Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis Brand image, Brand Trust , dan Brand Awareness berpengaruh terhadap Brand Loyalty Sari Roti pada Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Simalungun. Dalam penelitian ini metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif. Karena berdasarkan pengamatan atau observasi awal yang penelitian lakukan, ternyata berdasarkan masalah yang sedang dihadapi lebih sesuai untuk diteliti dengan metode kuantitatif. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah Mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Simalungun dan objek dalam penelitian ini adalah pengaruh brand terhadap produk sari roti. Populasi penelitian, yang berjumlah 50 orang yang menjadi objek penelitian, dikhususkan pada mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi angkatan tahun 2016. Hasil uji f menunjukan dengan nilai signifikan 0,05 dapat diketahui fhitung (20,987) > Ftabel (2,81) dan signifikan hasil uji 0,000 lebih kecil dari 0,05. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa brand image, brand trust dan brand awareness berpengaruh secara bersama - sama dan signifikan terhadap brand loyalty

Abstract

Marketing strategy as an important aspect to maintain and expand opportunities to reach the market. Studies that explore the Bank's internal marketing strategies have been examined by previous research but based on competitive banking dynamics and highly dynamic market demands it is difficult to predict, the study of marketing strategies in the context of the Bank's companies is considered to be relevant for review at any time. This article aims to analyze the marketing strategies available at PT Bank Mandiri, Tbk Yogyakarta branch 2004 with the SWOT analysis method. Data was obtained through interviews with the management of the Bank Mandiri Yogyakarta branch. The analytical tool used is the analysis of industrial structure (Porter), SWOT. The results of the study through a SWOT analysis of the position of PT. Bank Mandiri in its marketing strategy uses a growth strategy.

Abstract

The development of increasingly sophisticated information technology allows consumers to absorb information about a product or service more easily. Consumers are increasingly selective in choosing products to use or consume at this time so that consumers will give positive responses to products. The purpose of this study is to find out how the influence of community participation, the use of Information Technology and Organizational Commitment has an effect on Impulsive Purchases at Medan Mall. This research was conducted in the city of Medan with multiple linear regression data analysis techniques using the Statistical Package of Social Science (SPSS) version 22.0 for Windows. Determination of the number of samples through non-probability sampling techniques, especially purposive sampling, as many as 150 respondents. It was found that the community participation variable, the use of Information Technology, had a positive and significant effect on impulse buying at Medan Mall and the organizational commitment variable had a positive and significant effect on impulsive buying at Medan Mall.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether regional finance, namely PAD, DAU, and DAK have a significant effect on economic growth in Pematang Siantar City. The type of research used is quantitative and descriptive research. The type of data used in this study is in the form of a time series from 2006 - 2021 which is secondary data sourced from BPS Siantar City. The analysis technique uses Multiple Linear Regression (OLS) with the help of the EVIEWS 10 Program. The results of the study show that: 1). Regional Original Income (PAD) has a positive and significant effect on economic growth in Pematangsiantar City; 2). The Special Allocation Fund (DAK) has a negative and insignificant effect on economic growth in Pematangsiantar City; 3). The General Allocation Fund (DAU) has a positive but not significant effect on economic growth in Pematangsiantar City; 4). The coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.845, which means that the PAD, DAK, and DAU variables have an explanatory variation of 84.50 percent of the economic growth of Pematang Siantar City, the remaining 15.50 percent can be explained by other variables.Key words: Local Own Revenue, Special Allocation Fund, General Allocation Fund

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan dan pengembangan karir terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan pada PTPN (Persero) Unit perkebunan Pabatu yang berdomisili di Kabupaten Serdang Bedagai Sumatera Utara. Penelitian ini bersifat Kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 120 Orang dengan jumlah Sampel 50 Orang.Hasil analisa diperolehnilai thitung > dari ttabel sebesar 2,176 > 2,009. Menunjukan bahwa ada pengaruh signifikan antara variabel Pelatihan terhadap Produktivitas Kerja.Hasil analisis diperoleh nilai thitung > ttabel sebesar nilai 7,012 > 2,009. Menunjukan bahwa ada pengaruh signifikan antara variabel Pengembangan karir terhadap Produktivitas Kerja.Dari hasil analisis nilai Fhitung > F tabel (28,860 > 3,20 dan didukung dengan nilai signifikansi <0,05 menunjukkan bahwa kedua variabel bebas secara bersama memberikan pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel terikat. Hal ini didukung oleh hasil uji koefisien determinasi yang menunjukkan bahwa besarnya pengaruh kedua variabel secara serempak adalah sebesar 53,2 % yang dapat menjelaskan variabel prodiktivitas kerja karyawan. Sedangkan sisanya 56,8 % merupakan pengaruh dari variabel lain yang tidak diteliti.Kesimpulan adalah secara parsial dan serempak variabel Pelatihan dan Pengembangan karir mempunyai pengaruh terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan pada PTPN IV (Persero) Unit perkebunan Pabatu. Disarankan kepada manajemen PTPN IV (Persero) Unit perkebunanPabatu untuk terus meningkatkan intensitas pelatihan dan Tidak melupakan Pengembangan karir, sehingga Produktivitas kerja karyawan dapat meningkat dan sesuai dengan tujuan perusahaan.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to see how an organization can increase value by changing the structure, culture and technology. Changes in functional structure can help provide an environment in which people are motivated to act. The fundamental reason organizations need change is because something relevant to the organization has changed, or is about to change. Because of that, the organization had no other choice but to change as well. This change occurred because of encouragement from internal and external companies. The decreased performance of its employees which leads to unsatisfactory service is often a trigger factor for internal organizations to make changes and the external factor is increasingly fierce business competition. This study uses the eight principle methodology in creating change. Change is something that is very difficult to avoid, because change is driven by internal and external organizational forces. Although the environment of an organization is continuously changing, it is necessary to assess changes for the life cycle of the organization. This is related and highly dependent on the form of organization. Change, according to Lewin, occurs because of the emergence of pressures on organizations, individuals or groups. The model invented by Kurt Lewin is an analysis of the power field or the internal and external environment of the organization. Business process automation is becoming an effective way for companies to force change that is irresistible. If the rules are written, even though they have been mutually agreed upon, employees can still work around them. But technology can be coercive effectively and can eventually lead to cultural change. The automation process at Pelindo I was successful because first, it was able to overcome the feeling of awkwardness in the paternalistic culture which is very strong as well as the culture of "kinship" which is very thick in the body of SOEs. Second, being able to motivate employees to always look their best because everything is in the corridor of professionalism. Third, because it is combined with changes in performance management. Performance management is simply productivity. Then the change process that was carried out for the first time in 2004-2014 which was not conducive was caused by the not forming a team that was strong enough to direct the process (building a guiding coalition). And this is what creates resistance also from employees. Then it was not created at the beginning of creating the right vision, but changes have been implemented, meaning that subordinate employees are invited to change without being accompanied by communication of a vision.Keywords: Evaluation, Organization, Step Kotter

Abstract

Leadership and work motivation are one of the determining factors of teacher performance because teacher performance is determined by the attitude and motivation of the leader. good leadership and good work motivation will create a good work climate in an organization which in this case is a school, this is important because the key to successful education and learning is teacher performance. This study aims to determine how leadership and work motivation affect teacher performance at the Teladan Private Vocational School in Pematangsiantar. This study uses quantitative research methods using causal research design to find a cause-and-effect relationship between two variables. the sampling technique in this study is to use saturated or census sampling techniques distributed to 50 teachers. data testing in this study is by validity and reliability tests, hypothesis testing and multiple regression analysis. From the results of partial testing research (t test) shows tcount (5.300) > ttable (1.677) and the significant level is 0.000 < 0.05 this proves that leadership has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance. tcount (2.512) > ttable (1. 677) with a significant level of 0.015 < 0.05 this proves this proves that work motivation has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance. F test shows fcount 73.629> ftable 3.20 and the significant level is 0.000 < 0.05 which means that leadership and work motivation have a positive and significant effect on teacher performance. From the results of the discussion, a multiple linear regression equation is obtained, namely 4.353 + 0.905 + 0.636 +
