajerial yang lebih tinggi), gaji mereka sudah melebihi kecukupan minimum dari kebutuhan hidup mereka. Kesimpulan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan kerja karyawan CV. Rezeki Medan pada tahun 2016 masih dinilai kurang bagus. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari beberapa faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kepuasan kerja antara lain sebagian besar karyawan merasa kurang puas dengan gaji yang mereka terima saat ini.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Profitabilitas, Growth Opportunity, dan Struktur Modal Terhadap Nilai Perusahaan pada Perusahaan Manufaktur yang Terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia Tahun 2013-2017. Variabel dependen dalam penelitian ini adalah Nilai Perusahaan yang diukur dengan PBV. Variabel independen dalam penelitian ini adalah Profitabilitas yang diukur dengan ROE, Growth Opportunity yang diukur dengan IOS (Investment Oportunity Set) dan Struktur Modal yang diukur dengan DER. Populasi perusahaan manufaktur sebanyak 149 perusahaan. Pengumpulan data menggunakan purposive sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 30 perusahaan. Analisis data menggunakan metode regresi panel dengan sofware Eviews for windows versi 10.0. Hasil penelitian dalam uji t menunjukkan bahwa Profitabilitas berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Nilai Perusahaan, Growth Opportunity tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Nilai Perusahaan, dan Struktur Modal berpengaruh signifikan terhadap ROE. Sedangkan hasil penelitian dalam uji F menunjukkan bahwa Profitabilitas, Growth Opportunity, dan Struktur Modal secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Nilai Perusahaan (PBV).

Abstract

Kualitas produk merupakan suatu barang atau jasa yang diproduksi dan memberikan nilai mutu yang tinggi untuk memenuhi kebutuhan masyarakat. Sebagai pemenuhan kebutuhan masyarakat, kepuasan pelanggan menjadi salah satu yang terpenting dalam penilaian suatu produk. semakin puas pelanggan dengan produk yang digunakan maka semakin baik juga kualitas yang diberikan. Paper ini berjudul “Pengaruh Kualitas Produk Terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan di Restoran Cepat Saji KFC cbg. Asia Mega Mas, Medan”. Yang melatar belakangi penelitian ini adalah ketertarikan peneliti untuk mengetahui adakah pengaruh kualitas produk terhadap kepuasan pelanggan di restoran cepat saji KFC. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat adakah pengaruh kualitas produk di KFC terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan peneliti adalah metode penelitian kuantitatif asosiatif yang bertujuan untuk mengukur pengaruh variabel bebas terhadap variabel terikat. Untuk menunjang penelitian, data diambil dari kuesioner kualitas produk dan kepuasan pelanggan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pelanggan KFC cabang Asia MegaMas Medan sebanyak 30 orang. Data penelitian yang dianalisis dengan menggunakan model regresi linier sederhana yang menghasilkan persamaan regresi : Y = 21,915 + 0,534X. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah ditemukan adanya pengaruh yang signifikan antara kualitas produk terhadap kepuasan pelanggan restoran cepat saji KFC cabang Asia Mega Mas Medan, yang berarti apabila kualitas yang diberikan semakin baik, maka tingkat kepuasan pelanggan juga semakin tinggi.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of Financial Performance Analysis on Credit Granting Decisions at Bank Mandiri KCP Belawan. This research uses a qualitative descriptive research method. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this research are that the factors that can make a credit application accepted by the bank are (1) the debtor already has an official business license and NPWP, (2) the debtor must have 50% capital before applying for credit and the business is managed directly by the debtor himself. , (3) The debtor must be cooperative and open when asked about his efforts to arrange credit, (4) The debtor has never had a history of arrears in payments. (5) The debtor has never been involved in legal problems, (6) The value of the collateral provided by the debtor must be in accordance with the market price when applying for credit, (7) The established business has been running for approximately 1 year, (8) The business location is convenient accessible to local residents. If a business has no debt (current debt = 0), neither the current ratio nor the quick ratio can be calculated in the usual way and is considered undefined or infinite, then this shows that the business has a very strong liquidity condition because there are no liabilities. short term needs to be met.

Abstract

This research aims to assess the Influence of Price and Online Customer Reviews on Purchasing Decisions for Handphones on the Shopee Platform, with a focus on Management students from Panca Budi Development University in Medan, batch 2020. The method employed is quantitative, involving 78 respondents who are consumers that have purchased phone cases online through Shopee. Data was collected through questionnaire distribution, and analysis was conducted using SPSS software version 22. The study also encompasses multiple linear regression, instrument testing, classical assumption testing, and hypothesis testing to bolster findings. The results indicate that both Price and Online Customer Reviews have significant partial and simultaneous impacts on Purchasing Decisions for Handphones on Shopee.

Abstract

This study investigates the impact of digital and organizational readiness on SMEs' attitudes toward social media live streaming. Using a quantitative research design, data will be collected through a cross-sectional survey of SME business owners and managers, with a minimum sample size of 200 respondents. The key constructs explored include digital readiness, organizational readiness, and attitudes toward live streaming. Digital readiness is assessed through factors such as digital infrastructure, employee skills, and technological updates, while organizational readiness is measured by company culture, management commitment, and resource availability. Attitudes toward live streaming are evaluated based on beliefs in its strategic value and potential benefits for business growth. Data analysis will be conducted using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) to examine the relationships between these constructs and to test the study's hypotheses. It is anticipated that the findings will confirm that both digital and organizational readiness significantly influence SMEs' attitudes toward live streaming, facilitating its effective adoption and utilization. This research provides critical insights into how SMEs can strategically navigate the challenges and opportunities presented by social media live streaming, ultimately enhancing their business performance and customer engagement.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to examine the effect of company size measured by the natural logarithm (Ln) of total assets, leverage (DAR) profitability (ROE) on financial performance (NPM) in food and beverage companies in 2022-2023. The sample selection technique was purposive sampling, the sample consistend of 31 companies. The data analysis technique in this research is descriptive statistical analysis, classical assumption testing, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing and coefficient of determination testing, by applying software SPSS ver 25. The results of the research show that partially company size has no significant effect on financial performance, while individually (partially) leverage and profitability have a significant effect on financial performance. Simultaneously company size, leverage and profitability have an effect on financial performance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of ability, work discipline, and work motivation on employee performance by incorporating Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) management elements. The research employed a quantitative approach with a population and sample of 53 employees. Data were collected through a structured questionnaire that had been tested for validity and reliability. The analysis results indicate that ability, work discipline, and work motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Furthermore, the implementation of OHS management enhances employees’ work effectiveness by improving workplace comfort and safety. These findings underscore the importance of strengthening competence, rule compliance, work motivation, and OHS implementation to achieve optimal employee performance.
