Abstract

The baby morbidity and mortality in Indonesian is still hight. Based on WHO (2010), about 13 million babies in the wold were death every years and a large part of them happened indeveloping countries. Moreover, based on SDKI (Indonesia Demographic and Health Survey)2010 years, infant mortality rate in Indonesia is 34 per 1000 of life birth and child morbidity rateis 411 per 1000 of child, and which 27.04% are baby and children. Once of the risk factors of the child morbidity is infant formula feeding so that it effects on exclusive breastfeeding. The result of Indonesian research shows that baby who has complementary feeding before 6 months old are more attacked on diarrhea, constipation, cough -cold, and fever than baby who only has exclusive breastfeeding.This research is analytic research with cross sectional approach. The number of sample are 67 babies 6 12 months old who are lived at Sambiroto urban communities, is work area ofKedungmundu Public Health Centers Semarang City. The sampling method is multistage random sampling. Chi-square test is used for statistical analysis to identify the differencebetween exclusive breastfeeding and infant formula on constipation case.The of constipation incident at the babies 6-12 months old who exclusive breastfeeding is zero (0 %) and at the babies 6-12 months old by the formula feeding is 28 babies (96,6 %).There are a difference between exclusive breastfeeding and infant formula feeding, on constipation of babies 6 12 months old at work area of Kedungmundu Public Health Center (pvalue= 0.00 < 0.05).The incident rate of constipation at babies 6-12 months old is significantly lower than the babies who are given a infant formula feedingKey Word: Exclusive Breastfeeding, Infant Formula feeding, Constipation

Abstract

Implementation of food hygiene and healthy food into basic principles of foodservices. Workers especially food processors play an important role in the smooth running of the production process because workers are planners, implementers and managers in an organization of food services. There are four (4) factors that allow the transmission of disease through the food hygienic behavior, a source of infectious diseases, the media (food, drinks) and recipient-recipient. The purpose of this study was to determine hygiene behavior based on knowledge about food hygiene in the operation of food processing food in Sports Training and Education Center Student Central Java.  This type of research is descriptive approach used is cross sectional (cross-sectional), where the cause and effect variables were measured at the same time. The samples were all food processors in Sports Training and Education Center Student Central Java, amounting to 6 people. The results showed that 50% of respondents had a good knowledge and behavior of respondents with categories are as many as 3 people (50%). Food processing knowledge is good enough, but seen from the behavior of food processors still less attention to hygiene of food processing. This shows that there is no relation between hygiene knowledge of food processing food processing hygiene behavior.Key word : knowledge and hygiene behavior of food processor

Abstract

There are four (4) factors that allow the transmission of disease through the food hygienic behavior, sources of infectious disease, the presence of the media (food, drinks) and recipient-recipient. The purpose of this study was to determine hygiene behavior based on chef knowledge of food processing hygiene in food holding in Center For Education And Training In Sports Student Central Java. Type of study is a descriptive with cross-sectional method, in which the cause and effect variables were measured at the same time. The research sample is whole chef in Sports Education and Training Center Student Central Java that as many as 6 people. The results showed that 50% of respondents had a good knowledge and 50% medium category. Knowledge chef is good enough, but seen from the behavior of chef is still less attention to hygiene. This shows that there is no relationship between knowledge of food hygiene and hygiene behavior chef.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji sejauh mana gaya kepemimpinan partisipatif dapat meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan publik melalui peningkatan partisipasi pegawai. Gaya kepemimpinan partisipatif memainkan peran penting dalam peningkatan kualitas pelayanan publik di lingkungan pemerintah daerah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi bagaimana pendekatan partisipatif dalam kepemimpinan dapat memengaruhi kinerja pelayanan publik. Dengan melibatkan anggota tim dan masyarakat dalam pengambilan keputusan, gaya kepemimpinan ini dapat meningkatkan rasa memiliki, motivasi, dan keterlibatan staf dalam memberikan layanan yang lebih baik. Metodologi yang digunakan adalah analisis kualitatif melalui wawancara dan survei terhadap pegawai pemerintah daerah serta masyarakat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan gaya kepemimpinan partisipatif dapat meningkatkan transparansi, akuntabilitas, dan responsivitas dalam pelayanan publik. Selain itu, partisipasi aktif dari masyarakat dalam proses pengambilan keputusan juga berkontribusi pada peningkatan kualitas layanan yang lebih sesuai dengan kebutuhan masyarakat. Dalam penelitian ini, fokus penelitiannya yaitu hubungan antara gaya kepemimpinan partisipatif yang diterapkan oleh seorang pemimpin dengan peningkatan kualitas pelayanan publik yang diberikan oleh organisasi atau instansi pemerintah tersebut. Gaya kepemimpinan partisipatif tidak hanya bermanfaat untuk meningkatkan kinerja internal organisasi, tetapi juga berperan penting dalam membangun kepercayaan masyarakat terhadap pemerintah daerah. Oleh karena itu, disarankan agar pemerintah daerah terus mengembangkan dan menerapkan gaya kepemimpinan partisipatif untuk meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan publik.

Abstract

Children's fine arts education through drawing is useful for knowing the child's development to what extent children are familiar with the fine art of drawing. The aim of this research is to analyze and describe the implementation of fine art drawing learning for early childhood children. This research method uses a qualitative approach, with data collection techniques used being observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the research show that drawing activities can be an alternative tool for approaching the conception of fine arts education in early childhood, because through drawing teachers can also increase children's understanding of fine arts broadly and teachers can also increase children's creativity and imagination and become a forum for children. child. children to express creative ideas. Drawing activities can be a tool for teachers to create an interesting and fun learning atmosphere for children, so that children don't get bored while learning and learning doesn't go monotonous.

Abstract

Penelitian ini memiliki latar belakang yaitu adanya kemiringan dan kepadatan tanah organik yang bervariasi sehingga sangat menentukan jumlah erosi yang terjadi pada suatu daerah sehingga diperlukan penelitian untuk mengetahui jumlah erosi yang terjadi. Rumusan masalah yang dikaji yaitu bagaimana pengaruh erosi terhadap kemiringan dan kepadatan tanah juga intensitas hujan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh serta hubungan antara erosi dengan kemiringan lereng, intensitas curah hujan dan kepadatan tanah yang terjadi pada tanah organik. Metode pembanding yang digunakan adalah USLE (Universal Soil Loss Equation) dalam menentukan jumlah erosi pada tanah yang memiliki kadar organik dengan total 18,67%. Dari penelitian yang dilakukan di laboratorium dengan tiga variasi intensitas hujan yaitu 23 mm/jam, 34 mm/jam dan 51 mm/jam didapatkan hasil berupa jumlah erosi sebesar meningkat 40 %, untuk tingkat kemiringan dengan tiga variasi yaitu 10◦, 15◦dan 20◦ menghasilkan peningkatan jumlah erosi sebesar 30 %. Hasil penelitian dengan variasi kepadatan 60% dan 70% menunjukkan hasil penurunan jumlah erosi sebesar 3 %. Dengan demikian kesimpulan yang dapat diperoleh yaitu semakin besar kemiringan lereng, intensitas hujan, dan kadar organik tanah maka erosi yang terjadi pada suatu daerah akan semakin besar pula.
