Abstract

MSMEs have an important role to national development, so it needs to get the attention of government and society. This study aims to assesses the effect of government policy and the involvement of stakeholders (educational institutions, financial institutions, cooperatives, business associations, and NGOs) on the performance of MSMEs. This study uses a quantitative method, regression and correlation analysis. Results show that the government has paid special attention to MSMEs through Law No. 20 of 2008, as well as through the Cooperative and MSMEs service office. Involvement of stakeholders in training, coaching, mentoring, funding, and partnerships have played an important role in improving MSMEs performance. MSMEs hope that the government would amend laws and regulations, such as low taxes, simple bureaucracy and easy administrative procedures, would also assist their competitiveness. MSMEs also needs the sustainable involvement of stakeholders for their empowerment.

Abstract

Penelitian pengembangan model klasifikasi lahan sawah berbasis citra penginderaan jauh Landsat bertujuan untuk memperoleh model klasifikasi lahan sawah secara cepat. Penelitian ini menggunakan input citra Landsat (p/r 122064) multiwaktu tahun 2017, informasi spasial lahan baku sawah 2017 skala detil (BIG) dan data hasil suvei lapangan. Penelitian dilaksanakan di salahsatu sentra produksi beras Jawa Barat yaitu di Kabupaten Subang. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode threshold (ambang batas) terhadap indek citra Landsat multiwaktu. Sebagai referensi digunakan informasi spasial lahan sawah skala detil yang dilengkapi dengan data hasil survei lapangan menggunakan drone. Pertama dilakukan koreksi atmosfer terhadap citra Landsat, kemudian dilakukan ekstrak/konversi ke beberapa indek (EVI, NDWI, NDBI). Untuk citra-citra yang berawan maka indeksnya diisi dengan teknik interpolasi dari nilai indek sebelum dan setelahnya. Tahap berikutnya adalah smoothing indek dan analisis statistik untuk memperoleh nilai minimum, maksimum, mean, median, range, EVI_tanam, EVI_panen, mean_tanam-panen, mean_veg, mean_generatif, NDWI_tanam, NDWI_panen, NDBI_tanam dan NDBI_panen. Akurasi klasifikasi dihitung dengan teknik confusion matrix (matrik kesalahan) menggunakan referensi informasi spasial skala detil. Berdasarkan analisis dan uji akurasi yang telah dilakukan terhadap beberapa model, akurasi yang paling tinggi dihasilkan oleh model ambang batas tiga indek (EVI_min, EVI, Max, EVI_range) dengan akurasi 90,4% dan nilai kappa 0,80.

Abstract

Abstract— Inventory management is vital in supply chain performance of a firm.  The inventory turnover ratio measures the number of times a company sells its inventory during the year. This study aims to determine the factors that directly affect the intention of turnover of lecturer’s with the dimensions of work-life balance, job satisfaction, work engagement, and organizational commitment. The research design is used a quantitative approach, survey method, stratified random sampling, with path analysis model. The results of the study indicate that work-life balance has a direct effect on job satisfaction, job satisfaction has a direct effect on work engagement, and job satisfaction through work engagement has an effect on organizational commitment. Job satisfaction through organizational commitment has an effect on turnover intention. This study is in accordance with the results of previous studies but with different indicators. Lecturers as a social human with collectivism culture as Indonesia needs policies in managing them without ignoring what they need in work, family, and personal in a global era, AEC, ICT, regulation changes, and competitiveness.

Abstract

Profit is one of business successful indicators of an enterprise. The enterprise profit was affected by managerial capability of a businessman. This research aimed at revealing businessman potency and the effect of the managerial capability on profitability of shoe maker at Kecamatan Ciomas Kabupaten Bogor. The research method applied qualitative descriptive and correlation analyses. The research result concluded that shoe maker at Kecamatan Ciomas Kabupaten Bogor owned a potency to be developed based on natural, human, and technology resources as well as public acquisition and geographically as tourism area. In addition, the shoe maker owned a good managerial capability (human resource, financial, marketing, and operational managements). The managerial capability affected on profitability of shoe makers at Kecamatan Ciomas Kabupaten Bogor.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui promosi dan pelayanan jasa, serta mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh promosi dan pelayanan jasa terhadap tingkat hunian pada Grand Jaya Raya Resort and Convention Hotel. Metode penelitian adalah diskriptif kualitatif.Data dikumpulkan melalui penelitian pustaka dan penelitian lapang, yaitu wawancara dan observasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa promosi pada Grand Jaya Raya Resort and Convention Hotel menggunakan periklanan, hubungan masyarakat, sales promotion, dan pelayanan jasa, yaitu dengan penyediaan telepon, transportasi dalam kawasan hotel, fasilitas kolam renang, olahraga, karaoke, dan fasilitas-fasilitas lainnya. Hasil olah data menunjukkan terdapat hubungan dan pengaruh antara promosi dan pelayanan jasa terhadap tingkat hunian secara parsial dan simultan.

Abstract

Peranan strategis usaha mikro kecil dan menengah masih terkendala lemahnya daya saing produk dan permodalan serta kurangnya manajemen antara stakeholder dengan para pelaku usaha yang saat ini masing-masing stakeholder UMKM masih berjalan terpisah. Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini ialah untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh keterlibatan stakeholder (lembaga pendidikan, lembaga keuangan, koperasi, dan asosiasi usaha) terhadap kinerja UMKM. Sampel penelitian yaitu 100 UMKM di Kota Bogor dengan klasifikasi 62 pengurus UMKM di bidang kuliner, 21 di bidang fashion, dan 17 di bidang kerajinan dengan menggunakan Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling. Metode yang digunakan ialah metode deskriptif, pendekatan kuantitatif, dan metode verifikatif. Data dianalisis dengan analisis regresi linear berganda, korelasi berganda, dan koefisien determinasi. Simpulan berdasarkan hasil penelitian ialah adanya pengaruh signifikan antara keterlibatan stakeholder (lembaga pendidikan, lembaga keuangan, koperasi, dan asosiasi usaha) terhadap kinerja UMKM. Peranan dari masing-masing stakeholder sangat diperlukan demi meningkatkan kemajuan UMKM dan dukungan dari pihak-pihak terkait akan membantu memajukan usaha terutama usaha mikro dan kecil.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilaksanakan untuk menguji pengaruh stres kerja dan kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Han Ul Jaya Garment. Penelitian ini termasuk dalam penelitian yang bersifat verifikatif dan deskriptif. Teknik dalam pengumpulan data adalah penyebaran kuesioner tertutup kepada karyawan PT. HJG (Han Ul Jaya Garment) dengan jumlah sampel yang digunakan yaitu 79 karyawan. Hasil penelitian stres kerja dan kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan nyata terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. HJG (Han Ul Jaya Garment). Stres kerja berpengaruh negatif dan nyata terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan nyata terhadap kinerja karyawan. Untuk penelitian selanjutnya dapat mengkaji lebih lanjut mengenai faktor-faktor yang dapat meningkatkan kinerja karyawan selain stres kerja dan kenemimpinan diantaranya lingkungan kerja, budaya organisasi, pendidikan dan pelatihan, dan lain-lain.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bermaksud memverifikasi pengaruh faktor-faktor kepuasan kerja terhadap komitmen organisasi pada MTs dan SMK Terpadu YAPISA Megamendung Kabupaten Bogor. Penelitian ini digolongkan pada penelitian yang bersifat verifikatif serta deskriptif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui cara menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 47 guru pada MTs dan SMK Terpadu YAPISA Megamendung-Kabupaten Bogor. Data primer dan sekunder adalah data yang dipakai pada penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian faktor-faktor kepuasan kerja secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan serta positif terhadap komitmen organisasi pada MTs dan SMK Terpadu Yapisa Megamendung Kabupaten Bogor, secara parsial kepuasan pekerjaan, gaji, promosi, supervisi, rekan kerja serta kondisi kerja berpengaruh signifikan serta positif pada komitmen organisasi. Untuk penelitian berikutnya disarankan menganalisa berkaitan faktor-faktor yang akan menaikkan komitmen organisasi selain faktor-faktor kepuasan kerja yaitu pengalaman kerja, karakteristik pekerjaan, karakteristik struktur, interaksi tugas.

Abstract

Health is the best gift in life, because with health humans can carry out daily activities. Administratively, Java Island consists of 85 administrative regions and 34 cities. Therefore, it is very important to understand the health level of each area. The main objective of this research is to divide each region (district and city) into several groups and use the K-means method to determine health status based on 8 data parameters into certain groups. Algorithm in groups, will place the data based on the similarity of characteristics between groups. The results showed that there were 4 clusters of health profiles in Java, with 1 high health quality cluster in Central Jakarta, 55 regencies/municipalities with low health quality, 52 regencies/cities with low health quality. and the quality of health is quite low there are 13 districts/cities, it can be concluded that the health indicators in Java

Abstract

Non-linear SVM functions to modify the kernel in the SVM. Each kernel function in linear and non-linear SVMs has several parameters that are used in the classification process. SVM is a method that has advantages in classification, but there are still obstacles in selecting optimal parameters. This research investigates the effect of parameter variations on SVM classification performance on the COVID-19 dataset, using linear, RBF, Sigmoid and polynomial kernels. The analysis shows that the polynomial kernel is superior with the highest performance compared to other kernels. The highest accuracy of 77.57% was achieved with a combination of C values ??of 0.75 and Gamma of 0.75, and an F1-Score value of 76.67% indicating an optimal balance between precision and recall. The performance stability produced by the polynomial kernel provides advantages in classifying the COVID-19 dataset, with more controlled fluctuations compared to other kernels. The interaction between the C and Gamma parameters shows that a Gamma value of 0.75 consistently provides good results, while adjusting the C parameter shows more controlled performance variations. This confirms that appropriate Gamma parameter settings are key in improving the accuracy and consistency of SVM model predictions in this case.
