Abstract

Gingivitis is a disease in the form of abnormalities in the gingiva that can cause bleeding accompanied by swelling, redness, exudate, changes in normal contours which are sometimes considered normal by some patients even though it is considered serious by the Health Department. This study aims to educate the public in understanding the importance of knowing the condition of the body, especially the teeth that are most vulnerable to experience by the community. The lack of time required for consultation with experts resulted in this disease being left unattended. So it is necessary to develop IT-based consulting in the form of an expert system. The system is built using the certainty factor method. Certainty factor works by reading all the data submitted by the expert and gives the result in the form of the percentage of confidence the patient has gingivitis. Experts used in this system are dentists / dental specialists. The data were obtained from direct experts and the results of the consultations obtained new knowledge in the form of the percentage of the patient's confidence level with gingivitis. Data collection was obtained from Acute Gingivitis, Sub-Acute Gingivitis, Recurrent Gingivitis and Chronic Gingivitis as well as symptoms and solutions obtained from experts. This study contributes to a new service for patients who experience dental disease (gingivitis) without having to come directly to an appointed specialist. The level of accuracy of this system is quite helpful because the data source comes from direct experts so that the solution obtained can be an initial reference for patients before further treatment is carried out. The results of the study were in the form of softcopy and hardcopy that could be used as needed, based on the test data given to the patient, a 95% confidence level was obtained for the system trial results based on the patient's condition at that time. So that the results of the consultation are obtained in the form of information about the disease and the desired solution.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan informasi kepada masyarakat mengenai malnutrisi, gaya hidup atau lifestyle merupakan salah satu faktor yang ikut serta dalam mendeteksi malnutrisi. Tak jarang diantara orang tua mengabaikan hal tersebut karena dianggap biasa dan lumrah. Bahkan tak jarang juga diatara orang tua malas berkonsultasi dengan pakar perihal kondisi tersebut dikarekan berbagai macam alasan. Untuk itu diperlukan sebuah sistem yang mampu memberikan kemudahan kepada masyarakat seputar malnutrisi. Dalam penelitian ini malnutrisi lebih dikhususkan pada balita karena balita memiliki indikasi terbesar mendapatkan malnutrisi apabila asupakan makanan yang harusnya dikonsumsi oleh balita tersebut tidak tepat. Sistem pakar ini dibangun dengan menggunakan metoda hybrid yang menggabungkan antara forward chaining dengan certainty factor dalam mendapatkan kesimpulan atau konklusinya. Sistem ini dibuat dengan menyadurkan informasi langsung dari pakar.

Abstract

Gangguan kesehatan mata merupakan salah satu masalah Kesehatan dari masyarakat yang saat ini sering ditemukan dibeberapa daerah di Indonesia. Kesehatan mata di Indonesia menjadi salah satu isu penting dalam bidang kesehatan. Masalah kesehatan mata yang umum dijumpai di Indonesia meliputi gangguan penglihatan yang disebabkan oleh berbagai faktor. Pentingnya penanganan terpadu terhadap kondisi ini menekan angka permasalahan di kesehatan masyarakat. Saat ini lebih kurang 314 juta masyarakat di dunia dinyatakan mengalami tingkat penglihatan yang lemah, dan diantaranya mengalami kebutaan di angka lebih kurang 45 juta orang. Salah satu faktor yang menyebabkan hal tersebut terjadi adalah lambatnya kesadaran untuk berkonsultasi dengan pakar dan minimnya waktu yang dibutuhkan untuk mencari informasi yang berhubungan dengan kesehatan. Sistem pakar merupakan salah satu solusi yang mampu memberikan informasi tentang refraksi mata dalam proses deteksi dan di usung dengan menggunakan gabungan dua metode yaitu metode forward chaining untuk menelusuri gejala yang ditemukan oleh pasien dan disesuaikan dengan yang dianalisa oleh pakar kemudian dilanjutkan dengan Certainty factor untuk memberikan nilai kepastian pasien mengalami kondisi tersebut berupa nilai keyakinan. Hasil penelitian ini memberikan sebuah aplikasi sistem pakar sebagai media komunikasi antara pasien dengan dokter sesuai dengan kepakarannya. Salah satu pengujian dilakukan memberikan hasil yang maksimal untuk proses deteksi refraksi mata dengan nilai yang sesuai dengan kondisi pakar.Hal tersebut mampu digunakan oleh pasien sebagai tahapan awal untuk berkonsultasi lanjut dengan pakar. Hasil tersebut bisa digunakan dalam bentuk hardcopy atau softcopy. Penelitian ini mampu memberikan nilai akurasi 90% berdasarkan data yang telah diuji. Hal tersebut mampu memberikan nilai positif terhadap user yang meggunaka sistem ini sebagai media konsultasi.

Abstract

The stomach is one of the important digestive organs in humans. Gastric disease is inflammation of the stomach lining caused by microorganisms, this disease is caused more by Helycobacterpylori bacteria, apart from being caused by bacteria, stomach disease can also be caused by irregular lifestyle and eating patterns. Diseases that attack the stomach are still considered trivial by the general public, so not many people know about stomach diseases and the symptoms that exist. This is what causes people to be reluctant to see a doctor when they suffer from pain that attacks the stomach. When a disease attacks the stomach, people only use experience or intuition to cure it, so it is not treated properly. By using an expert system, patients can save time going to the hospital and can improve service to patients. The results of the Mamdani fuzzy logic calculations require a report on the possibility of stomach disease suffered by the user/patient, examples of possibilities are small, somewhat large and large based on the highest value results. It is hoped that with this system, it will be easier for patients to diagnose gastric diseases to carry out prevention and early diagnosis and treatment.

Abstract

Health is an important thing in human survival, including bone disease. Some people think that bones are passive, dead tissue, but they are not. Bones and skeleton are a very important part of orthopedics. Bones are not only a framework that strengthens the body but are also part of the structure of joints, as protection for the body, where the ends of muscles are attached. One of the diseases that is widely felt in society is bone disease. Bone disease is a condition that damages the skeleton and makes bones weak and susceptible to fractures. The high rate of diseases that attack the bones is caused by the conditions and behavior of society, such as stress, lack of exercise, wrong diet. Another cause is also ignorance and lack of knowledge about bone disease itself. By using an expert system, patients can save time going to the hospital, because the system replaces experts in their field, especially chiropractors. The method that will be used in this research is the Certainty Factor Method. The results obtained later are diagnostic results based on the symptoms entered and issued in the form of decisions and percentages. The diagnosis results identified Cervical Spondylosis (Nerve Pain) with a confidence level of 89.60%. It is hoped that this expert system will make it easier for patients to diagnose bone disease and carry out initial treatment in treating the disease.

Abstract

Service is an activity where a company helps customers solve their problems. Good service quality can make customers loyal to the company. To maintain service quality, service performance is measured. The Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) method is one method that can be used to measure service performance from a customer perspective. Qanaah Carpet Shop is a business that operates in the field of goods and services. By using the IPA method, Toko Qanaah Karpet measures its service performance manually using paper media, which makes analysis ineffective and inefficient. This research aims to build an information system that can analyze service quality using the IPA method. The analysis was carried out by measuring 30 service attributes which were divided into 5 dimensions, namely: Tangible (Physical evidence), Reliability (Reliability), Responsiveness (Responsiveness), Assurance (Guarantee), and Empathy (Empathy). Data collected through a questionnaire involved 50 respondents. The results of this research show that there are 6 attributes in quadrant A, 10 attributes in quadrant B, 8 attributes in quadrant C, and 6 attributes in quadrant D. Companies can take action to maintain and improve service attributes in accordance with the recommendations from the results of this research.
