Abstract

Down syndrome, also known as trisomy genetic condition, is a genetic disorder that affects many people. Williams syndrome is a hereditary disorder that can affect anyone at birth. It marks medical and cognitive issues, such as cardiovascular illness, developmental delays, and learning impairments. This is accompanied by exceptional verbal abilities, a gregarious attitude, and a passion for music. Down syndrome and William Syndrome are both genetic illnesses. However, it can be distinguished from the arrangement of chromosome 21. Down syndrome and William syndrome can also be identified by recognizing faces, or facial characteristics, such as observing particular facial features. Therefore, this research develops Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) architectures to recognize Down syndrome and William syndrome using a facial recognition approach. A total of 480 facial photos were used in the study, with 390 images used for training data and 90 images used for testing data. The identification class is divided into three categories, Down syndrome, William syndrome, and normal. There are 160 photos in each patient class. This research presents two CNN architectures using a grayscale image of 256×256 pixels. The first CNN architecture comprises 12 layers, while the second comprises 15 layers. The average accuracy results with 12 layers were 91% by attempting to train and test six times. With 15 layers, the average accuracy value is 89%. In comparison, the first architecture has the highest accuracy value.

Abstract

People nowadays rely on social media, which has become a necessity in their everyday lives. With 13 % of internet users, Instagram is currently the largest social network. This is an opportunity for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprise (MSME) owners who target Instagram users as their market. This paper analyses the performance of Instagram in selling MSME fashion products, especially thrift shops. Based on the data, followers, likes, and comments do not influence the item's sale. The research finds some factors that can increase the sale of goods on Instagram, such as ads, paid promotions, endorsements, events, and giveaways. Furthermore, The results deliver strategies to improve sales through the Instagram platform

Abstract

Perencanaan merupakan suatu kegiatan yang harus dikuasai untuk membantu menyelesaikan aktivitas sehari-hari. Juga suatu instansi atau lembaga yang mempunyai tujuan penting yang harus dicapai secara rutin dan tekun. Begitu pentingnya waktu ini agar kegiatan dapat terlaksana sesuai rencana. Terlepas dari pentingnya penjadwalan ini, pembuatan jadwal ini merupakan proses yang sulit karena proses ini memerlukan banyak ketelitian dan waktu agar tidak terjadi tumpang tindih antar kegiatan. fase melarikan diri. Setiap tugas akhir harus mempunyai tahapan pengujian tugas akhir tersebut untuk memperoleh kelayakan memperoleh gelar sarjana. Optimasi secara umum adalah pencarian nilai terbaik dari beberapa fungsi berdasarkan konteksnya. “Optimal” dapat dikatakan berarti memilih unsur terbaik dari beberapa alternatif kalimat yang ada. Secara sederhana, ini dapat diartikan sebagai penyelesaian suatu masalah dengan meminimalkan atau memaksimalkan suatu fungsi dengan memilih secara sistematis nilai bilangan bulat atau variabel nyata dari yang diperbolehkan. Penerapan algoritma genetika menghasilkan penjadwalan yang baik ditinjau dari algoritma fuzzy mamdani dan sugeno, kedua fuzzy tersebut menyatakan bahwa hasil penjadwalan yang dibuat oleh algoritma genetika adalah baik, dengan mengikuti aturan yang ada, dengan menyatakan nilai keberhasilan jadwalnya ada pada nomor 8 dan 7 yang dibulatkan berurutan dari fuzzy mamdani dan sugeno.
