This study aims to determine: (1) The Effect of Halal Labeling on Consumer Purchase Decisions on Ms Glow Products in Kolaka Regency and (2) The Effect of Brand Image on Consumer Purchase Decisions on Ms Glow Products in Kolaka Regency. This research is a quantitative research using an explanatory research model using a questionnaire as an instrument. The population in this study were respondents who had bought or used Ms glow products and respondents who used Ms glow products with a total sample of 120 respondents using a purposive sampling technique. Data collection techniques are primary data and secondary data. Testing the research instrument used the validity test and reliability test with SPSS 25. The research data analysis technique used the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM-PLS) method with SmartPLS 3.0. Based on the research results, it is known that Halal Labeling has a positive and significant effect on Purchase Decisions. This is evidenced by the t-count or t-statistic, which is 2.234, which is higher than the t-table value, which is> 1.657. With p-values of 0.027. Meanwhile, brand image also has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions because the t-count or t-statistic value is 8.123 which is higher than the t-table value, which is > 1.657. With P-values of 0.000. Then Halal Labeling and Brand Image have a positive and significant effect on Purchase Decision of 80.0%.

This study aims to determine: (1) The effect of Quality of Work Life on commitment to female lecturers at USN Kolaka. (2) The effect of Quality of Work Life on job satisfaction of USN Kolaka female lecturers. (3) The effect of organizational culture moderates the effect of Quality of Work Life on the commitment of USN Kolaka female lecturers. (4) The effect of organizational culture moderates the Quality of Work life on job satisfaction of USN Kolaka female lecturers. This study used a quantitative method. The data collection was observation, documentation, and questionnaires. The population of this study were all female lecturers at USN Kolaka, totaling 109 female lecturers. The sample of this study was 109 female lecturers. The instrument used were validity and reliability tests with SPSS 25.0. The data analysis technique used in this study was the measurement model test (outer model) and the structural model test (inner model) with Smart PLS 4.0. The results of the study show that there it is a positive and significant influence between the Quality of Work Life variable on commitment as shown by the P-Value of 0.000. Like wise, the variable Quality of Work Life has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction as indikated by the P-Value of 0.019. Where as the moderation, organizational culture does not moderate Quality of Work Life towords commitment, this is indicated by the t-statistic value showing a value of 0.882 with a P-Value of 0.220. Furthermore, the moderation of organizational culture does not moderate Quality of Work Life on job satisfaction, this is indicated by the t-statistic value showing a value of 0.774 with a P-Value of 0.189.

This Research Aims To Know: (1) The Effect of Safety Climate on Safety Performance at PT PLN (Persero) ULPLTD Kolaka. (2) The Effect of Perceived Supervisor Safety on Safety Performance at PT PLN (Persero) ULPLTD Kolaka. This study used a quantitative method approach, collecting data in this study using observation, documentation and questionnaires. The population in this study are employees who work at PT PLN (Persero) ULPLTD Kolaka. While the sample in this study amounted to 51 people. Testing research instruments using validity and reliability tests with SPSS 25.0. The data analysis technique used in this study is to test the measurement model (outer model) and test the structural model (inner model) with smart PLS 4.0. Based on the research results, it is known that there is a positive and significant influence between the safety climate variables on safety performance. What is shown is the statistical value of 2.741, the original sample value is 0.548 and the P-value is 0.006. for the perceived supervisor safety variable has a positive and insignificant effect on safety performance showing a statistical value of 0.944, the original sample value is 0.191 and the P-value is 0.345.

This study aims to find out: The Effect of Leadership Managerial Ability and Innovative Behavior on Employee Performance at the Tourism and Creative Economy Office of East Kolaka Regency. This research uses an approach with quantitative methods. Data collection in this study used observation, documentation and questionnaires. The population in this study is all employees of the Koltim Tourism and Creative Economy Office. While the sample of this study amounted to 34 employees by determining samples using census techniques. Testing research instruments using validity and reliability tests with SPSS 25.0. The data analysis technique used in this study is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based on Partial Least Square (PLS) through measurement model test (outer model) and structural model testing (inner model) with Smart-PLS 4.0. Based on the results of the study, it is known that the variable of Managerial Ability of Leaders has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance which is indicated by a P-Value value of 0.011. As well as the variable Innovative Behavior has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance, this is indicated by a P-Value value of 0.000.

This study aims to determine: (1) the effect of Promotion on Visiting Intensions at Sarlinda Cafe. (2) the effect Electronic Word of Mouth on Visiting Intensions at Sarlinda Cafe. This research is an Explanatory Research Model with a quantitative approach. Collecting data using observation, documentation, and questionnaires. The population in this study are people who have visited Sarlinda Cafe, which is 90 respondents using a purposive sampling technique, namely the technique of determining certain criteria. Testing research instruments using validity and reliability tests with SPSS 25.0. The data analysis technique used in this study is structural equation modeling (SEM) based on Partial least Squares (PLS) using the Smart-PLS 4.0 application. Based on the results of the study it is known that there is positive and significant influence between the Promotion variables on Visiting Intensions, as well as the Electronic Word of Mouth variable which has a positive and significant influence on Visiting Intensions.

This research aims to determine: (1) The influence of consumer trust on decisions to purchase beauty products (Case Study of Wardah Products at the Alke Cosmetic Store in Kolaka Regency) and (2) The Influence of Product Knowledge on Decisions to Purchase Beauty Products (Case Study of Wardah Products at the Alke Store Cosmetics in Kolaka Regency). This research is quantitative research with an explanatory research model using a questionnaire as the instrument. The population in this study were all Muslim female consumers using Wardah in Kab. Kolaka with a sample size of 120 respondents using observation, documentation and questionnaire techniques. Data collection techniques are primary data and secondary data. Research instrument testing uses validity and reliability tests with SPSS 25. Research data analysis techniques use the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM-PLS) method with SmartPLS 3.0. Based on the research results, it is known that consumer trust has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. This is proven by the t-count or t-statistic which is 2.664 which is higher than the t-table value > 1.657. With P-values 0.009. Meanwhile, Product Knowledge also has a positive and significant effect on Consumer Purchasing Decisions because the t-count or t-statistic value is 4.797 which is higher than the t-table value >1.657 with P-values of 0.000. So Consumer Trust and Product Knowledge have a positive and significant effect on Purchasing Decisions by 92.7%.

This study aims to determine: the level of success of the financial performance of PT Weha Transportatio Indonesia Tbk. During and After the Covid-19 Pandemic in 2020, 2021 and 2022. Judging from the analysis of financial ratios. This research uses quantitative methods with a descriptive approach. The data collection technique used in this research is library research. The population of this study are all financial statements of PT Weha Transportation Indonesia Tbk. 2020, 2021 and 2022. While the sample of financial statements in the form of balance sheets and income statements from 2020, 2021, 2022. The data analysis method used in this research is descriptive quantitative and financial ratio testing which includes liquidity ratios, solvency ratios, profitability ratios, and activity ratios. The results showed that the financial performance of the company PT Weha Transportation indonesia Tbk. Experienced a decline in 2020, namely when the Covid-19 pandemic occurred, and the financial performance of transportation companies before Covid-19 was better than during the Covid-19 pandemic. And experienced an increase after Covid-19.

This study aims to determine: (1) The effect of soft skills on the performance of PT. Ziola Kolaka's mobile phone sales. (2) The Influence of Incentives on PT. Ziola Kolaka's cellphone sales performance. This research uses a quantitative approach. Collecting data in this study using documentation and distributing questionnaires. The population of this research is all mobile phone sales who work at PT. Ziola Kolaka. While the sample of this study amounted to 30 people. Testing research instruments using validity and reliability tests with SPSS 25.0. The data analysis technique used in this study is the measurement model test (outer model) and the structural model test (inner model) with Smart PLS 4.0. Based on the results of the study it is known that soft skills have a positive and significant influence on mobile phone sales performance. and incentives also have a positive and significant effect on mobile phone sales performance.

This study aims to determine (1) the influnce of Benevolen Leadership on Innovation Capability at Dewi Sartika Kendari General Hospital. (2) the influence of Organizational Culture on Innovation Capability. This researh uses a quantitative method approach. Data collection in this research used study interviews, literature study, and distributing questionnaires. The population of this study were all nurses at Dewi Sartika Kendari General Hospital, while the sample of this study was 90 people. The research instruments using validity and reliability testswith SPSS 25.0. The data analysis technique used in this study is the measurement model test (outer model) and the structural model testing (inner model) with Smart PLS 3.0. Based on the research results, it is known that there is a positive and significant influence between the Benevolen Leadership variable on Innovation Capability as shown by the average value of 3.426 with a P- Volne of 0.001. Meanwhile, the organizational culture variable has a positive and significant effect on innovation capability as indicated by a tattoo value of 2.254 with a P valueof 0.025.

This study aims to: (1) Examine the effect of brand image on the intention to purchase Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Kolaka products. (2) Assess the impact of religiosity on the intention to purchase Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Kolaka products. The research uses an explanatory quantitative approach, including data collection through observation, documentation, and questionnaires. The study covers all residents of Kolaka Regency, with a sample size of 130 respondents selected through purposive sampling. Validity and reliability of research instruments were ensured using SPSS 25.0. Data analysis employed Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based on Partial Least Square (PLS), with Smart PLS 4.0 used to test the measurement model and the structural model. The findings highlight a positive and significant influence of brand image on product intention, along with a similar positive and significant impact of religiosity on product inclination.
