Abstract

Telah dilakukan penelitian pengukuran Resolusi Ruang/Spasial Tomografi Ultrasonik. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengukur Resolusi Spasial Tomografi Ultrasonik melalui pengukuran fungsi sebar garis atau line spread function (LSF). Sistem Tomografi Ultrasonik baru tahap pengujian awal untuk mengetahui kemungkinan pengembangannya lebih lanjut menjadi fasilitas Tomografi Ultrasonik yang sebenarnya. Penelitian ini menggunakan obyek yang berbentuk silinder yang terbuat dari bahan pasir dan semen dengan perbandingan volume 1:3, yang di dalamnya diberi ruang berbentuk kotak yang terbuat dari bahan semen, gypsum dan pasir dengan perbandingan volume 1:4:2 dengan ukuran diameter silindernya (11,2 +/- 0,01) mm , lebar kotak (3,8 +/-0,01) mm dan panjang kotak (5,8 +/- 0,01) mm. Sistem ini menggunakan resolusi data (Proyeksi x Ray-sum) sebesar 200 x 127, perubahan sudut proyeksi 0,90. Citra yang diperoleh kemudian dianalisa menggunakan program eksel selanjutnya untuk proses fitting grafik digunakan program MATLAB R2007B. Hasil resolusi ruang yang diperoleh untuk pengukuran secara manual adalah 0,489 mm atau sekitar 5 piksel dan hasil resolusi ruang secara eksperimen berkisar pada nilai (2,120 +/- 0,04) mm sampai (36,660 +/- 0,04) atau sekitar 1 piksel sampai 12 piksel .

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mendapatkan pemodelan SS nanostruktur dengan menghitung level energi elektron pada pita konduksi. Divais fotovoltaik nano yaitu kuantum dot KD dan kuantum well KW mengerjakan jangkauan lebar transisi elektron dimana bisa dikontrol oleh distribusi jangkauan luas yang sesuai ukuran KD. KD memberikan kemampuan menyerap cahaya dimana menciptakan pasangan elektron hole yang terlokasi didalam dot. Transisi elektron didalam KD secara berarti melampaui energi termal dan tidak bisa diinduksi oleh fonon termal sementara transisi hole secara mudah diinduksi oleh fonon akustik termal. Konsep dan komputasi untuk menghitung level energi, konsep yang digunakan adalah DEK. Ketebalan well adalah cukup kecil ( atau kurang), set level energi diskret akan ada didalam well dan mempunyai pergantungan pada massa efektif dan ketebalan well yaitu meningkat dengan pengurangan atau . Energi maksimum pada ketebalan lapisan . Energi maksimum pada . adalah selisih besar energi di titik awal adalah dan di ketebalan akhir pada KW yaitu adalah . Oleh karena itu transisi elektron didalam KW secara berarti melampaui energi termal dan tidak bisa diinduksi oleh fonon termal.   Kata kunci: nanoteknologi; SS nanostruktur; kuantum dot KD; kuantum well KW

Abstract

Graphic design is a skill that is much needed today. With the existence of a women's community at the Nies World learning house, it is a good opportunity to open graphic design classes for young women only. Classes will only focus on making desk calendars and wall calendars, both print and digital. The method used is giving lectures related to introductory material and direct practical assistance. Products that were successfully designed by the participants were very good, seen from the type of template chosen, the type of writing, the color of the writing and the selection of images that were appropriate and balanced between existing elements. Some of the best calendars were printed and given back to the participants concerned. With this training, it is hoped that young women can express ideas and be creative in providing their best designs to create quality products. This potential can be beneficial for oneself, as entrepreneurial capital through selling production results or opening design services.

Abstract

The corona virus which is endemic in all parts of the world, including Indonesia, has not only left a negative impact but also brought people into good habits. One of them is increasing concern for the cleanliness of the air inside and outside the place of activity. The location of the GIDI Efata Kotaraja building is located in a densely populated residential area and busy traffic causes the surrounding air to become very hot and dusty. Green plants or trees that can block dust arising from household activities and motorized vehicles are very lacking in the church yard. By looking at the surrounding environmental conditions which do not support clean air circulation, there is great concern that the air circulation in the church room will become unhealthy. Air purifier as air cleaning devices are very unaffordable. Just installing an Air Conditioner (AC) is also not enough to guarantee that the air is free from pollutants. Dust with very small particle sizes, CO2 gas and CO gas and other gases can threaten the health of congregation members. It is for this reason that this service activity has been carried out. An innovative, environmentally friendly and economical solution is needed to create good air by planting the ornamental plants Mother-in-law's Tongue, Paris Lilies and Gading Siri which have been proven to be able to absorb pollutants. The aim of this service activity is to create Green Open Space by providing outreach regarding air pollution, types of pollutants and their impact on health, providing information and knowledge related to innovative research on air cleaning plants, providing assistance in planting air cleaning plants, planting methods and techniques care for the young GIDI group of the Efata Kotaraja Congregation. The method used in this service activity is the 3P method (Counseling, Guidance and Mentoring). The result of this activity is an innovative product in the form of a park as a green open space. The conclusion that the youth have experienced an increase in knowledge and are able to realize the creation of green open space and have a culture of loving the environment.
