Abstract

Kegiatan pelatihan kewirausahaan ini diperuntukkan bagi masyarakat Desa Tirawuta, Kabupaten Kolaka Timur. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah menumbuhkan minat kewirausahaan masyarakat Desa Tirawuta melalui pelatihan kewirausahaan dengan memberikan pengetahuan serta keterampilan berwirausaha dengan penyampaian ceramah dan diskusi. Materi disampaikan oleh Dosen Fakultas Ilmu Sosial dan Ilmu Politik program studi manajemen Universitas Sembilanbelas November Kolaka. Hasil dari kegiatan ini peserta memahami materi yang disampaikan dengan jelas, peserta dapat mengikuti pelatihan dengan baik mengenai kewirausahaan, kemudian juga bahwa peserta ingin langsung terjun di dunia usaha dengan memanfaatkan keunggulan komoditas setempat dan ingin membuat tempat wisata berbasis potensi daerah di Desa Tirawuta.

Abstract

This study aims to find out: (1)Effect Of Emotional Intelligence on Organisational Culture On The Nurse Nurse Performance(Study on Emergency on nurse performance (Study on emergency room and Intensive Care nurse of Benyamin Guluh hospital/kolaka SMS Berjaya BLUD). (2) Effect of Organizational Culture on Nurse Performance (Study on Emergency room and Intensive Care Unit nurses of Benyamin Guluh Hospital/Kolaka SMS Berjaya BLUD). This study uses an approach with quantitative methods.Data collection in this study through observation, literature study and questionnaires. The population of this study ware all emergency room and intensive care unit nurses at Benyamin Guluh Hospital/Kolaka SMS Berjaya BLUD. While the sampel of this study amounted to 30 nurses with the determination of the sample using purpositive sampling with hair formula. Testing of research instruments using validity tests and reliability tests with SPSS 25.0. The data analysis technique used in this research is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based on Partial Least Square (PLS) through measurement model test (outer model) and structural model testing (inner model) with Smart PLS 3.0.Based on the results of the study, it is known that the Emotional Intelligence variable has a positive and significant effect on Nurse Performance as indicated by the P-Values value of 0.005.And the Organizational Culture variable also has a positive and significant effect on Nurse Performance, this is indicated by the P-Values value of 0.037.

Abstract

This study seeks to investigate the relationship between discounts and product display in influencing impulsive buying among customers at Indomaret in Huko-Huko Village. The study encompassed all customers of Indomaret in Huko-Huko Village, with a sample of 110 respondents chosen using purposive sampling. The research data was analyzed using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM-PLS) method. The results of the study indicate that discounts have a positive and statistically significant impact on impulsive buying, and product display also has a positive and significant influence on impulsive purchases

Abstract

Every organization, including government agencies, aims to provide optimal services and compete effectively. This research aims to investigate, identify, and analyze the implementation of the SIMTANAS policy in Bone Regency using a descriptive method and a qualitative approach. Data was collected through observation, unstructured interviews, and a review of relevant literature and documents. Informants included the Head of the Bone Regency Land Office, SIMTANAS implementation staff, the project coordinator for land digitalization, and Bone Regency residents using SIMTANAS services, such as farmer groups and local communities involved in land use. Data analysis was conducted using the Interactive Model Analysis technique. The results indicate that the implementation of SIMTANAS in Bone Regency is influenced by six main factors: policy standards, resources, inter-organizational communication, implementer characteristics, social, economic, and political conditions, and the disposition of the implementers.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berfokus untuk mengeksplorasi dampak pemasaran pengalaman dan ekuitas merek terhadap loyalitas pelanggan terhadap sepeda motor merek Yamaha di dealer Hasjrat Abadi Cabang Kolaka. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian mencakup seluruh pelanggan yang pernah melakukan pembelian sepeda motor merek Yamaha di dealer Hasjrat Abadi Cabang Kolaka. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang diterapkan adalah purposive sampling, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 140 orang. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling berbasis varian Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemasaran pengalaman berdampak secara positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan terhadap sepeda motor merek Yamaha di dealer Hasjrat Abadi Cabang Kolaka. Hal ini terbukti dengan nilai estimasi sampel asli yang menunjukkan pengaruh positif sebesar 0.353. Selain itu, ekuitas merek juga memiliki dampak yang positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan terhadap sepeda motor merek Yamaha di dealer Hasjrat Abadi Cabang Kolaka. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan nilai t-statistik sebesar 2.801 164, dengan taraf signifikansi p-value 0,003 0,05 untuk pemasaran pengalaman, dan nilai estimasi sampel asli yang menunjukkan pengaruh positif sebesar 0.429. Hal ini juga didukung oleh nilai t-statistik sebesar 4.165 164, dengan taraf signifikansi p-value 0,000 0,05 untuk ekuitas merek.

Abstract

This paper elucidates the implementation of the Balanced Scorecard in performance measurement at the Type B Customs and Excise Operations Base in Batam. The research aims to comprehend the application of organizational performance management through the Balanced Scorecard method at this facility, considering four perspectives: customer perspective, stakeholder perspective, learning & growth perspective, and internal processes. These perspectives culminate in the final result manifested as organizational performance value. The methodology employed in this academic study is a qualitative descriptive method, grounded in facts and data acquired from literature reviews, interviews, and observations. The findings of this research indicate that the organizational performance value attained by the Type B Customs and Excise Operations Base in Batam for the fiscal year 2022 exhibits commendable indicators, albeit suggesting the need for improvement in the customer perspective.

Abstract

The advancement or decline of an organization is fundamentally intertwined with the accomplishments of its workforce. Hence, each company consistently endeavors to enhance employee performance, either through the implementation of specific leadership techniques or the observation of organizational citizenship behavior displayed by its workforce. Therefore, this study seeks to delve deeper into the influence and interplay between variables related to leadership style and Organizational Citizenship Behavior in relation to employee performance at Bank Sahabat Sampoerna's Kolaka Branch. This research encompasses all employees at Bank Sahabat Sampoerna's Kolaka Branch, encompassing the entire population and adopting a saturated sampling methodology. Data analysis was conducted using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM-PLS) approach. The results of this investigation confirm the impact that the utilized leadership style and employee organizational citizenship behavior have on employee performance.

Abstract

The rapid growth of the banking industry has resulted in fierce competition among banks. Therefore, an effective banking strategy is crucial to compete successfully with other banks. This strategy should not only focus on banking development but also on achieving consumer or customer satisfaction. The core focus of this research is to examine the relationship between customer satisfaction, service quality, and product quality in the context of credit selection at Bank BPD Sultra Kolaka Unit. This research is a quantitative approach. The sampling technique employed in this study is nonprobability sampling, specifically incidental sampling. Data collection was conducted through a survey using both face-to-face and online questionnaires. In this quantitative research, the PLS-SEM software was used for the analysis of data. The research results demonstrate that both hypotheses are supported. Specifically, there is a significant positive relationship between customer satisfaction and service quality, as well as a positive significant relationship between customer satisfaction and product quality. Keywords: customer satisfaction, product quality, service quality, credit, BPD Bank. Pertumbuhan pesat industri perbankan telah menyebabkan persaingan ketat di antara bank-bank. Oleh karena itu, strategi perbankan yang efektif sangat penting untuk bersaing dengan sukses dengan bank-bank lainnya. Strategi ini tidak hanya harus berfokus pada pengembangan perbankan tetapi juga pada pencapaian kepuasan konsumen atau pelanggan. Fokus utama dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji hubungan antara kepuasan konsumen, kualitas layanan, dan kualitas produk dalam konteks pemilihan kredit di Bank BPD Sultra Unit Kolaka. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah nonprobability sampling, khususnya incidental sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui survei menggunakan kuesioner tatap muka dan daring. Dalam penelitian kuantitatif ini, digunakan perangkat lunak PLS-SEM untuk analisis data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kedua hipotesis didukung. Secara khusus, terdapat hubungan positif yang signifikan antara kepuasan konsumen dan kualitas layanan, serta hubungan positif yang signifikan antara kepuasan konsumen dan kualitas produk. Kata Kunci: kepuasan konsumen, kualitas produk, kualitas pelayanan, kredit, Bank BPD.
