Abstract

Background: Color guard players often exhibited loss of glenohumeral joint range of motion (ROM) in internal rotation which has been associated with shoulder pathology. Current stretching protocols aimed at improving flexibility of the posterior shoulder have resulted in different outcomes and previous studies have not been discussed color guard players for the subject. Aims: This study was to determine the differences effects between non assisted posterior shoulder stretching (NAPSS) and muscle energy technique (MET) to increase internal rotation ROM of glenohumeral joint of the color guard marching band. Methods: This study is experimental pre test and post test two group design, the subjects are 18 color guard players. The subjects were divided into 2 groups that 9 subjects in group I treated NAPSS and 9 subjects in group II treated MET. The treatment was given for 5 times per week in 2 weeks. This study used goniometer for measuring internal rotation ROM. Saphiro Wilk test for the normality test. Paired sample T-test to determine increasing of internal rotation ROM for group I and group II. Independent sample T-test to determine the differences effect between group I and group II. Result: The result of paired sample T-test is p=0.001 (p< 0.05) in group I and p=0.001 (p< 0.05) in group II which exhibited that there is an effect the treatment of both posterior shoulder stretching and muscle energy technique to increase internal rotation ROM. The result of Independent sample T-test is p=0.084 (p >0.05) indicated that there is no different effect between posterior shoulder stretching and muscle energy technique. Conclusion: NAPSS and MET were capable of significantly increasing internal rotation ROM of glenohumeral joint and no different effects between the methods. Both methods can be used as stretching program before marching band exercise.

Abstract

Pasangan menerima melakukan seksual intercourse. Lansia melakukan aktivitas seksual berupa: mencium kening, mencium pipi, mencium bibir, mencium leher, mencium dan meraba buah dada, mencium dan meraba kemaluan. Gaya Seksual Intercourse yang dilakukan oleh lansia: CAT (Coital Alignment Technique), misionaris, WOT (women on top), Side by side, doggy style, anjing kencing.

Abstract

Abstract

Background: Transportation is something that people really need. An online motorcycle taxi application is one mode of transportation that can be used to make it easier for consumers to carry out various activities. Online motorcycle taxi drivers are one of the workers who are at risk of experiencing fatigue due to increased orders in online motorcycle taxi applications. Method: This study employed quantitative research design with a cross sectional design. The research sample was taken by purposive sampling technique with a sample size of 100 people. The research instrument used was a Nordic Body Map (NBM) questionnaire to measure musculoskeletal complaints and the Industrial Fatigue Research Committee (IFRC) to measure fatigue during work. Data analysis was done using Spearman correlation test. Result: As many as 80% of taxi bike drivers suffer from musculoskeletal disorders, particularly in the neck, back, and hands. As many as 74% of them reported feeling tired. The Spearman Rank correlation test results show a link between fatigue and complaints of Work-Related Musculoskeletal Disorders (WMSDs) on online taxi bike in Yogyakarta (r = 0.264, p = 0.008). Conclusion: There is a relationship between the level of fatigue and complaints of Work-Related Musculoskeletal Disorders (WMSDs) on online motorcycle taxis in Yogyakarta. Further researchers should include other variables related to complaints about online motorcycle taxis.

Abstract

Introduction: In March 2020, there were 1,528 confirmed cases of COVID-19 and 132 deaths, so the government implemented an online health and distance learning (PJJ) protocol. Due to the long use of this device, there are changes in the spine such as the Forward Head Posture. Objective To determine the prevalence rate and risk factors that cause Forward Head Posture complaints. Methods: This research is a quantitative research with analytical observational character which explains the correlation between variables through the Spearman Rank Statistical Test. The sample in this study were Physiotherapy students at UNISA Yogyakarta. Results: The prevalence of FHP in students (N = 87) was 61 people (70.1%) and the results from the Spearman Rank Statistical Test showed: (I) there was a correlation of FHP with posture p value of 0.004 (II) and a correlation in duration p value 0.000 (III) there is no correlation at age p value 0.142 and gender p value 0.920. Conclusion: There are 61 people out of 87 respondents experiencing Forward Head Posture and there is a significant correlation between posture and duration of using gadgets and there is no correlation between age and gender.
