Abstract

Industri rumahan, yang dikenal dengan sebutan UMKM dua tahun mengalami penurunan jumlah produksi dikarenakan Pandemi Covid-19 sehingga mengurangi jumlah pesanan dan berdampak pada jumlah konsumen. Penurunan jumlah kasus Covid-19 sejak 28 Februari 2022 diharapkan menjadi salah satu berita baik untuk meningkatkan pertumbuhan ekonomi khususnya wilayah Madiun di sektor kuliner (UMKM, kaki lima, café dan lainnya). Bisnis makanan ringan banyak beredar di Madiun dikarenakan program walikota untuk memperkuat ekonomi kerakyatan berbasis UMKM salah satu keripik singkong “Sugi”. Keripik Singkong “Sugi” adalah Industri UMKM keripik singkong yang tergolong baru dan belum terlalu memiliki pangsa pasar yang luas dan SDM yang minim hal ini merupakan salah satu permasalahan dalam penelitian ini sehingga diperlukan analisis manajemen risiko mengenai UMKM keripik singkong “Sugi”. Berdasarkan hasil penilaian yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan Analisis SWOT dan Matrik Risiko diperoleh aspek pemasaran yang membutuhkan rekomendasi perbaikan. Strategi untuk mengatasi permasalahan adalah memberikan sosialisasi kepada pelaku UMKM dalam pemanfaatan sosial media, pembuatan akun media

Abstract

Teachers and staff of the State Elementary School 01 Klegenserut, Jiwan District, Madiun Regency are required to be dynamic towards technological developments that are overgrowing so that their students can develop using available applications such as PowerPoint applications and Google Education. The use of the Microsoft PowerPoint application by using presentation slides and Google Education (Google Slides, Google Meet, and Google Drive) at the State Elementary School 01 Klegenserut, Jiwan District, Madiun Regency has not been optimal with the lack of ability of teachers and staff in presenting presentations using presentation media. This is from the Community Service Team providing training to these teachers and staff in addition to deepening the material for Microsoft PowerPoint and Google Education to provide skills in this application. This activity is carried out by preparing the material, ensuring the place and supporting facilities, explaining the theory about the material by direct practice, making student learning media and also this activity is carried out in the form of lectures, discussions, and questions and answers in the classroom which is attended by seven teachers and one teacher Administrative staff.

Abstract

Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat dengan mitra perangkat kelurahan Bendo Kecamatan Bendo Kabupaten Magetan bertujuan untuk meningkatkan informasi publik kepada masyarakat kelurahan Bendo yaitu pembuatan website kelurahan. Website bendo-magetan.id merupakan website hasil kegiatan Pengabdian Masyarakat dari tim Universitas PGRI Madiun yang beranggotakan gabungan dari program studi Sistem Informasi dan Informatika. Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini dimulai dengan tahapan pengumpulan serta analisis data, Analisa kebutuhan website, pembuatan website, pengisian konten, pelatihan admin atau operator website hingga pengelolaan manajemen website kelurahan. Melalui website kelurahan ini, pihak kelurahan dapat menyebarkan informasi seperti profil, visi misi, struktur organisasi, wilayah administrasi, informasi kelurahan, demografi, dan konten berita serta informasi lainnya. Dalam pelaksanaanya, kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini mengalami kendala diantaranya belum adanya tenaga administrasi atau staff khusus yang di tugaskan untuk mengelola website sehingga pengisian konten berita dan informasi kurang update, infrastruktur koneksi jaringan internet yang belum maksimal serta softskill dalam penulisan konten berita atau informasi di website. Diharapkan pihak terkait pemangku kebijakan yang ada di kelurahan bendo dapat mempersiapkan softskill perangkat kelurahan, sehingga kedepannya semua perangkat kelurahan Bendo dapat melakukan pengunggahan berita atau konten informasi di website kelurahan.

Abstract

The method using Dynamic System Development Method (DSDM) and UML for system design. From this study resulted in a proposed system analysis and design development system which can be developed into a complete system.

Abstract

Fast-developing technology has changed many work processes in various fields to digital, including the field of education. Currently various school information can be accessed easily with the existence of internet technology through the school website. With the existence of a school website, it can be used as a means of disseminating information, promotional media, and so on. MI Muhammadiyah Madiun City already has a school website, but the function of the website has not been optimized to help and facilitate school needs. Therefore, this training activity is needed to provide insight and training on using the school's website to be more optimal. The training participants were 12 teachers at MI Muhammadiyah Madiun City. From the results of the training, the participants were very enthusiastic about undergoing the training to be able to manage the school's website and promote their school through each teacher's social media.

Abstract

Advances in information technology have encouraged government agencies to implement electronic-based systems to improve the effectiveness, efficiency, and transparency of services. The Community and Village Empowerment Service of Magetan Regency uses the Presence and Performance Application System Si Apik application to record the attendance of State Civil Apparatus as part of the E-Government program. This study aims to evaluate the usability of the Si Apik application using the System Usability Scale method to measure the level of user satisfaction. The research approach involves descriptive qualitative and quantitative methods, with data collection through observation, SUS questionnaires, and semi-structured interviews. The results showed an average SUS score of 52.59, which is in the marginal category, with a grade D and an "OK" rating. This score indicates that the system still has technical constraints, such as network connections and application errors, which affect ease of use. Recommendations for improvement include optimizing features, increasing system stability, and providing clearer technical guidance. This study provides strategic input for the Community and Village Empowerment Service of Magetan Regency in improving the quality of Si Apik application services.

Abstract

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are an important sector in the Indonesian economy. However, many MSMEs face obstacles in accessing digital technology to improve competitiveness and innovation. With the development of the Smart City concept, which integrates technology to improve quality of life and access to public services, MSMEs in areas that adopt it have the opportunity to utilise digital technology. Madiun City, as part of the Smart City initiative, has great potential in developing an inclusive digital ecosystem for MSMEs. This research aims to formulate an effective website development model for MSMEs in Madiun City, to support product innovation and marketing and improve competitiveness in the digital market. The analysis shows that website development can improve MSME competitiveness and innovation, with benefits such as wider market access and integration with digital marketing technology. However, the main challenges faced are limited digital knowledge, development costs, and security threats. Therefore, support from the government and related institutions is needed to provide training and resources for sustainable website management.
