Abstract

Masyarakat membutuhkan layanan asuransi yang sesuai dengan kebutuhannya, sebagai proteksi, investasi dan warisan. Oleh karena itu dibutuhkan peran Financial Consultant (FC) untuk memberikan informasi mengenai besaran premi terhadap asuransi fund amani syari’ah yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan nasabah. Penelitin ini mempelajari kemungkinan pengaruh tersebut. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah: 1). Ingin mengetahui pengaruh Financial Cansultant (FC) terhadap permintaan asuransi Fund Amani Syari’ah, 2). ingin mengetahui pengaruh Besaran Premi terhadap Permintaan Asuransi Fund Amani Syari’ah di Group Agency Vision Platinum PT.Zurich Topas Life (ZTL) Serang Banten..3). Ingin mengetahui pengaruh Financial Cansultant (FC) dan Besaran Premi terhadap permintaan asuransi Fund Amani Syari’ah. Metode Penelitian yang digunakan adalah metoda kuantitatif dengan asumsi klasik yaitu uji normalitas, heteroskedastisitas, autokorelasi, analisis regresi sederhana, signifikansi, dan koefisien korelasi antara diversifikasi Financial Consultant (FC) dan Besaran Premi Terhadap Permintaan Asuransi Fund Amani Syari’ah PT. Zurich Topas Life (ZTL). Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa variabel X1 Financial Cansultant (FC) = 2,218 jumlah X1 Financial Counsultant (FC) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel dependen yaitu Y permintaan asuransi pada tarap signifikansi 95%. Sedangkan variabel X2 (Besaran Premi) pada tarap signifikansi 95% berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel Y (Permintaan asuransi). Dari hasil koefisien determinasi sebesar 0.927 yang artinya 92,7% menunjukan bahwa permintaan asuransi secara bersamaan dipengaruhi oleh variabel X1 (Financial Counsultant (FC)) dan besaran premi (X2) sebesar 92,7%.

Abstract

Gender identity is a crucial aspect of children's social development, influenced by various factors, one of which is the family. This literature review aims to analyze the role of family in shaping children's gender identity through parenting styles, social interactions, and cultural values instilled within the household. The findings indicate that parents play a primary role in shaping children's gender concepts through parenting practices, toy selection, and the division of domestic roles between males and females. Furthermore, family communication influences how children perceive gender norms and stereotypes in society. This study highlights the importance of parental awareness in adopting an inclusive parenting approach that does not limit children's potential based on socially constructed gender roles. In conclusion, the family has a significant impact on shaping children's gender identity, emphasizing the need for a more flexible approach that promotes gender equality within the family environment.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of gamification methods on the communication and critical thinking abilities of Grade IV students in Indonesian language learning at MI Miftahul Ulum Karangsari. Using a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental design, the research involved two groups: an experimental group that applied the gamification method and a control group that used conventional teaching methods. Data collection was carried out through observation and tests (pre-test and post-test). The results showed that the gamification method had a significant positive effect on improving students' communication and critical thinking skills. The experimental group demonstrated greater improvement in both communication skills (mean 41.07) and critical thinking ability (mean 79.29) compared to the control group (mean 33.38 for communication and 55.58 for critical thinking). These findings highlight the potential of integrating game elements into Indonesian language learning to enhance student engagement and cognitive skills, particularly in communication and critical thinking.

Abstract

Affective assessment instruments are an important component in education which aims to measure aspects of students' attitudes or behavior, which includes spiritual and social attitudes. Based on Government Regulation Number 19 of 2005 concerning National Education Standards, as well as Law Number 20 of 2003 concerning the National Education System, learning assessment must include aspects of attitude (affective), knowledge (cognitive), and skills (psychomotor). The type of research used in this research is qualitative research using the Library Research method or a research method that uses theories from books that support and are relevant to affective learning assessment instruments in shaping student character. The research results show that choosing the right learning instruments, especially in the affective domain, really helps teachers in shaping students' character, so that they can improve the quality of the learning process and learning outcomes as an improvement in the quality of education. The attitude scale models that can be used include the Bogardus Scale, Thurstone Scale, Guttman Scale, and Likert Scale
