<![CDATA[Penelitian ini memaparkan tentang perancangan system informasi penjualan online yang didukung dengan database MySQL dengan bahasa pemprograman PHP. Dari penelitian yang dilakukan pada CELCIUS SHOP dapat disimpulkan bahwa sistem lama yang digunakan tidak efektif disebabkan proses yang dilakukan memakan waktu dan tempat sehingga membuat kinerja pegawai yang kurang efisien. Setelah dilakukan penelitian pada CELCIUS SHOP dengan metode penelitian yang dimulai dari field research, library research, dan laboratory research, dapat disimpulkan bahwa system informasi yang digunakan masih belum optimal. Oleh karena itu dilakukan rancangan desain output, desain input, desain file dan aliran program dari sistem yang baru. Hasil dari analisis tersebut diterapkan kedalam suatu program aplikasi penjualan online. Sistem informasi baru yang dirancang diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kualitas informasi dan kinerja di masa yang akan datang.This research describes about the design of online sales information system supported by MySQL database with PHP programming language. From the research conducted on CELCIUS SHOP can be concluded that the old system used is not effective because the process is done takes time and place so as to make the performance of employees less efficient. After doing research on CELCIUS SHOP with research methods starting from field research, library research, and laboratory research, it can be concluded that the information system used is still not optimal. Therefore, the design of output design, input design, file design and program flow of the new system. The results of the analysis are applied to an online sales application program. The newly designed information system is expected to improve the quality of information and performance in the future.]]>

<![CDATA[Small micro business is a business that is very helpful in various aspects of the Indonesian economy. In Padang city has various types of SME businesses. One of them is Catering. The development of catering business in this city is very rapid because of the many interests of the community to use these services. As a result, competition arises between businesses which shows a significant impact on the catering business so that each of these businesses must be able to create their own market by creating a Brand for their catering business. The purpose of this study is to analyze the system to create E-Branding with the concept of CRM (Customer Relationship Management). <![CDATA[Inklusif merupakan sebuah pendidikan yang memberikan kesempatan kepada semua peserta didik yang memiliki kelainan dan memiliki potensi kecerdasan dan atau bakat istimewa untuk mengikuti pendidikan atau belajar dalam satu lingkungan pendidikan secara bersama-sama dengan peserta didik pada umumnya. Saat sekarang orang tua sangat tidak peka terhadap tumbuh kembang anaknya. Tumbuh kembang anak paling sering terabaikan karena banyak faktor salah satunya karena sibuk mengurus pekerjaan. Maka dari itu, penelitian ini dibuat agar membantu orang tua mengetahui tumbuh kembang anak dari perilaku sehari-hari. Karena banyak yang tidak menyadari, kalau perilaku keseharian anak-anak dapat menjadi faktor munculnya sebuah syndrome atau dikenal dengan anak kebutuhan khusus. Salah satu syndrom yang paling banyak berada pada pendidikan inklusif adalah Tunagrahita. Anak Tunagrahita merupakan anak yang mempunyai tingkat intelektual dibawah rata-rata. Maka dari itu orang tua harus mengenali lebih dini ciri-ciri tunagrahita pada anak. Untuk itu Penelitian ini juga bertujuan membangun sistem pakar untuk diagnosa anak tunagrahita. Metode yang digunakan pada sistem pakar ini adalah metode Forward Chaining.]]>

<![CDATA[Telah dilakukan penelitian pada Kantor Dinas Pekerjaan Umum (PU) Kabupaten Pasaman Barat dimana permasalahan yang dijadikan sebagai dasar dalam penelitian ini yaitu penyajian informasi Mengenai prasarana Jalan Dan jembatan secara cepat dan tepat. Dengan proses observasi secara langsung kelapangan telah mendapatkan kelemahan sistem yang sedang berjalan. Walaupun tidak secara keseluruhan namun lebih mengarah pada masalah spesifik, tetapi diharapkan dapat membantu permasalahan dalam penyajian informasi prasarana jalan dan jembatan. <![CDATA[Information thecnology development is quickly even in outlying places that are never feeld its benefit before, but nowdays they can deeply enjoy able with information thecnology serves in an online manner. The business are established and progressed usually organized their supply management there (in the business). Previously PT. MUTIA MULIA PADANG has difficulty in the supply of the management be cause of manual character. Controlling inventory or inventory management right is not easy. But if too little inventory results in the risk of inventory shortage, as they often can not be imported goods inventory stating sudden cessation of the production process, delays in profits, even loss of customers. It would require an inventory application to manage inventory control, then the company's needs will be met with swift and precise, so as to control inventory. With the report in the form of file storage can allow minimize the potentially fatal errors, such as losing records. This application is built using the programming language PHP and MySQL, which assisted with modeling UML (Unified Modeling Language).]]>

<![CDATA[The Region of interest (ROI) of the fundus photography is an important task in medical image processing. It contains a lot of information related to the diagnosis of the retinal disease. So the determination of this ROI is a very influential first step in fundus image processing later. This research proposed a threshold method of segmentation to determine ROI of the fundus photography automatically. Data to be elaborated were the fundus photography’s of 13 patients, captured using Nonmyd7 camera of Kowa Company Ltd in Dr. M. Djamil Hospital, Padang. The results of this processing could determine ROI automatically. The automatic cropping successfully omits as much as possible the non-medical areas shown as darkbackground, while still maintaining the whole medical areas, comprised the posterior pole of retina captured through the pupil. Thus, this method is helpful in further image processing of posterior areas. We hope that this research will be useful for researchers.]]>

<![CDATA[The application of information technology is currently widely used by agencies in carrying out various operational activities. This study tries to apply the PIECES Framework to the analysis of information systems. To implement it, it is necessary to test responses from users on an information system. The system to be tested is the information system of Mako Battalion 131 Braja Sakti. The information system used to support the performance of soldiers where the responsible in this case is part of the operations staff. In their service, the operations staff collect data from each company. The data is inputted into the online-based ANEV DATA system. The system will later be used in processing soldier certification data. PIECES focuses on 6 focus areas of analysis, namely performance, information and data, economy, control and security, efficiency, and service. The purpose of this study is the application of the PIECES Framework in analyzing the quality of the implementation of information systems to ensure the success targeted by the operations staff. This study uses interviews and observations as well as the distribution of questionnaires as a method of data collection. The results of this study indicate that the use of ANEV Data as an information system to improve performance gets an average result at the Performance level of 5.20, information and data level of 4.76, economic indicator level of 5.20, Control indicator level of 4.85, and efficiency level of 4.16. and service satisfaction of 7.16. The value of the operation staff is very satisfied using the ANEV Data information system.]]>

<![CDATA[Expert system is a computer program which is designed for modelling the ability of problem solving as it is an expert (human expert). The expert system method used is the forward chaining method which is the inference method that is doing logical reasoning from the problem to its solution. The aim of this research is to design and develop an expert system that is able to identify the severe malnutrition on children from the age of 0 - 5 years old. The knowledge is derived from the question askedto a nutrition expert. The data are taken from the questions asked to the user and when all of the questions has been answered, then the goal will be appeared which shows the nutrition status. This system application will enable the user to diagnose the nutrition/disease that affects children and get the solution. This system can be used by any kind of user due to the easy access. This system is also put the important information about the severe malnutrition and the recent news of children’s health so it will add more knowledge for the parents about the importance of severe malnutrition’s prevention.]]>
