Abstract

Abstract This research aims to design an English learning program based interactive multimedia learning resources and quality as an alternative media that can be used to increase student motivation and understanding shown by national test scores of English.The try-out subjects  in this study are 71 students as respondent. There are  two experts, consisting of  matter experts and media expert. Beside that there are 10 students for the test user. The data was collected using a questionnaire and English test (pre-test and post-test). Evaluation of the program in terms of aspects, and aspects of learning media.Criticisms  and suggestions are used to improve the program.The results showed that the development of multimedia learning has been using the principles of development which include: analytics, product development, validation, revision, testing and preparation of the final product. Multimedia quality in terms of material aspects including the excellent category with 89.59% votes. Quality of multimedia instructional media experts including the excellent category with 94.47% votes. Test English with through pre-test and post-test which was built through the program show an increase in mastery learning. 89.33% for manual assessment and students 85.84%. Increased scores indicate that the learning programs improve student learning outcomes for national test preparation. Key word: desain model,Interactive,multimedia,learning English,Adobe Flash

Abstract

Abstract

The profit sharing system (mudharabah) is a sharia banking product that offers higher profits compared to conventional banking products. However, there are still many people who do not understand the concept of mudharabah, giving rise to negative perceptions of this system. This research aims to analyze the perception of the people of Babakan Ciparay Village towards the profit sharing (mudharabah) system in sharia banks. This research uses a survey method with a purposive sampling technique. The research sample consisted of 10 people who were selected based on certain criteria. Research data was collected through observation, interviews and analyzed using descriptive statistics Perception is a view or opinion formed in a person's mind about something. Society is a group of people who live in one place and have similarities in terms of ethnicity, language, religion and culture. The profit sharing system is a sharia banking system that provides profits to customers and banks based on mutually agreed business results. Mudharabah is a type of profit sharing system applied in sharia banking. Sharia banks are banks that operate based on Islamic sharia principles. The results of the research show that the perception of the people of Babakan Ciparay Village towards the profit sharing (mudharabah) system in sharia banks is still not positive. This is indicated by the perception that this system is high risk, complicated and not transparent. Apart from that, people still do not understand in depth the concept of mudharabah.

Abstract

KESIAPAN SMK NEGERI DALAM IMPLEMENTASI KURIKULUM MERDEKA  Amir Fatah, Kir Haryana, Yoga Guntur S,Muhammad Agung Wicaksono, Bahrul Ulum,  M. Khoirunnashikin, Yohanes Kusyudi Setiawan,  Musthafa Bintang Harapan, Dimas Bayu Permadi  Yogyakarta State UniversityYogyakarta, Indonesiahttps://orcid.org/0000-0002-8995-8981  Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian survey yang dilakukan karena adanya kebijakan secara nasional yaitu pemberian tiga opsi kurikulum yang dapat diterapkan satuan pendidikan dalam pembelajaran, yaitu kurikulum 2013, kurikulum darurat, dan kurikulum  merdeka yang sebelumnya dikenal dengan sebutan kurikulum prototipe. Survey dilakukan untuk mengetahui kesiapan guru dalam mengembangkan dan menerapkan kurikulum dari aspek pengetahuan terhadap hal hal baru pada kurikulum merdeka, pengetahuan dalam mengembangkan kurikulum dan pengetahuan dalam implementasi kurikulum.  Pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan angket yang diperkuat dengan wawancara dan analisis data menggunakan metode deskriptif. Populasi penelitian adalah guru SMK se-Kabupaten Gunungkidul, sementara sampel penelitian difokuskan pada empat SMKN yang dipilih  dengan pertimbangan tertentu (purposive sampling). Responden penelitian berjumlah 44 guru yang tersebar di empat SMKN non pusat keunggulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kesiapan guru dalam  implementasi kurikulum merdeka dari aspek pengetahuan terhadap hal hal baru pada kurikulum merdeka telah mencapai kategori tinggi, demikian halnya pengetahuan dalam mengembangkan kurikulum dan pengetahuan dalam implementasi kurikulum. Tingginya capaian tersebut sebagai hasil rencana implementasi kurikulum  yang disusun dan dilaksanakan oleh Kemendikbudristek, sikap guru terhadap rencana implementasi, dukungan kepala sekolah, dukungan teman sejawat, ketersediaan pedoman dan peraturan implementasi, dan adanya motivasi guru. Penelitian juga menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan guru dalam mengembangkan modul ajar perlu ditingkatkan. Kata Kunci : Kesiapan, Implementasi, Kurikulum, Merdeka

Abstract

ANALISIS MATERI ESENSIAL  MATA PELAJARAN PANEL BODY DAN RANGKA PADA KURIKULUM MERDEKA  Amir Fatah*:  Kir Haryana; Yoga Guntur Sampurna;Supriyono, Dinar Kurniawan;  Amar Nazarudin; Nawa Renobarta Maulidino, Muhamad Jafar Fakultas Teknik, Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta*Corresponding Author: amir_fatah@uny.ac.id Abstract This research is a survey aimed at identifying essential materials in the panel body and frame subjects. This is necessary because it will help identify the core materials that are crucial and relevant to be developed in the learning process, thus improving the efficiency of the learning process. It ensures that students acquire knowledge and skills that can be applied in real life, providing opportunities to develop critical and creative thinking skills, and a deeper understanding of key concepts and the application of that knowledge in different contexts. Data collection was carried out using questionnaires reinforced with interviews, and data analysis was conducted using descriptive methods. The research population consisted of vocational school teachers in the Special Region of Yogyakarta, while the research sample focused on three schools specializing in light vehicle body engineering. The research respondents included 12 teachers distributed across three vocational schools. The results of the study show how teachers determine essential materials in the panel body and frame subjects by involving industry partners in accordance with the guidelines for the development of the independent curriculum. The most essential materials selected by teachers in the Panel Body and Frame subjects include the removal, installation, and light repair of body panels, doors, fenders, and closed panel repairs. Key Words: Materials, Essential, Vehicle Body, Engineering AbstrakPenelitian ini merupakan penelitian survey dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui materi esensial pada mata pelajaran panel bodi dan rangka. Hal ini perlu dilakukan  karena akan membantu mengidentifikasi pokok-pokok materi yang paling krusial dan relevan untuk dikembangkan dalam proses pembelajaran sehingga meningkatkan efisiensi proses pembelajaran, memastikan siswa memperoleh pengetahuan dan keterampilan yang dapat diterapkan dalam kehidupan nyata serta memberikan kesempatan untuk mengembangkan keterampilan berpikir kritis dan kreatif, dan lebih mendalam memahami konsep-konsep kunci dan menerapkan pengetahuan tersebut dalam konteks yang berbeda. Pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan angket yang diperkuat dengan wawancara dan analisis data menggunakan metode deskriptif. Populasi penelitian adalah guru SMK se-Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta, sementara sampel penelitian difokuskan pada tiga sekolah yang memiliki konsentrasi keahlian Teknik bodi kendaraan ringan.  Responden penelitian berjumlah 12 guru yang tersebar di tiga SMK. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan cara guru menentukan materi esensial pada mata pelajaran panel bodi dan rangka dengan melibatkan industri mitra sesuai dengan petunjuk pengembangan kurikulum merdeka. Adapun materi paling esensial yang dipilih guru pada mata Pelajaran  Panel Body dan Rangka  adalah pelepasan,  pemasangan dan perbaikan ringan panel bodi, pintu, fender,  perbaikan panel tertutup. Kata Kunci : Materi, Esensial, Teknik, Bodi, Kendaraan

Abstract

The independent learning campus policy (MBKM) by the Minister of Education and Culture of Indonesia has given a new nuance in implementing education in higher education. Students through MBKM are given the right to get hands-on experience in the field for a minimum of three semesters through eight activity programs, one of which is an internship in industry. Industrial internships are learning activities off campus or in the field that involve students, universities, and industry. Partner industries strongly influence the success of this internship program, as industrial internships in the MBKM program require students to study in partner industries for six months. The purpose of this study is to describe the support of industrial partners in the implementation of industrial internships and to describe the forms of industrial support in realizing student independence in learning. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. The research was conducted in 39 partner industries in the industrial internship program for students of the Automotive Engineering Faculty of Engineering, Yogyakarta State University, in 2020, spread throughout Indonesia. Data collection techniques are forum discussion groups (FGD) and documentation. The results show that at the MBKM internship planning stage, partner industries have been involved in mapping the number of students who can participate in the program, offering models of internship forms according to partner industry conditions, and evaluation models that allow optimizing the implementation of internships. At the internship implementation stage, the partner industry supports students conducting industrial practices in their field of interest. It will enable participants to analyze partner industry deficiencies, find solutions, and apply them directly to the field.

Abstract

Abstract The Covid-19 pandemic has had a detrimental impact on UMKM of motorcycle workshops in Cilacap, especially in terms of business continuity. This study identifies the Business Continuity Plan implemented by UMKM for motorcycle workshops in Cilacap and its surroundings. Participants in this study are UMKM of motorcycle workshops spread across Cilacap City and its surroundings. Data collection was done using a direct interview method with 15 participants. Furthermore, data analysis techniques begin with data collection, data condensation, data presentation, and conclusion drawing/verification. The data validity technique uses observation extension and persistence enhancement. The results showed that the Business Continuity Plan or business continuity plan implemented by UMKM of motorcycle workshops in Cilacap to maintain their business referred to as business strategies or business management, including preparing savings / emergency funds, Business diversification, the use of digital media as a means of promotion, establishing partners with certain parties and relationships with fellow business actors, having a different business focus, prioritizing commodity aspects and service quality.   Abstrak Pandemi Covid-19 memiliki dampak yang cukup merugikan bagi UMKM bengkel sepeda motor di Cilacap khususnya dalam hal keberlangsungan usaha. Kajian ini mengidentifikasi Business Continuity Plan yang diterapkan oleh UMKM bengkel sepeda motor di Cilacap dan sekitarnya. Partisipan dalam penelitian ini adalah pelaku UMKM bengkel sepeda motor yang tersebar di Kota Cilacap dan sekitarnya. Pengumpulan data menggunakan metode wawancara langsung terhadap 15 partisipan. Selanjutnya Teknik analisis data diawali dengan pengumpulan data, kondensasi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan/verifikasi. Teknik keabsahan data menggunakan metode perpanjangan pengamatan dan peningkatan ketekunan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Business Continuity Plan atau rencana keberlangsungan usaha yang diterapkan oleh UMKM bengkel sepeda motor di Cilacap dalam rangka mempertahankan usahanya atau disebut sebagai strategi usaha atau manajemen usaha diantaranya dengan cara mempersiapkan tabungan/dana darurat, diversifikasi usaha, pemanfaatan media digital sebagai sarana promosi, menjalin mitra dengan pihak tertentu serta relasi dengan sesama pelaku usaha, memiliki fokus usaha yang berbeda, mengedepankan aspek komoditas dan kualitas pelayanan.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to identify the level of anxiety and readiness of students in facing the Teaching Practice and the relationship between these two variables among students of the Automotive Engineering Education Program at the Faculty of Engineering, Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta. The research employed a quantitative descriptive approach with the use of the Pearson product-moment correlation. The research population consisted of 51 students who were prospective participants in the 2023 Teaching Practice for the Automotive Engineering Education Program at the Faculty of Engineering, UNY. The findings of the research are as follows: (1) The majority of students (82.35%) have a high level of readiness in facing the 2023 teaching practice, with a small proportion (17.64%) having a very high level of readiness; (2) Most students (82.35%) have low levels of anxiety in facing the 2023 teaching practice, while there are some students (11.77%) with very low levels of anxiety and a small portion (5.88%) with high levels of anxiety; (3) There is a significant relationship between students' readiness and anxiety in facing the 2023 teaching practice, with a significance value of < 0.05 (0.000). The contribution of readiness to influencing students' anxiety in facing the 2023 teaching practice is 61.4%, while the remaining 38.6% is influenced by other factors not discussed in this study. The results indicate that if students' readiness increases, their anxiety levels tend to decrease, and vice versa. Keywords : Anxiety; Education Practice; Preparedness Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi tingkat kecemasan dan tingkat kesiapan mahasiswa dalam menghadapi Praktik Kependidikan serta hubungan antar 2 variabel tersebut pada mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Teknik Otomotif Fakultas Teknik Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dengan menggunakan korelasi product moment. Populasi penelitian terdiri dari 51 mahasiswa calon peserta Praktik Kependidikan 2023 pada Program Studi Pendidikan Teknik Otomotif Fakultas Teknik UNY. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Mayoritas mahasiswa (82,35%) memiliki tingkat kesiapan yang tinggi menghadapi praktik kependidikan 2023, dengan sebagian kecil (17,64%) memiliki tingkat kesiapan sangat tinggi; (2) Sebagian besar mahasiswa (82,35%) memiliki tingkat kecemasan yang rendah dalam menghadapi praktik kependidikan 2023, namun ada beberapa (11,77%) mahasiswa yang memiliki tingkat kecemasan sangat rendah dan sebagian kecil (5,88%) mahasiswa yang memiliki tingkat kecemasan tinggi; (3) Terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara kesiapan dan kecemasan mahasiswa dalam menghadapi PK 2023, dengan nilai signifikansi < 0,05 (0,000). Sumbangan kesiapan dalam mempengaruhi kecemasan mahasiswa menghadapi PK 2023 adalah sebesar 61,4%, sementara 38,6% sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak dibahas dalam penelitian ini. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa jika kesiapan mahasiswa meningkat, tingkat kecemasan mahasiswa cenderung menurun, begitu juga sebaliknya. Kata kunci : Kecemasan; Kesiapan; Praktik Kependidikan

Abstract

Abstract This research seeks to describe and assess the 2024 implementation of the Mobile Training Unit (MTU) program at the Vocational Training and Productivity Development Center (BLKPP) Yogyakarta, focusing on how well the training materials, learning resources, and teaching methods align with participant needs. Utilizing a descriptive-evaluative approach based on the Discrepancy Evaluation Model, data were gathered through questionnaires, observations, documentation, and interviews. A total of 40 participants from MTU programs in Sidomulyo and Sidorejo Villages served as respondents. The researcher-developed questionnaire demonstrated validity coefficients between 0.599 and 0.823, and reliability coefficients between 0.725 and 0.855. The data were analyzed using descriptive quantitative techniques. The findings reveal that the training materials achieved a high level of alignment with participant needs, scoring an average of 4.5 (90%). Similarly, the learning resources and instructional methods showed strong relevance, each with an average score of 4.3 (86%). Overall, the study concludes that the MTU program demonstrates a very high degree of suitability across all evaluated aspects. Keywords: Mobile Training Unit, Discrepancy, Evaluation, Automotive Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan mengevaluasi pelaksanaan program Mobile Training Unit (MTU) tahun 2024 di Balai Latihan Kerja dan Pengembangan Produktivitas (BLKPP) Yogyakarta yang ditinjau dari tingkat kesesuaian materi, tingkat kesesuaian sumber belajar, dan tingkat kesesuaian metode dalam pelaksanaan MTU. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian descriptive evaluative dengan model evaluasi kesenjangan (discrepancy evaluation model). Data penelitian diperoleh dengan metode angket, observasi, dokumentasi, dan wawancara. Subjek penelitian yaitu 40 responden peserta yang terdiri dari MTU desa Sidomulyo dan MTU desa Sidorejo. Angket penelitian dikembangkan oleh peneliti dengan koefisien validitas antara 0,599-0,823 dan koefisien reliabilitas antara 0,725-0,855. Data yang berhasil dikumpulkan kemudian dilakukan analisis dengan statistik deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat kesesuaian materi pelatihan MTU kejuruan otomotif dengan kebutuhan peserta pelatihan sangat tinggi dengan rerata skor 4,5 atau 90%, Tingkat kesesuaian sumber belajar pelatihan MTU kejuruan otomotif dengan kebutuhan peserta pelatihan sangat tinggi dengan rerata skor 4,3 atau 86%, dan Tingkat kesesuaian metode pelatihan MTU kejuruan otomotif dengan kebutuhan peserta pelatihan sangat tinggi dengan rerata skor 4,3 atau 86%. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa tingkat kesesuaian materi, sumber belajar, dan metode pada pelatihan MTU sangat tinggi. Kata kunci: MTU, Discrepancy, Evaluasi, Otomotif

Abstract

The implementation of deep learning in Indonesian junior high schools remains challenging due to teachers’ limited understanding and practical readiness. This community service program aimed to enhance teachers’ knowledge of deep learning principles within the Merdeka Curriculum and to support them in developing deep learning-based teaching materials. The program involved training and mentoring 46 teachers from two public junior high schools in Yogyakarta using workshops, guided practice, and follow-up support. Data were collected through a knowledge quiz, a participant satisfaction questionnaire, and document analysis of the developed learning modules. The results show that teachers achieved a good level of understanding of deep learning concepts (mean score = 8.1), expressed high satisfaction with the program, and successfully produced learning modules that reflected key characteristics of deep learning and were ready for classroom use. These findings indicate that structured professional development can effectively support teachers in implementing deep learning within the Merdeka Curriculum and may serve as a practical model for similar school-based training programs.
