Abstract

PT. XYZ is a local Indonesian pharmaceutical company that is currently developing,where in the development of a company the role of Information Technology is very important along with the very rapid development.PT. XYZ in the application of Information Technology data processing is quite good and has an information system that can be used to analyze data. But there are still problems in the process of making a report about a Marketing employees visit that affects the salaries and incentives of the Marketing department.The purpose of this study is to be able to measure the process of achieving the target of visits given by the Company to each of the Marketing Department Employees,product promotion to doctors, and help monitor sales targets, where researchers use the SWOT and Fishbone Analysis Methods in the analysis process. Keywords: Analisis, Perancangan, Android, SWOT, Fishbone

Abstract

Setiap manusia memiliki banyak aktivitas untuk memenuhi kebutuhannya sehari hari, namun terkadang banyak faktor yang membuat manusia lupa menjalankan aktivitasnya. Sebuah memo dapat membantu manusia akan kebutuhan aktivitasnya. Memo ini dijalankan pada android mobile. Seperti halnya membuat alarm, aplikasi ini dapat membuat banyak list aktivitas. Hasil akhir yang diharapkan adalah sebuah sistem aplikasi yang dapat menambahkan, menghapus, merubah dari sebuah memo tersebut, serta telah terintegrasi dengan maps, sehingga dapat menambahkan sebuah lokasi. Adapun manfaat dari pembuatan sistem ini yaitu mengingatkan pengguna akan aktivitasnya dan membantu terpenuhi kebutuhannya

Abstract

SaaS application users get strategic benefits, among them the speed of implementation, reliability, and flexibility also optimization of infrastructure capacity. The company does integration with the aim to increase productivity, data accuracy, speed and flexibility [1]. This also drives XYZ.com, an online store in Jakarta, to integrate its web commerce application with SaaS accounting application. System integration design is carried out by analysis and observation of current business processes using the business objectives model. It is concluded that with system integration, XYZ.com wants to achieve 3 business objectives, i.e. (1) increasing the number of orders recorded in the accounting application, (2) improving stock accuracy, and (3) reducing the number of order cancellations due to unavailability of goods. System integration is designed to enable information retrieval such as products, contacts, transactions, and journals from accounting application through available API. Further research needs to be carried to realize the list of requirements that have been described in the feature tree to the stage of software development and implementation so that the objectives set by the business can be measured and improved.

Abstract

INTRODUCTION OF TRELLO TOOLS FOR PKK MEMBERS IN MERUYA UTARA VILLAGE. PKK Kelurahan Meruya Utara is one of the PKK organizations located in the Kembangan area in West Jakarta. Trello Tools is a cloud-based tool that uses the Kanban method of project management. The number of program activities that must be carried out by the PKK Kelurahan Meruya Utara causes these activities not be recorded properly. Include status of each of the activities and who are the members involved in these activities. From the results of the questionnaire for participants, it can be concluded that the PPM activities support the needs of the PKK in implementing work programs.

Abstract

PT Metiska Farma merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak di industri kesehatan khususnya bidang farmasi yang memproduksi dan memasarkan berbagai produk Ethical (Obat dengan resep dokter). Untuk pelaksanaan kegiatan promosi produk, PT Metiska Farma menyediakan promotion material seperti brosur, banner dan juga merchandise yang bersifat gimmick untuk konsumen. Dimana data-data ketersediaan promotion material ini masih dilakukan secara manual dengan menggunakan Microsoft excel. Dan setiap area atau cabang PT Metiska Farma dalam mengajukan permintaan cetak brosur atau peminjaman banner harus menghubungi kantor pusat dengan menggunakan telepon. Analisis perancangan sistem informasi manajemen data persediaan promotion material ini bertujuan untuk meng-upgrade sistem manual yang saat ini masih digunakan guna mempermudah PT Metiska Farma dalam memngatur persediaan promotion material ke dalam bentuk website. Metode analisis penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode SWOT yaitu singkatan dari lingkungan internal Strengths (Kekuatan) dan Weakness (Kelemahan) serta lingkungan eksternal Opportunities (Peluang) dan Threats (Ancaman) dan fishbone diagram yang sering disebut Cause-and Effect Diagram atau Ishikawa Diagram. Mengubah sistem promotion material dari manual menggunakan excel menjadi sistem yang berbasis website dapat memudahkan staf produk manajemen pusat ataupun area (cabang) dalam mengakses data dan mengajukan permintaan kepada kantor pusat. Kata kunci: penelitian, promotion material, farmasi, swot, fishbone diagram.

Abstract

Penerapan teknologi informasi telah menjadi kebutuhan penting bagi organisasi/perusahaan dalam menjaga operasional layanan mereka. Dalam rangka memenuhi harapan stakeholder akan pelayanan yang cepat, tepat, dan efektif, suatu organisasi/perusahaan perlu memperhatikan kebutuhan dan keinginan stakeholder untuk mempertahankan kepuasan pelanggan. Pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memperkenalkan teknologi informasi yang dapat membantu masyarakat di tingkat kelurahan dalam meningkatkan efisiensi dan kualitas pelayanan publik serta kehidupan sehari-hari. Kegiatan ini dilakukan dengan memberikan pelatihan dasar mengenai pemanfaatan teknologi. Metode yang digunakan pada kegiatan ini asalah sosialisasi kepada karyawan kelurahan dan warga setempat. Hasil dari kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan pemahaman masyarakat terhadap teknologi informasi, sehingga mampu memanfaatkannya secara optimal dalam mendukung pelayanan publik. Pelaksanaan pengabdian ini memberikan dampak positif dalam mempercepat adopsi teknologi di tingkat kelurahan serta memperkuat partisipasi masyarakat dalam transformasi digital.
