Abstract

Inventory of goods is an important work activity in a trading business. Improper inventory management can cause deviations in inventory control, errors in recording the entry and exit of goods, and even a decline in business performance. Awanda Shop is a shop that operates in the staple goods business. The process of entering and exiting goods from the warehouse to the shop still often occurs with errors, delays in delivery, stock imbalances with the availability of goods in the shop, because the recording is still done manually. The existence of this inventory problem made the author analyze and help create a web-based inventory information system to optimize logistics and stock control from the warehouse to the store, making it easier to check and control well. This research uses Rapid Application Development (RAD) with UML (Unified Modeling Language) to communicate designs in paper based form. The database design used is using ERD and LRS, the UML tools used by the author are activity diagrams and use case diagrams. Having a web-based inventory system can simplify the processing for users. transactions and distribution of inventory in warehouses and shops, prevent discrepancies in existing inventory, prevent fraud or loss of goods, increase efficiency and effectiveness of service and performance

Abstract

SMK (Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan) merupakan salah satu sekolah menengah kejuruan yang ada di Pangkalpinang. SMK PGRI Pangkalpinang memiliki tiga jurusan yaitu multimedia, pemasaran dan akuntansi. Di Sekolah ini pengelolaan inventaris data barang, baik barang tetap maupun barang habis pakai masih di catat dan di proses secara manual, sudah menggunakan komputer tetapi hanya di masukin ke dalan microsft office word saja. Sehingga sering terjadi kesalahan pencatatan data inventaris barang, seperti barang yang sudah rusak tetapi masih bisa diperbaiki, inventaris barang pada setiap ruangan, atau peminjaman inventaris barang yang ada di sekolah, bahkan sering terjadi kehilangan data atau barang itu sendiri. Permasalahan ini menyebabkan pembuatan laporan menjadi lama dan tidak tepat, mengalami kesulitan untuk mecari data barang dan membutuhkan waktu yang cukup lama. Solusi terbaik untuk menangani permasalahan tersebut yaitu dengan di buatkannyas sistem informasi pendataan Inventaris Berbasis Website yang di sekolah agar dapat mempermudahkan proses pendataan inventaris barang sehingga lebih efektif dan efisien, lebih terdata, terarah, dan dimasa datang bisa lebih baik. Adapun metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah menggunakan metode FAST (Framework for the Applications of Systems Technology) yang terdiri dari enam fase yaitu Persiapan awal, analisis masalah, analisis kebutuhan, Desain logis, Analisis keputusan, Desain intergrasi dan metodologi berorientasi objek dengan alat bantu UML (Unified Modeling Languange)Kata Kunci: Pendataan Inventaris Barang, SMK PGRI, Website, Metode FAST, UML. SMK (Vocational High School) is one of the vocational high schools in Pangkalpinang. SMK PGRI Pangkalpinang has three majors, namely multimedia, marketing and accounting. In this school, inventory management of goods data, both fixed goods and consumables are still recorded and processed manually, using a computer but only entered into Microsoft Office Word. So that there are often errors in recording inventory data, such as items that have been damaged but can still be repaired, inventory of items in each room, or borrowing inventory of items at school, and there is often loss of data or the item itself. This problem causes the report generation to be long and inaccurate, having difficulty finding item data and taking quite a long time. The best solution to deal with these problems is to build a Website-Based Inventory data collection information system in schools in order to facilitate the process of collecting inventory data so that it is more effective and efficient, more recorded, directed, and in the future it can be better. The research method used is the FAST (Framework for the Applications of Systems Technology) method which consists of six phases, namely initial preparation, problem analysis, needs analysis, logical design, decision analysis, integration design and object-oriented methodology with UML tools ( Unified Modeling Language)Keywords: Inventory Data Collection, SMK PGRI, Website, FAST Method, UML

Abstract

PT PQR is a company engaged in the application of shipping services. It is important for PT PQR to manage and utilize information technology well, but there has never been an assessment of the management system and its application. The author conducted research to assess the management of information technology using the COBIT 4.1 standard, which has 34 processes. This research was conducted through observations, interviews, and measurement of maturity levels, with the aim that PT PQR knows the information technology governance that is carried out, and knows the gaps that exist so that they can be resolved immediately to improve services and compete with other companies. The results showed that the current maturity level at PT PQR is close to level 3, with 14 Information Technology processes in two domains, namely Delivery Support and Monitoring Evaluate. PT PQR has clear and written standard procedures regarding the procedures and management of information technology, which are socialized among management and employees. Overall, the maturity level evaluation shows that PT PQR has fairly good IT governance, with an average achievement close to the expected target. The DS domain has an almost optimal performance with an achievement of 99%, while the ME domain requires more attention to increase the achievement from 90% to 100%. Improvement efforts can be focused on areas that require improvement based on the findings of this analysis.

Abstract

Audit keamanan pada log web server menjadi tantangan akibat volume data yang besar serta keterbatasan proses analisis manual. Penelitian ini mengusulkan pendekatan deteksi anomali berbasis perilaku untuk mengidentifikasi aktivitas mencurigakan pada log Nginx menggunakan metode unsupervised learning. Kontribusi utama penelitian ini terletak pada integrasi fitur perilaku berbasis agregasi waktu (time windowing), meliputi request count, burstiness, rasio kesalahan (4xx), dan jumlah URL unik, untuk merepresentasikan pola akses pengguna tanpa memerlukan data berlabel. Deteksi anomali dilakukan menggunakan Isolation Forest, Local Outlier Factor (LOF), dan One-Class SVM, dengan evaluasi berbasis weak labelyang dikombinasikan dengan analisis distribusi fitur dan validasi perilaku. Hasil eksperimen menunjukkan bahwa Isolation Forest memberikan performa terbaik dengan nilai F1-score sebesar 0.285, diikuti oleh One-Class SVM (0.191) dan LOF (0.057), yang menunjukkan keunggulan metode berbasis isolasi dalam menangkap pola anomali pada data agregasi waktu. Analisis lebih lanjut menunjukkan bahwa data yang terdeteksi sebagai anomali memiliki karakteristik yang konsisten dengan aktivitas mencurigakan seperti web scanning dan automated bot crawling. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan berbasis fitur perilaku dapat menjadi solusi awal yang efektif dan scalable untuk deteksi anomali pada log web server dalam kondisi tanpa label.

Abstract

Penguasaan teknologi informasi merupakan kompetensi krusial bagi pegawai instansi pemerintah guna mendukung efisiensi pelayanan publik dan tertib administrasi. Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kapasitas SDM bagi Pegawai Pemerintah dengan Perjanjian Kerja (PPPK) di Loka Monitor Spektrum Frekuensi Radio Pangkalpinang melalui pelatihan optimalisasi aplikasi perkantoran, khususnya Microsoft Word dan Microsoft Excel. Metode pelaksanaan dilakukan selama tiga hari yang terdiri dari tahap pembekalan materi dasar, workshop teknis secara hands-on yang disertai sesi diskusi interaktif di Soll Marina Hotel & Conference, serta tahap evaluasi melalui penyelesaian studi kasus mandiri. Hasil evaluasi kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman dan keterampilan praktis peserta secara signifikan. Peserta kini mampu menyusun laporan teknis yang terstandardisasi menggunakan fitur styles di MS Word serta mengolah data teknis spektrum frekuensi secara lebih cepat dan akurat menggunakan fungsi logika di MS Excel. Simpulan dari kegiatan ini adalah pelatihan intensif dengan metode pendampingan langsung dan diskusi dua arah sangat efektif dalam memperkuat keterampilan digital pegawai PPPK guna mendukung produktivitas dan kualitas layanan di lingkungan Loka Monitor Pangkalpinang. Kata kunci: Kapasitas SDM, PPPK, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Loka Monitor.
