Abstract

Learning motivation is one of the most important on psychological aspects for students in achieving learning success. The implementation of learning during the corona virus disease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic in Indonesia using the learning from home “Belajar dari Rumah (BDR)”. This learning program makes children unable to interact directly with their friends and teachers. This fact raises the question, how is children's motivation to learn during the COVID-19 pandemic, at which time children tend to be faced with online learning. This study aims to describe the independence of early childhood who come from poor families. This study uses a quantitative approach with data collection through an e-questionnaire using a google form. The research population is the early age in Pekanbaru City who implement the BDR program. The sample was selected by purposive sampling technique. The instrument used is a psychological scale, namely learning motivation. Overall, from all indicators, children's learning motivation during the COVID-19 pandemic is already in the moderate category, which is 78%. This means that most of the early childhood students who study from home during the COVID-19 pandemic have moderate motivation. 8% of children who are respondents have high motivation to learn and the remaining 14% of children have low motivation to learn.

Abstract

Self-awareness merupakan sebuah kesadaran diri atau kesiapan diri yang sangat penting untuk dimiliki setiap anak. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian yaitu untuk mengetahui peningkatatan self-awareness anak usia 5-6 tahun di PAUD Hosana Fun Kids. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK).  Subjek dalam penelitian ini yakni anak usia 5-6 tahun di PAUD Hosana Fun Kids  yang berjumlah 24 anak, sedangkan objek dalam penelitian ini self-awareness melalui kegiatan pembelajaran lagu daerah. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data dan pembahasan dalam penelitian ini maka dapat ditarik kesimpulan yakni Terdapat peningkatan self-awarenes pada anak usia 5-6 tahun di PAUD Hosana Fun Kids. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan hasil peningkatan mulai dari prasiklus 44.33 %, siklus I 71.88 % dan pada siklus II 85.88%.

Abstract

This study aims to determine: (1) whether there is a significant effect between learning (problem based learning and conventional) on students 'mathematical representation abilities, (2) whether there is a significant effect between learning (problem based learning and conventional) on students' adversity quotient. , (3) whether there is an interaction between learning (problem based learning and conventional) and Early Mathematics Ability to students 'representational abilities, (4) is there an interaction between learning (problem based learning and conventional) and Early Mathematics Ability to students' adversity quotient. This research is a quasiexperimental research. The sample was selected by cluster random sampling consisting of two classes. The data obtained were analyzed using two-way ANOVA in the SPSS 20 program. The results showed that: 1) there was a significant effect between learning (problem based learning and conventional) on students' mathematical representation abilities, 2) there was a significant effect between learning (problem based learning and conventional) on students' adversity quotient, 3) there is an interaction between learning (problem based learning and conventional) and Early Mathematics Ability to student representation skills 4) there isn’t an interaction between learning (problem based learning and conventional) and Early Mathematics Ability to adversity quotient

Abstract

This study aims to determine: (1) how much influence the problem-based learning model has on students' mathematical representation abilities, (2) how much influence is the problem based learning model on students' adversity quotient, 3) whether there is an interaction between the learning model and KAM on students' representation abilities, (4) whether there is an interaction between the learning model and KAM on students' adversity quotient, and (5) how to analyze students' mathematical representation abilities seen from the indicators. This research is about quasi-experimental research. The population of this study was all fourth grade students of SD Islam Setia Nurul Azmi Medan in the academic year 2020/2021 which consisted of four classes. Samples were selected by random sample of two classes. The instruments used were the representation ability test and the attitude scale adversity quotient. The data obtained was then analyzed using ANACOVA and ANAVA in the SPSS 20 program. The results showed: 1) the magnitude influence of the PBL model on the mathematical representation ability of 0.931 or 93.1%, 2) the magnitude influence of the PBL model on the adversity quotient is 0.967 or 96.7%, 3) there is an interaction between the initial ability and PBL learning to the mathematical representation ability of students with an Fcount of 3.906 so that Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected, 4) there is no interaction between the initial ability and learning PBL to the adversity quotient for students with an Fcount of 0.198 so that H0 is accepted, 5) the ability of the student's visual representation indicator is high with an average score in the experimental class 76 and the control class 72, the ability of the student's visual representation indicator is high with an average score in the experimental class 72 and the control class 68, The indicator ability of the students' representation of words or written text was moderate with the average score in the experimental class 65 and the control class 61.

Abstract

WORKSHOP ON ICT-BASED PROJECT-BASED LEARNING MODEL FOR TEACHERS OF SMAN 2 KAMPAR KIRI TENGAH. This community service activity was carried out at SMAN 2 Kampar Kiri Tengah in Riau Province due to the lack of knowledge, understanding and creativity of teachers in implementing innovative and creative learning in the classroom so that learning becomes monotonous where students are very dependent on teachers. Therefore, the team seeks to facilitate teachers in improving the quality of learning by implementing project-based learning with ICT use. The methods of implementing this activity begins with a situation analysis stage in the form of field observations and interviews with school principal and teachers, identifying teachers’ problems, providing a training on project-based learning model based on the use of ICT which is continued with questions and answers, discussion followed by providing revisions and suggestions for PBL work papers designed by the teachers with assistance. The results showed that participants could design (1) PBL worksheets, (2) project names and objectives, (3) products produced, (4) time allocation for project completion, (5) ICT facilities used (YouTube links, Google websites, blogs, social media, etc.), and (6) the assignment of students in PBL groups. The PBL projects designed by teachers include instructional videos (Mathematics, Physics, PPKn, Economics), Sociology Glossary, Dictionary/Glossary, Daily Vocabulary Dictionary, Worship Practice Book, Genetic Disease Book, Hero Biography History Book, Geography Glossary, and the chemical product of PBL results. Finally, the community service team concluded that the instructional training with the PBL model based on the use of ICT for teachers of SMAN 2 Kampar Kiri Tengah can provide knowledge, understanding and abilities to participants to design this learning model in their respective subjects.

Abstract

Asesmen perkembangan anak usia dini adalah sebuah proses penilaian yang komprehensif dan melibatkan anggota tim untuk mengumpulkan dan mengevaluasi informasi mengenai performa anak, sesuai dengan tahap perkembangan yang sedang dilaluinya. Mitra dalam IbM ini adalah Guru dan para orang tua wali murid di TK Dayyinah Kids 2 Rumbai yang mendampingi anak dalam masa belajar dirumah atau daring selama masa pandemi covi – 19. Permasalahan yang ditemukan yaitu Guru dan orang tua belum memahami tentang Pelaksanaan asesmen perkembangan anak dalam pembelajaran daring Adapun solusi yang ditawarkan oleh tim pengusul IbM adalah sosialisai pelaksanaan asesmen perkembangan anak dalam pembelajaran daring. Setelah kegiatan IbM ini diharapkan Guru dan para orang tua mampu melaksanakan asesmen perkembangan anak dengan baik dan tepat. Adapun hasil dari pelaksanaan pengabdian ini yaitu meningkatnya pemahaman orang tua dan guru di TK Dayyinah Kids mengenai pelaksanaan asesmen perkembangan anak selama pembelajaran daring. pemahaman tentang asesmen perkembangan anak dalam pembelajaranb daring bagi guru dan orang tua setelah dilaksanakan kegiatan sosialisai mengalami peningkatan signifikan dengan kenaikan persentase sebesar 33.13%.

Abstract

KMS merupakan kartu yang memuat kurva pertumbuhan anak berdasarkan indeks antropometri berat badan menurut umur yang dibedakan berdasarkan jenis kelamin. Sebagai Mitra Dalam Pelaksanaan Program PKM ini adalah HIMPAUDI Kecamatan Rumbai. Berdasarkan analisis situasi dapat teridentifikasi beberapa permasalahan yang dihadapai oleh mitra, yaitu: Kurangnya pemahaman dan pengetahuan dalam mengisi Kartu Menuju Sehat Secara Online. Di samping itu, tidak adanya penyuluhan mengenai Kartu Menuju Sehat Online. Oleh sebab itu, kami tergerak untuk memberikan pemahaman dan pengetahauan Kartu Menuju Sehat secara online untuk anak agar Pendidik PAUD tersebut memiliki pengetahuan. Adapun mekanisme pelaksanaan Program Kemitraan Masyarakat ini memeiliki beberapa langkah yang terdiri dari 4 tahapan kegiatan; perencanaan, pelaksanaan, monitoring kegiatan, dan evaluasi. Setelah mengikuti kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini peserta mendapatkan wawasan dan pengetahuan yang lebih banyak lagi khususnya pengetahuan tentang mengukur pertumbuhan anak usia dini

Abstract

Kekerasan verbal pada anak merupakan salah satu kekerasan psikis yang menyakiti perasaan atau kekerasan yang berasal dari komunikasi yang tidak baik dari orangtua. Kekerasan verbal bisa di hindari apabila orangtua bisa menerapkan komunikasi yang efektif. Komunikasi efektif yang diterapkan orang tua dengan anak sangat penting dan berpengaruh bagi perkembangan kepribadian anak. Peningkatan pengetahuan komunikasi efektif dapat dilakukan dengan pelatihan. Kegiatan peningkatan kemampuan komunikasi efektif untuk mencegah kejadian kekerasan verbal dilakukan dengan metode pelatihan yang di laksanakan pada mitra ibm yaitu para orang tua dan guru di lingkungan HIMPAUDI kecamatan Rumbai Pesisir. Para peserta pelatihan adalah orang tua  dan guru di lingkungan HIMPAUDI kecamatan rumbai pesisir yang memiliki anak usia pra sekolah sebanyak 40 orang. Pengukuran pengetahuan dilakukan dengan metode pre test dan post test. Pre test telah dilakukan sebelum kegiatan dimulai, telah post test dilakukan setelah kegiatan dimulai. Pre test pengetahuan komunikasi efektif mayoritas kurang (43,6 %), pengetahuan kekerasan verbal  yaitu (55,4 %). Hasil kegiatan post test yang dilaksanakan setelah pelatihan didapatkan hasil pengetahuan komunikasi efektif mayoritas baik yakni (92,9 %), pengetahuan kekerasan verbal mayoritas baik (95,3 %).

Abstract

Energi merupakan aspek penting yang tidak dapat dipisahkan dari kehidupan makhluk hidup, terutama manusia. Di Indonesia, ada banyak energi yang tersedia, baik energi fosil maupun energi terbarukan, di Indonesia sendiri ia peningkatan konsumsi energi selalu meningkat dari tahun ke tahun dan menggunakan energi hanya difokuskan pada energi fosil sehingga menjadi penyebab kelangkaan energi fosil. Sementara itu, ketersediaan energi di Indonesia untuk iOil dan Gas mengalami penurunan dari tahun ke tahun. Namun, dengan masalah yang disebutkan sebelumnya, menggunakan energi fosil tidak dapat dimanfaatkan untuk waktu yang lama. Oleh karena itu, dengan menganalisis ketersediaan energi jangka panjang, manusia dapat mengetahui ketersediaan energi masa depan dan mampu mengoptimalkan penggunaan energi sesuai dengan kebutuhannya. Tidak hanya itu, masyarakat dapat mengoptimalkan untuk menggunakan energi terbarukan yang ramah lingkungan sehingga ketika energi fosil menipis, untuk menggunakan energi terbarukan memiliki dampak yang baik terhadap lingkungan.
