Abstract

Face detection is mostly applied in RGB images. The object detection usually applied the Deep Learning method for model creation. One method face spoofing is by using a thermal camera. The famous object detection methods are Yolo, Fast RCNN, Faster RCNN, SSD, and Mask RCNN. We proposed a segmentation Mask RCNN method to create a face model from thermal images. This model was able to locate the face area in images. The dataset was established using 1600 images. The images were created from direct capturing and collecting from the online dataset. The Mask RCNN was configured to train with 5 epochs and 131 iterations. The final model predicted and located the face correctly using the test image.

Abstract

Nagari Digital adalah konsep yang diajukan guna merealisasikan Peraturan Presiden Nomor 95 Tahun 2018 tentang Sistem Pemerintahan Berbasis Elektronik (SPBE) dan  Peraturan Menteri Pendayagunaan Aparatur Negara dan Reformasi Birokrasi No. 5 Tahun 2018 Tentang Pedoman Evaluasi SPBE yaitu upaya untuk membantu pemerintah dalam  mewujudkan pemerintah berbasis elektronik di Indonesia yang terpadu dan menyeluruh untuk mencapai birokrasi dan pelayanan publik yang berkinerja tinggi. Nagari digital adalah layanan yang diberikan kepada pemenrintah terendah (Nagari/Desa) berupa Website resmi Nagari, Sistem Informasi Nagari serta Toko Online Nagari. Dengan penerapan konsep Nagari Digital di Nagari  Tanjuang Bonai Aur Kab. Sijunjung dapat membantu kinerja pemerintah nagari dalam memberikan layanan kepada masyarakat, menginformasikan aktifitas nagari ke publik melalui website serta pelaku UMKM dapat memasarkan produknya melalui toko online milik nagari.

Abstract

This research uses a quantitative descriptive method approach. Data collection in this research used observation and questionnaires. The population in this research is consumers who have purchased a Honda Scoopy motorbike at the Kolaka Honda Motorcycle Dealer. The sample in this study amounted to 130 people. The data analysis techniques used in this research are validity testing, reliability testing, classical assumption testing and multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS program. Based on the research results, it is known that (1) There is an insignificant influence between lifestyle on interest in buying a Honda Scoopy motorbike at the Kolaka Motorcycle Sales Dealer; (2) There is an insignificant influence between innovative product design on interest in purchasing Honda Scoopy motorbikes at Kolaka Motorcycle Sales Dealers; (3) There is a positive and significant influence between price perception on interest in buying a Honda Scoopy motorbike at the Kolaka Sales Motorcycle Dealer; and (4) There is a significant influence between lifestyle, innovative product design and price perception on interest in purchasing a Honda Scoopy motorbike at the Kolaka Sales Motorcycle Dealer.
