Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find a ranking hierarchy for fraud prevention (the concept of Bank Indonesia supervision) in accordance with SE Bank Indonesia No. 13/28/DPNP Year 2011 on financial contracts at Islamic banks. This study uses a combination of quantitative and qualitative methods, analyzes data using Analytical Networking Processes (ANP) through Super Decision Software, conducts open and in-depth interviews with 9 respondents, Focus Group Discussion (FGD) with practitioners and experts in Islamic finance. In this case, a hierarchy of fraud prevention rating structures was found (in financial contracts at Islamic banks, 33.1% active management monitoring, 27.6% internal and external environmental conditions, 23% monitoring, evaluation and follow-up, 22.3 organizations and answers %, business complexity 20.1%, then the next rank is investigation, reporting and sanctions, detection, control and monitoring, prevention, potential, types and risks of fraud, the resources required range from 15.6% to 10.6%.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find the top five rankings of sharia finance contracts with the potential for fraud (case study of three sharia commercial banks) in North Sumatra. This research uses a combination of quantitative and qualitative research methods, data analysis with Analytical Networking Process (ANP) techniques through Super Decision Software, conducting open and in-depth interviews with 9 respondents, Focus Group Discussion (FGD) with practitioners and sharia finance experts. In this case, it was found that the top five rankings of sharia financial contracts have the potential for fraud (a case study of three sharia commercial banks) in North Sumatra, namely Ijarah 23.34%, murabahah 14.86%, kafalah or kafalah bil ujrah 8.71%, musyarakah 8.22% and mudharabah 6.28%.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to look at the strategy of the company is expanding its business can be the debt allowed by commercial law and in the view of Islam, and is expected to be useful for businesses, especially Muslim businessmen to conduct business. The results of the analysis that the debt can be justified and should qualify that, the goods or services that are owed are the owners must be clear and purely lawful, the creditor does not link the debt problem to something else and does not hurt the debtor, the creditor should only intend to get the pleasure of Allah SWT by giving the debt properly and the goods or services that are deferred do not provide advantages or benefits to the debtors and must be civilized. Need more focused research and analysis to obtain concrete results and tangible mainly expected to be useful for businesses in conducting their business in the future without violating the norms of economic and religious.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh antara pendapatan, bagi hasil, tanggungan keluarga dan religi terhadap pola konsumsi tenaga kependididkan di Perguruan Islam Al Ulum Terpadu Medan. Data yang dipergunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Tehnik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara, observasi dan kuisioner yang berhubungan dengan penelitian ini. Pengujian data dilakukan dengan uji kriteria ekonometrika, uji kriteria statistik dan uji kriteria “a priory” ekonomi. Data kemudian diproses menggunakan Eviews 4.1. Hasil uji regresi parsial menunjukkan bahwa variabel pendapatan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pola konsumsi tenaga kependidikan karena memiliki t-hitung sebesar 2,609 lebih besar dari t-tabel sebesar 1,984 atau probabilitas sebesar 0,010. Variabel bagi hasil berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap pola konsumsi tenaga kependidikan karena memiliki t-hitung sebesar -2,463 lebih besar dari ttabel sebesar 1,984 atau probabilitas sebesar 0,015. Variabel tanggungan keluarga berpengaruh posistif dan signifikan terhadap pola konsumsi tenaga kependidikan karena memiliki t-hitung sebesar 35,092 lebih besar dari t-tabel sebesar 1,984 atau probabilitas sebesar 0,000. Dan variabel religi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pola konsumsi tenaga kependidikan karena memiliki t-hitung sebesar 1,997 lebih besar dari t-tabel sebesar 1,984 atau probabilitas 0,048. Hasil uji regresi serentak menunjukkan bahwa semua variabel bebas yaitu pendapatan,bagi hasil, tanggungan keluarga dan religi secara bersama-sama berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap pola konsumsi tenaga kependidikan dengan hasil estimasi F-hitung sebesar 369.673 lebih besar dari F-tabel sebesar 2,67. Hasil uji ketepatan letak taksiran garis regresi menunjukkan R-square 0,939. Hal ini berarti bahwa pendapatan, bagi hasil, tanggungan keluarga dan religi berpengaruh sebesar 93,9% terhadap pola konsumsi tenaga kependidikan, sedangkan sisanya 6,1% dijelaskan oleh variabel lain yang tidak dimasukkan dalam estimasi model. Hasil uji kriteria "a priori" ekonomi menunjukkan kesesuaian tanda antara koefisienparameter regresi dengan teori yang bersangkutan dengan persamaan Log(K) = 12.042+1,314*PNDPTN-1,896*BH+0,444*TK +0.002*R Kesimpulan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pendapatan, tanggungan keluarga dan religi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pola konsumsi tenaga kependidikan, sedangkan bagi hasil berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap pola konsumsi tenaga kependidikan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mencari bagaimana pengaruh dari Pelatihan (X1), Motivasi Kerja (X2) dan Disiplin Kerja (X3) terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (Y) PT. Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Tbk. Cabang Medan. Sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan tetap PT. Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Tbk. Cabang Medan yaitu 97 responden. Penelitian ini menggunakan data kuantitatif yang diolah dengan SPSS versi 26.0 dengan model regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Pelatihan (X1), Motivasi Kerja (X2) dan Disiplin Kerja (X3) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Tbk. Cabang Medan baik secara parsial maupun simultan . Koefisien determinasi Adjusted R Square menunjukkan sebesar 81,5% dijelaskan dan diperoleh dari Pelatihan, Motivasi Kerja, dan Disiplin Kerja sedangkan sisanya diperoleh dari faktor lainnya yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

Sharia Management Perspective Through Leadership and Asset Management in Improving Company Performance in Klambir Lima Deli Serdang Gardens. The formulation of the research problem is how is the perspective of sharia management through leadership and asset management in improving company performance. This study aims to determine how the influence of sharia management and leadership perspectives on asset management and how the influence of sharia management and leadership perspectives on company performance. Data analysis in this study used path analysis assisted by the SPSS 16 for Windows computer program. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work motivation and work environment on performance with work supervision as an intervening variable. This research was conducted at the Regional Airport Authority Office, Medan. saturated sample technique, the type of research used is associative quantitative. The research model used is path analysis and research data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires and surveys. Based on the results of the research that has been done and data analysis as explained in the previous chapter, the following conclusions are conveyed from the results of the research as follows: Work environment has a positive and significant effect on performance as evidenced by the original sample value of 0.744 and p values of 0.000 <0.05. Environment Work has a positive and significant effect on Supervision with an Original sample value of 0.329 with a p value of 0.001 <0.05. Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on performance with an original sample value of -0.153 with a p-value of 0.044 <0.05. Work Motivation has a positive and significant effect Control over the original sample 0.286 P values 0.046. Oversight has a negative and not significant effect on the original sample -0.011 P value 0.904. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of Employee Engagement and Workload on Employee Performance which is mediated by Employee Job Satisfaction. This type of research is associative quantitative. The location of this research is the Airport Authority Region II Medan. The population and sample in this study were 70 employees (saturated sample). This research model uses Path analysis, and the measurement tool uses Smart PLS 3.3.3. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire. The results of the research are as follows: Workload has a positive and significant effect on employee satisfaction. Workload has no significant positive effect on employee performance. Employee Engagement has a positive and significant effect on Employee Satisfaction. Employee Engagement has a negative and insignificant effect on Employee Performance. Job Satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance. Workload has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance through Job Satisfaction. Employee Engagement has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance through Employee Satisfaction.

Abstract

The focus of this study is to analyze job satisfaction in mediating work climate and fatigue on employee performance. A quantitative approach was chosen in this research, then the data source was obtained through distributing questionnaires to 74 employees at the North Medan Samsat. Data analysis using Sstructural equestion model (PLS SEM). The Northesearch results show that at North Medan Samsat, the work environment has a direct impact on job satisfaction. At North Medan Samsat, the work environment has a direct influence on employee performance. Directly, fatigue has no effect on employee job satisfaction at North Medan Samsat. Job satisfaction has a direct effect on employee performance at North Medan Samsat. Job satisfaction has a direct effect on employee performance at North Medan Samsat. At North Medan Samsat, job satisfaction indirectly moderates the influence of work climate on employee performance. At North Medan Samsat, job satisfaction did not significantly moderate the effect of fatigue on employee performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to identify and analyze the development of creative industries and the management of quality human resources in Pematang Serai Village, Tanjung Pura District, Langkat Regency in order to achieve sustainable economic growth. The specific objective of this study is to examine how the community, as human resources, can have a great deal of creativity and innovation in developing village potential, thereby contributing to the community's economy. Multiple linear regression analysis is used to evaluate the data. This study will employ a quantitative method related to data that characterizes the people of Pematang Serai Village, particularly household industry players involved in income growth. The study's findings indicate that the Creative Industry and Human Resource Management variables have a positive and statistically significant influence on the achievement of sustainable economic development.
