Abstract

ABSTRACTThe focus of this research is to develop a Digital Knowledge Repository service based on information technology that can be used as a media center for the management of Science and Knowledge produced from a university. The knowledge referred to in this research is all outputs resulting from the practice of Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi, namely scientific journals, final project reports, textbooks, research models or products, electronic books, multimedia files and other similar outputs. Knowledge will be displayed in the form of a digital catalog that can be accessed online. The method used in this research is a qualitative approach with case studies. Data collection is done through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation studies. The data obtained will be used as a basis for developing Digital Knowledge Repository services. This research resulted in a Digital Knowledge Repository platform. Besides being able to manage knowledge in the form of electronic documents, this application can also manage knowledge in the form of video, audio and images. The application of the self-service concept in this application makes it easier and faster for users to manage their accounts and knowledge.Keywords: Knowledge Repository, Information Technology, Digitalization.ABSTRAKFokus penelitian ini adalah mengembangkan sebuah layanan Digital Knowledge Repository berbasis teknologi informasi yang dapat digunakan sebagi media pusat pengelolaan Ilmu dan Pengetahuan yang dihasilkan dari sebuah perguruan tinggi. Yang dimaksud dengan knowledge pada penelitian ini adalah semua luaran yang dihasilkan dari pengamalan tri dharma perguruan tinggi antara lain jurnal ilmiah, laporan hasil tugas akhir, buku ajar, model atau produk hasil penelitian, buku elektronik, file multimedia serta luaran sejenis lainnya. Knowledge yang ada akan ditampilkan dalam bentuk katalog digital yang dapat diakses secara online. Selain itu katalog yang ditampilkan dapat dikelompokan sesuai dengan atribut data yang dimiliki, seperti penulis atau kontributor knowledge, tahun luaran, kategori, jurusan, penerbit, serta data atribut sejenis lainnya. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan studi kasus. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Data yang didapat akan digunakan sebagai landasan dalam mengembangkan layanan Digital Knowledge Repository. Penelitian ini menghasilkan sebuah platform Digital Knowledge Repository. Selain dapat mengelola knowledge dalam bentuk elektronik dokumen, aplikasi ini juga dapat mengelola knowlege dalam bentuk video, audio maupun gambar. Penerapan konsep self-service pada aplikasi ini, membuat pengguna lebih mudah dan cepat dalam mengelola akun serta knowledge yang dimiliiki.Kata Kunci : Repositori Pengetahuan, Teknologi Informasi, Digitalisasi.

Abstract

In the lens of technology used in classroom instruction, the 360-video virtual reality begins to use in the education field. This study aimed to identify the Indonesian language students in the higher education level perceptions of the use of SVVR (Spherical Virtual-based Video Reality) which was operated through the smartphone. The performance expectancy (PE) and effort expectancy (EE) in the UTAUT theory was employed to assess the data. There were 131 sophomores who learn the Indonesian language in the tourism department in the State Polytechnic of Bali involved to provide specific arguments through the questionnaire. The result of the study explained that learners in the Polytechnic education system were keen to engage SVVR (Spherical Virtual-Video Based Reality) during the teaching and learning process. Additionally, this learning medium elevated students’ urge significantly in learning the Indonesian language. Subsequently, the SVVR will be a promising tool employed by the lecturer who teaches the learners in the applied education system. These learning materials ought to be explored and developed more systematically by lecturers in underpinning students’ demand for knowledge and materials understanding in vocational education.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe focus of this research is to apply E-Government in Traditional Village of Denpasar through the development and implementation of the Traditional Village Information System (SIDAT). This traditional village information system is a website-based information system designed to make it easier for traditional village administrators to manage and verify data on their villagers. In addition to verifying data, data collection regarding the status of these residents will also be carried out, whether they are Krama Wed (indigenous Hindus), Krama Tamiu (Hindu immigrants), or Tamiu (non-Hindu immigrants).The method used in this research is a qualitative approach with case studies. Data was collected through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation studies. The data obtained will be used as a basis in developing the Traditional Village Information System service.This research resulted in a Traditional Village Information System platform. Selain untuk melakukan verifikasi data, juga akan dilakukan pendataan terkait status dari warga tersebut, apakah berstatus sebagai krama wed (warga asli yang beragama Hindu), krama tamiu (pendatang yang beragama Hindu), atau tamiu (pendatang non-Hindu). Status dari warga ini nantinya berkaitan dengan hak dan kewajiban yang melekat sebagai krama desa adat. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan studi kasus. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Data yang didapat akan digunakan sebagai landasan dalam mengembangkan layanan Sistem Informasi Desa Adat. Penelitian ini menghasilkan sebuah platform Sistem Informasi Desa Adat. Selain memiliki fitur mengelola serta verifikasi data, sistem informasi desa adat ini juga memiliki fitur untuk menghasilkan informasi baik dalam bentuk grafik maupun ringkasan data yang mempermudah pengurus desa adat dalam melihat kondisi nyata krama adatnya.Kata Kunci : Desa Adat, Teknologi Informasi, E-Government.

Abstract

Fokus penelitian ini adalah melakukan digitalisasi proses pelaporan kinerja program studi melalui pengembangan dan implementasi Sistem Inofrmasi Laporan Kinerja Program Studi (SI LKPS). Sistem informasi ini merupakan suatu sistem informasi berbasis website yang dirancang untuk mempermudah perguruan tinggi memantau kinerja program studi. Sistem ini didasarkan pada instrumen sembilan kriteria yang telah disusun oleh Kementerian Riset, Teknologi, dan Pendidikan Tinggi (Kemenristekdikti). Sistem ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan efektivitas dan efisiensi pengumpulan, pengolahan, dan analisis data laporan kinerja program studi. Selain itu, dengan adanya sistem ini, perguruan tinggi dapat dengan mudah mengetahui aspek-aspek mana yang perlu ditingkatkan dan dilakukan perbaikan. Penerapan sistem ini juga dapat memudahkan perguruan tinggi dalam melakukan akreditasi program studi, dimana data yang terkumpul dari sistem dapat digunakan sebagai bukti kinerja program studi yang telah dicapai dan menjadi acuan dalam proses akreditasi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan studi kasus. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Data yang didapat akan digunakan sebagai landasan dalam mengembangkan layanan SI LKPS.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate and develop a mobile tax accounting dictionary that functions as a self-learning tool for improving speaking competence through project-based learning. The dictionary was created based on the ADDIE Model (analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation). The application was developed utilizing the Waterfall approach, PHP programming language, and the SLIM framework. The application covered a wide range of tax accounting terms with bilingual sample sentences, learning materials focusing on grammatical constructions utilized in business meeting presentations, an evaluation section featuring vocabulary placement tests, and exercises at varying difficulty levels. During the implementation phase, a quasi-experimental approach was employed using a pretest-posttest control group design with 52 participants from the Accounting Taxation Study Program. To evaluate the impact of the dictionary application on student learning achievement, the speaking scores of the students were analyzed using the Kolmogorov-Smirnov test and the SPSS Statistics 25 program. The data analysis, specifically the independent Samples Test output table, revealed a significant difference (Sig value 0.05) between the results of the control and treatment classes. Consequently, the self-learning Taxation Accounting Dictionary application produced in this study was an excellent aid for boosting students"™ speaking skills, as evidenced by improved performance after using the application.

Abstract

The decentralized finance (DeFi) and blockchain environment encounters substantial security threats, particularly complex and expensive fraudulent activities. Conventional detection methods frequently prove insufficient when dealing with enormous transaction volumes and datasets characterized by unbalanced class distributions. This research seeks to examine and evaluate the effectiveness of three widely used machine learning techniques Logistic Regression, Random Forest, and XGBoost in identifying fraudulent activities within blockchain transactions. The investigation utilized an Ethereum transaction dataset sourced from Kaggle, where the imbalanced data distribution was addressed through the application of SMOTE methodology. Performance assessment was carried out using precision, recall, F1-score, and ROC-AUC measurements on testing data. The findings demonstrate XGBoost's superiority among the algorithms, delivering an accuracy rate of 99.46%, precision of 99.69%, recall of 97.86%, and ROC-AUC score of 99.97%, while maintaining minimal false positive occurrences (only 1 instance). These results exceeded those achieved by both Random Forest and Logistic Regression models, demonstrating that gradient boosting methodologies excel at detecting intricate fraudulent behaviors. The study's outcomes offer significant contributions toward creating resilient and autonomous fraud detection frameworks.
