Abstract

The role of PR has a big role in recording the development and journey of the Batam Concession Agency (BP) from time to time. The importance of documentation activities defines documentation as the activity or process of providing documents using accurate evidence based on recording various sources of information. So that users do not have to look for storage media from year to year by coming directly to the office, but simply by accessing the Batam Concession Agency (BP) public relations activity documentation website easily and does not take a long time. The design method used in designing this documentation will use the MDLC (Multimedia Development Life Cycle) design method with the stages of planning, analysis, design, implementation and UML modeling

Abstract

Currently server monitoring is still done manually, servers sometimes experience downtime and trouble, namely several services such as Apache, MySQL often down or crash themselves, network administrators cannot always monitor the network they manage as a result of the many other jobs that must be done. For this reason, this research created a script that can be used to monitor services on the server. This research was conducted by collecting data, observing and researching the library using telegram bots and bash scripts as supporting applications in monitoring service activities. This study aims to make it easier for administrators to handle servers. With this system, you can send notifications via telegram to network administrators when a service dies and this system can revive the dead service by restarting it

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancangan aplikasi jasa service perhiasan emas berbasis Web yang dapat digunakan pada perusahaan dalam membangun sistem untuk menjawab kebutuhan dalam menjalankan usahanya yang sebelumnya masih menggunakan pencattan buku catatan service. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian metode waterfall dengan pendekatan perancangan sistem menggunakan menggunakan pemodelan Unified Modeling Language (UML). Tahapan dalam metode waterfall ini terdiri dari lima tahapan analisis dengan melakukan analisis kebutuhan yang diperlukan dalam merancang sebuah sistem, kemudian melakukan desain sistem jasa service, selanjutnya mengimpelentasikan hasil desain kedalam bentuk web. Setelah aplikasi jasa service selesai, kemudian dilakukan pengujian sistem dan terakhir melakukan perawatan terhadap aplikasi jasa service. Hasil perancangan aplikasi jasa service dapat memenuhi kebutuhan perusahaan dalam melakukan pencatatan, sehingga faktur atau nota dapat diakses secara cepat. Untuk selanjutnya Aplikasi ini juga perlu pengembangan penambahan menu interaksi secara online kepada tim pemasaran dan tim layanan dalam bentuk live chat

Abstract

Perancangan Sistem Ecommerce Berbasis Web dengan Model Business to Consumer (Studi Kasus Top One Supermarket) dibuat dengan aplikasi pendukung seperti, Php, Mysql, Xampp, Css, dan Bootstrap.Tujuan dibuatnya Sistem Ecommerce Berbasis Web ini merupakan solusi yang dapat mempermudah konsumen dalam memperoleh pelayanan dan informasi, serta memudahkan owner dalam mengelola data produk dan pemesanan. Perancangan Sistem Ecommerce Berbasis Web dengan Model Business to Consumer ini menggunakan metode System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) merupakan gambaran dari suatu usaha dalam merancang sistem yang akan selalu bergerak seperti roda, yang melewati beberapa langkah atau tahapan antara lain tahap investigate, analyze, desain, implementasi dan perawatan. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan oleh penulis adalah kualitatif dengan menggunakan metode pengumpulan data yaitu observasi, penelitian kepustakaan, dan wawancara. Dari penelitian ini menghasilkan sistem ecommerce berbasis web yang dapat digunakan oleh Top One Supermarket sebagai media penjualan produk kosmetik secara online kepada semua customer dan dapat membantu meningkatkan penjualan di Top One Supermarket.

Abstract

Batam Cable Vision is a company engaged in cable TV and internet installation services. This company has problems in data processing which results in different quantities of goods. So that a system is needed that can determine the amount of inventory in the warehouse. Therefore, a web-based inventory system is designed to find out the exact amount of inventory and can be accessed via the internet. This research is designed using the waterfall method, there are five stages, namely planning is the process of designing a system like what will be made, analysis is understanding the existing system with the system to be created, system design is carried out with the aim of helping to provide a complete picture of what to do, coding is the process of writing program code, then checking and testing the system as a whole to identify possible system failures and errors, in the last stage maintenance includes error correction, improvement of system unit implementation, and system improvement and adjustment according to user needs. While the modelling used uses the Unified Modeling Language (UML) which consists of a use case diagram, activity diagram, class diagram and sequence diagram. The result of this research is a web-based inventory information system at PT Batam Cable Vision is expected to help the admin in data processing, in order to minimise errors in recording goods. Then, the inventory information system can present the right goods report information according to company needs so as to minimise the use of paper.
