Abstract

The problem that occurs in increasing sales transactions is that the large number of sales transactions every day with many kinds of spare parts makes it difficult for sales to determine strategies for offering spare parts that are relevant and really needed by consumers. The large amount of transaction data to be analyzed is not possible to do manually. Therefore, a certain technique is needed that can carry out the association rule mining process quickly on quite large data. One technique that can be used for association rules is the Hash algorithm. Hash Based Algorithm Uses hashing techniques to filter out itemsets that are not important for generating the next itemset. Generating frequent itemsets in this research requires a minimum support value and a minimum confidence value. The minimum support value used in this research is the average frequency of spare parts sales. Development is carried out in the process of generating candidate rules using a hash table on transaction data. By using the Hash Based algorithm, the association rule mining process becomes faster and more efficient in memory usage. From the results of the association rules trial with a minimum support of 40% and a minimum confidence of 75%. 14 lists of association rules were produced that met the requirements. This list becomes a reference for sales in determining strategies for offering spare parts to consumers.

Abstract

Abstrak - Perkembangan teknologi informasi telah mendorong banyak usaha, termasuk toko ritel, untuk meningkatkan efisiensi operasional. Toko Sembako Ayuni sebagai salah satu usaha mikro membutuhkan sistem kasir yang lebih cepat dan akurat untuk meminimalisir kesalahan transaksi dan antrean pelanggan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengimplementasikan Sistem Kasir Otomatis berbasis PHP dan MySQL dengan memanfaatkan barcode scanner guna mempercepat proses transaksi, meningkatkan akurasi pencatatan inventaris, dan menyediakan laporan penjualan secara real-time. Proses  dalam  pengembangan sistem menggunakan metodologi waterfall SDLC (System Development Live Cycle) berorientasi objek yang meliputi analisis kebutuhan, perancangan, implementasi, pengujian, dan pemeliharaan. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa sistem ini mampu mengurangi waktu transaksi hingga 50% dibandingkan metode manual serta meminimalkan kesalahan input data. Dengan adanya sistem ini, Toko Ayuni dapat mengoptimalkan proses penjualan, manajemen stok, dan pelaporan keuangan secara lebih efisien. Penelitian ini diharapkan menjadi referensi untuk pengembangan sistem serupa di usaha mikro lainnya.Kata Kunci: Sistem Kasir; Barcode Scanner; PHP; MySQL; Toko Sembako; Otomatisasi. Abstract - The advancement of information technology has encouraged many businesses, including retail stores, to improve operational efficiency. Ayuni Grocery Store, as a micro-enterprise, requires a faster and more accurate cashier system to minimize transaction errors and customer queues. This research aims to implement an Automated Cashier System using a Barcode Scanner based on PHP and MySQL to accelerate transaction processes, improve inventory recording accuracy, and provide real-time sales reports. The system development method uses the Waterfall SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) methodology, which includes requirements analysis, design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. Test results show that the system successfully reduces transaction time by up to 50% compared to manual methods while minimizing data input errors. With this system, Ayuni Store can optimize sales processes, stock management, and financial reporting more efficiently. This research is expected to serve as a reference for developing similar systems in other micro-enterprises.Keywords: Cashier System; Barcode Scanner; PHP; MySQL; Grocery Store; Automation.

Abstract

Abstrak− Sepeda motor jenis trail sering digunakan pada medan terbuka yang jauh dari pengawasan, sehingga memiliki resiko tinggi terhadap pencurian dikarenakan sistem keamanan yang minim karena hanya menggunakan kunci stang atau ganda. Berdasarkan permasalahan ini, penelitihan ini bertujuan untuk merancang sebuah prototipe sistem keamanan sepeda motor jenis trail berbasis Internet of Things (IoT) yang dapat memberikan informasi lokasi motor secara real-time kepada pemiliknya. Sistem ini memanfaatkan mikrokontroler Arduino Uno yang terhubung dengan modul GPS NEO-6M untuk mendeteksi lokasi motor, serta modul SIM800L untuk mengirimkan data lokasi melalui platform Telegram. Dengan mengintegrasikan komponen tersebut dan menggunakan komunikasi seluler platform Telegram, pengguna hanya perlu mengirimkan perintah sederhana ke ChatBot Telegram untuk mengetahui posisi motor secara real-time. Hasil pengujian menunjukan bahwa sistem dapat memberikan koordinat lokasi dengan akurasi yang cukup baik dan mampu merespons perintah pengguna dalam waktu yang relatif cepat. Dengan pendekatan yang sederhana namun fungsional, sistem ini diharapkan dapat menjadi solusi praktis untuk meningkatkan keamanan kendaraan pribadi, khususnya sepeda motor jenis trail yang sering digunakan pada area dengan pengawasan minim.Kata Kunci: Keamanan; Sepeda Motor; IoT; Telegram; GPS Abstract− Trail motorcycles are often used in open fields that are far from supervision, so they have a high risk of theft due to a minimal security system because they only use handlebar or double locks. Based on this problem, this research aims to design a prototype of an Internet of Things (IoT)-based dirt bike security system that can provide real-time motorcycle location information to the owner. This system utilizes an Arduino Uno microcontroller connected to a NEO-6M GPS module to detect the location of the motorcycle, as well as a SIM800L module to send location data via the Telegram platform. By integrating these components and using Telegram platform mobile communication, users only need to send simple commands to the Telegram ChatBot to find out the position of the motorcycle in real-time. The test results show that the system can provide location coordinates with fairly good accuracy and is able to respond to user commands in a relatively fast time. With a simple yet functional approach, this system is expected to be a practical solution to improve the safety of personal vehicles, especially dirt bikes that are often used in areas with minimal surveillance.Keywords: Security; Motorcycles; IoT; Telegram; GPS

Abstract

Abstrak− Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengoptimalkan antarmuka pengguna dan struktur navigasi dari Sistem Informasi Akademik (SIAK) STMIK Widya Cipta Dharma dengan menerapkan Information Architecture (IA). Permasalahan yang dihadapi pengguna adalah tampilan yang tidak relevan dan struktur menu yang membingungkan. Penelitian ini menggunakan empat tahapan utama dalam IA, yaitu: User Research, Card Sorting, Sitemap Wireframe, serta Tree Testing. Pada tahap User Research, data diperoleh dari 21 responden mahasiswa melalui kuesioner daring, yang menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar mahasiswa hanya mengakses SIAK saat diperlukan, dengan fitur KRS sebagai fitur yang paling sering digunakan. Melalui metode Card Sorting, informasi dikelompokkan berdasarkan logika mahasiswa, menghasilkan struktur menu yang lebih intuitif. Tahap berikutnya adalah pembuatan sitemap dan wireframe, dengan desain navigasi utama yang ditempatkan di sisi kiri layar dan kategori menu seperti Halaman Utama, Edit Profil, Perkuliahan, dan Pemberitahuan. Untuk menguji efektivitas struktur navigasi tersebut, dilakukan pengujian Tree Testing terhadap 5 responden menggunakan prototipe interaktif. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa seluruh peserta dapat menyelesaikan tugas navigasi dengan mudah dan cepat. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa pendekatan Information Architecture efektif dalam meningkatkan efisiensi dan pengalaman pengguna dalam mengakses sistem informasi akademik.Kata Kunci: Sistem Informasi Akademik, Information Architecture; User Research; Card Sorting; Wireframe; Tree Testing; Pengalaman Pengguna; Navigasi Abstract− This study aims to optimize the user interface and navigation structure of the Academic Information System (SIAK) at STMIK Widya Cipta Dharma by implementing the Information Architecture (IA). The main issues faced by users include an outdated interface and a confusing menu structure. The research applies four main stages of IA: User Research, Card Sorting, Sitemap Wireframe, and Tree Testing. In the User Research stage, data were collected from 21 student respondents through an online questionnaire, which revealed that most students only access SIAK when necessary, with the KRS (Course Planning Card) being the most frequently used feature. Through the Card Sorting method, information was organized based on students' logic, resulting in a more intuitive menu structure. The next stage involved designing the sitemap and wireframe, with the primary navigation positioned on the left side of the screen and main menu categories such as Home, Edit Profile, Academics, and Notifications. To test the effectiveness of the navigation structure, Tree Testing was conducted on 5 respondents using an interactive prototype. The results showed that all participants were able to complete navigation tasks easily and quickly. This study demonstrates that the Information Architecture approach is effective in improving efficiency and user experience in accessing academic information systems.Keywords: Academic Information System; Information Architecture; User Research; Card Sorting; Wireframe; Tree Testing; User Experience; Navigation

Abstract

Abstrak - Kepuasan pelanggan merupakan salah satu indikator utama dalam menilai keberhasilan usaha, khususnya dalam industri kuliner yang semakin kompetitif. Terasko Samarinda perlu menjaga dan meningkatkan kualitas layanan agar tetap mampu memenuhi harapan pelanggan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tingkat kepuasan pelanggan Terasko Samarinda menggunakan metode SERVQUAL yang terdiri dari lima dimensi: Tangibles, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, dan Empathy. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif dengan penyebaran kuesioner kepada 104 responden. Data dianalisis dengan menghitung selisih antara skor persepsi dan harapan pelanggan pada setiap dimensi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dimensi Tangibles memenuhi harapan pelanggan, sementara empat dimensi lainnya menunjukkan kesenjangan negatif, dengan Reliability sebagai dimensi terendah. Temuan ini dapat menjadi acuan bagi manajemen Terasko Samarinda dalam meningkatkan kualitas layanan untuk meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan secara menyeluruh.Kata kunci: Kepuasan Pelanggan; Kualitas Layanan; SERVQUAL; Terasko Samarinda Abstract - Customer satisfaction is a key indicator in evaluating the success of a business, particularly in the increasingly competitive culinary industry. Terasko Samarinda must maintain and improve service quality to meet customer expectations. This study aims to analyze customer satisfaction at Terasko Samarinda using the SERVQUAL method, which consists of five dimensions: Tangibles, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, and Empathy. The research employs a descriptive quantitative approach by distributing questionnaires to 104 respondents. Data were analyzed by calculating the gap between customer perception and expectation scores for each dimension. The results show that the Tangibles dimension met customer expectations, while the other four dimensions showed negative gaps, with Reliability being the lowest. These findings can serve as a reference for Terasko Samarinda’s management to enhance service quality and improve overall customer satisfaction.Keywords: Customer Satisfaction; Service Quality; SERVQUAL; Terasko Samarinda

Abstract

Choosing a college major is one of the most critical decisions faced by high school students before graduation, as it significantly influences their academic path and future career. However, many students experience difficulties in selecting a major that aligns with their academic abilities and personal interests, which often leads to mismatches during their university studies. This research aims to design and implement a recommendation system for college majors tailored to students of SMAN 5 Berau by applying the Naïve Bayes algorithm. The dataset used in this study consists of students’ academic records and interest survey results, which are processed to generate appropriate recommendations. The Naïve Bayes method is chosen due to its simplicity, efficiency, and effectiveness in handling probabilistic classification problems. The system is developed to provide objective and data-driven recommendations by integrating both academic performance and student interests. Based on the analysis, the system is able to produce relevant recommendations that assist students in making more informed and accurate decisions regarding their future majors. Furthermore, this system also supports guidance counselors in providing appropriate academic advice. Therefore, the implementation of this recommendation system is expected to improve decision-making quality and reduce the risk of mismatched major selection among students.

Abstract

The increasing complexity of academic administration activities at Mutiara Mahakam Samarinda College of Health Sciences requires an integrated information system architecture capable of supporting effective and accurate management. The current academic services are still partially managed through manual, fragmented procedures, resulting in inefficiencies in data management, information exchange, and administrative processes. This study aims to design an enterprise architecture blueprint for the Academic Administration and Student Affairs unit using the TOGAF Architecture Development Method (ADM) framework. This paper employed a qualitative case study approach using observations, interviews, and document analysis with stakeholders in academic administration and student affairs management. The architectural planning process adopted several TOGAF ADM phases, including the preliminary, architecture vision, business architecture, information system architecture, and technology architecture phases. The business architecture analysis identified the primary academic service processes: new student admissions, academic operations, student graduation management, and alumni data administration. Information system architecture defined the required data entities and application modules to support integrated academic services. In contrast, the technology architecture proposed improvements in network infrastructure, server capacity, and cloud-based data management to enhance operational effectiveness and data accessibility. The results indicate that the proposed enterprise architecture blueprint can provide a structured framework for developing integrated academic information systems aligned with institutional business objectives. The proposed architecture also supports better coordination among organizational units, improves the efficiency of academic services, and enhances institutional readiness for future digital transformation initiatives. Implementation of the proposed enterprise architecture is expected to strengthen information management, improve service quality, and support strategic decision-making processes within the College of Health Sciences. Keywords: TOGAF, Architecture, Academics, Systems, Business, College of Health Sciences

Abstract

The application of prototype smart security tools on doors using RFID with a NodeMCU-based telegram monitor in the process of opening the door aims to provide security and comfort and make work easier to make it faster, more effective and efficient. Where it can be used by lecturers and assistant lecturers who have been registered as staff and admin of the Computer Laboratory and the results of the track record will be monitored by the Head of the STMIK Computer Laboratory, Widya Cipta Dharma. This prototype was built using the C programming language with the Arduino IDE (Integrated Development Environment) application, and the system in the form of WEB using the PHP Native programming language using the Sublime Text 3 application and using the Mysql database and using the Telegram application as a medium for receiving notifications in the form of messages to be received by head of the Computer Laboratory. Based on the data analysis carried out above, it is concluded that the application of Smart Security on doors using RFID with a NodeMCU-based Telegram monitor is much faster, effective, efficient and safe and easy to use.

Abstract

The research was conducted to be able to create a decision support system for beneficiaries of the Family Hope Program or “Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH)” with the Multi Objective Optimization Method On The Basic Of Ratio Analysis (Moora), which later if this research is successful it can assist aid managers in making decision making for program aid recipients Family Hope “PKH”. This research was conducted at the office of the Family Hope Program “PKH” assistance manager in Kelinjau Ulu Village, Muara Analog District, the data collection method used was interviews which asked questions related to “PKH” beneficiaries. By means of observation, namely making direct observations at the “PKH” Assistance Manager office. In this study, the system development method used is the decision support system development method. The model with the decision support software used is the Visual Basic.NET programming language, the database used by Microsoft Access. The final result of this research is in the form of a Decision Support System for beneficiaries of the Family Hope Program “PKH” Using the Multi Objective Optimization Method on the Basic of Ratio Analysis (Moora) which can facilitate more precise selection of “PKH” aid recipients.

Abstract

The agricultural, plantation, and forestry industries that are the main choice of the population to meet household food needs and boost the community's economy are very much in line with the geographical contours of the Regency Kutai Kartanegara. A geographic information system that can provide information on position, location coordinates, forest areas, forest information in Kutai Kartanegara Regency, and paths to find the location of forest areas. A web- based Geographic Information System (GIS) is required to determine the current position and location of the forest. The waterfall method is used to build this GIS framework, which involves stages such as analysis, design, code generation, testing, and maintenance. MySQL is a database management system. PHP, JavaScript, and HTML are used to create programming languages. Bootstrap user interface implementation. Black box testing is used to verify the software. The test results show that the GIS created meets the requirements and can resolve system issues.
