Abstract

This study aims to explore and test the perceptions of customers or customers of Islamic banking, especially North Sumatra with Islamic commercial bank offices and their business units regarding Customer Servoual Analysis in Choosing Islamic Banks in a more comparative way. The type used in this research is field research using a quantitative approach through descriptive methods. The results of the study show that the dimensions of perceived service level quality at Islamic banks in North Sumatra are Cartesian diagrams that the influence of service quality consists of: tangible (direct evidence), realiability (reliability), responsiveness (responsiveness), assurance (guarantee), and empathy (empathy). ) on the level of customer satisfaction at Islamic banks studied in North Sumatra, namely BRI Syariah, Mandiri Syariah, BNI Syariah, North Sumatra Syariah, BCA Syariah, Niaga Syariah, Muamalat, and BTN Syariah in terms of tangibles are categorized as very good, reliability is categorized as very good. responsiveness is categorized as sufficient, assurance is categorized as sufficient, and empathy is categorized as very good. And for the five dimensions of service quality, the most dominant variable in service improvement is the tangible variable (direct evidence).Keywords: Servqual, Satisfaction and Customers

Abstract

This research is empirical legal research or known as non-doctrinal research. It is said so because this research examines the applicable law and has been implemented by the community or is called law in action. This study examines the role of the Medan zakat house as a zakat manager in the utilization of productive zakat. The research method used is qualitative, namely by describing the data and facts that appear in the research as they are and then analyzed using descriptive analytical and critical methods. Utilization of productive zakat at LAZ Rumah Zakat Medan Branch through Big Smile programs such as Free Maternity Homes (RBG), Circumcision Programs, then winning smiles such as the Sustainable Ceria Scholarship, SD-SMA, sustainable smiles such as Archipelago Nutrition Alert, Disaster Alert, Water Well Village.In implementing program, LAZ Rumah Zakat Medan faces obstacles including the Centralization of Zakat Management based on Law no. 23 of 2011, Public Awareness Regarding the Utilization of Productive Zakat, Aspects of reforming zakat from classical fiqh to modern understanding, Attitudes of Lack of Public Trust in LAZ, Efforts to Change Mustahik Status to Muzakki, Intensity of Counseling, Recruitment of Human Resources, No Firm Sanctions for People Who Reluctant Pay Zakat.Keywords: Productive Zakat, Muzakki and Mustahik

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui keefektivan Model Pembelajaran Problem Based Learning di masa pandemic Covid-19 terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas VI di SDN Tespong Raya, Kecamatan Baros, Kota Sukabumi, Tahun Pelajaran 2020/2021. Jenis penelitian ini adalah quasi eksperimen. Data yang dianalisis adalah data kuantitatif yang telah diproses menggunakan aplikasi IBM SPSS 22 Perangkat lunak statistik 22. Pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi dan tes. Dari uji-t nilai signifikansi dari hasil belajar posttest kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol pada Equal variances assumed berjumlah 0,000 sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa nilai signifikansinya kurang dari 0,05 maka H0 ditolak. Hal ini berarti terdapat perbedaan rata-rata yang sebenarnya antara hasil posttest kelas eksperimen dan kelas control .Berdasarkan hasil penrhitungan uji N-Gain score, menunjukkan bahwa nilai rata-rata N-Gain score untuk kelas eksperimen (Model Problem Based Learning) adalah sebesar 77,6997 atau 77,7% termasuk dalam kategori efektif. Sementara untuk rata-rata N-Gain score untuk kelas kontrol adalah sebesar 36,6072 atau 36,6% termasuk dalam kategori tidak efektif.

Abstract

Adapun Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui implementasi sistem informasi manajemen berbasis teknologi informasi di Universitas Negeri Makassar, dilihat dari aspek komunikasi, sumber daya, dan sikap pelaksana. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara mendalam (indepth interview), observasi dan studi dokumentawi.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi sistem informasi manajemen berbasis teknologi informasi di UNM dilihat dari aspek komunikasi belum berjalan efektif. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari kurangnya tingkat pemahaman informasi dari pimpinan atas sampai kepada pelaksana yang memuat kejelasan isi, tujuan, arah, kelompok sasaran, dan pembagian tugas yang spesifik dari implementasi sistem informasi manajemen berbasis teknologi informasi. Dilihat dari aspek sumber daya (manusia dan finansial) kurang berjalan efektif. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari kuantitas sumber daya manusia pengelola profesional masih kurang, kualitas sumber daya manusia pengelola kurang inovatif dan kreatif dalam mengembangkan sistem aplikasi, dan dukungan dana yang ada terbatas hanya pada standar minimal layanan. Dilihat dari aspek sikap pelaksana menunjukkan resistensi dalam hal kurang optimalnya kinerja layanan dan jaringan sebagai akibat ketidakterjangkauan akses ke seluruh unit-unit yang ada dalam lingkungan UNM. Kata Kata: Implementasi kebijakan, SIM berbasis Teknologi Informasi

Abstract

Economic development covers various aspects ranging from improving community welfare, poverty alleviation, social inclusion and others. This can be linked to the important role of MSMEs, which are drivers of innovation and creativity in the economic sector. This research aims to analyze the empowerment of Batu City MSMEs in facing business changes by the e-commerce industry and will discuss the challenges faced by MSMEs currently. The data in the research are the results of a focus group discussion by conducting a direct analysis survey on Batu City MSMEs. This article uses the Community Empowerment theory approach by Jim Ife.

Abstract

Penelitian kausal ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh informasi mengenai pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional dan komitmen organisasi terhadap prestasi kerja guru Madrasah ibtidaiyah (MI) yang berafiliasi dengan YMI Wonopringgo, Pekalongan. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode survei dengan analisis jalur yang diterapkan menguji hipotesis. 55 guru telah dipilih sebagai unit analisis. Hasil penelitian adalah sebagai berikut: (1) terdapat pengaruh langsung positif Kepemimpinan Transformasional terhadap Prestasi Kerja, (2) terdapat pengaruh langsung positif komitmen organisasi terhadap Prestasi Kerja, (3) terdapat pengaruh langsung positif dari kepemimpinan transformasional pada komitmen organisasi.

Abstract

The number of poor moslem people always increase. Education and income gaps are regarded as cause of the poor getting poorer and the rich get richer. It is the responsibility for Muslims to help each other to alleviate poverty through performing and empowering the zakat. Zakat plays an important role in the economy, especially in reducing poverty. The existence of zakat will increase aggregate demands from mustahiq raise; then it will increase aggregate supply and employment. This is known as an economic multiplier. The well managed zakat will bring about the great benefit of zakat in economy, especially to overcome the destituiton.

Abstract

Islamic branding practices have recently been the main discussions within practitioners' and academicians' discussions in the recent years. Several experts reported that Islamic branding concept has attracted interests of many companies. Muslim consumers are to be more selective in consuming their products. The labelling of halal may not always guarantee that the product is. This study aims at finding out how Islamic branding influences consumers' decision and whether consumers' religiosity correlates with Islamic branding and their decision in choosing products. The population of this research consists of lecturers, staffs and students of STAIN Pekalongan. The samples of this research are 113 randomly chosen participants. A 5-scale Likert questionnaire was used in this study and was then analysed using double linear regression model. The results indicated that Islamic branded has the power of 9.4 % in influencing customers' decision. Meanwhile, 90.6 % of customers' decision was influenced by other factors. Additionally, religiosity as the moderating variable weakens the correlation between Islamic branding variables and customers' decision.
